Hotel berhampiran Stesen Queens Plaza, New York

Good for solo traveller, 750m from the MTA M line, if you’re looking for the budget friendly place, this is the place, Hilton standard. However, there is no fridge, and there might be noise from traffics on the street in early morning, I used silicone earplugs and it work for me. It was a great choice to stay here.

The location was relatively near to Time Square given that there's a direct line. The Subway is 2 minutes away, which makes it really convenient! The hotel is clean and I really love the amenities. There's a 24 hour mart right beside the hotel so you can get food anytime. Within the hotel, there's a 24 hour gym. You can get water from the water dispenser at the basement and there's also a coin operated laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Though, I wish there's a kettle in the room to make it easier for me get hot water. Apart from that, my trip was made memorable with hospitable staff namely Shaheed, Doug(las) and Therasa!

There cannot be a better place than this to stay in New York. This is my personal suggestion that if you want to stay on budget with decent amenities, good food and the most important , good connectivity to the subway, this is the place to stay. Overall 10/10 experience for the price we paid. We paid around 1200 USD for 6 night for a queen bedroom. It was very well worth it.

All staff were welcoming and professional throughout the 1 week stay. Room was reasonable size and had a small work station which doubled as a meals station. Great long view over the First Calvary Cemetery (the largest Cemetery in the US, with over 3 million interred) across to the city.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Holiday Inn! I usually choose this hotel chain for its service quality, but this stay was incredibly disappointing. I booked a Standard King Size room for two nights. When I checked-in at night, I received my key card and went to my room, only to find that it was a basement room with just a tiny window, not the large window room I had booked. I immediately went back to the Front Desk to request the correct room, but the staff told me that it was already full and only this room was available. I asked why they didn’t hold the room I had booked since I should be getting what I paid for. Their response? ”Because you arrived at night.” This excuse made no sense at all! Then, another staff member (curly hair) walked over, mumbled complaints, showed an upset attitude, and finally said she would move me to a new room—but only for one night. The next day, I had to move back to the standard room. The way she handled the situation was extremely unprofessional. A staff member should never complain or show frustration in front of guests! The next morning, my husband and I brought our luggage down and returned our key card as instructed. However, a different staff member told me that I could actually stay in the same room. So, I placed my luggage back in the room again and went out for the day. Before leaving, I specifically informed housekeeping to clean the room. When I returned that night, I couldn’t access my room. After going back to the Front Desk, the staff told me that the room I originally booked was full, meaning I had to stay in the same room again. Worst of all, when I finally got back inside, the room had not been cleaned at all, even though I had requested it in advance! Overall, this was the worst Holiday Inn experience I’ve ever had. The management was disorganized. This stay completely changed my perception of the Holiday Inn brand. I would never recommend this hotel!

Hotel agréable et très bien situé. Personnel sympathique, lit confortable. A proximité de plusieurs lignes de métro directes pour Manhattan. Supérette qui propose des plats cuisines, petits déjeuners, sandwichs et autre a 5minutes a pied de l’hotel.

這是一個老房子酒店，洲際旗下的，房間不大，但夠用。位置非常好，在新城區，就在獨立大街附近，臨近百年酒店佩拉宮，旁邊就是加拉達塔樓。到老城區、金角灣都很便利。步行溜達到藍色清真寺、聖索菲亞大教堂、大巴扎等熱門景點也就40分鐘。樓下餐飲店很多，對面的餐廳青口很好吃。附近的餐飲店眾多，我們基本上就是步行到各餐廳吃飯。酒店有早餐提供，我們訂的房不含餐，就沒體驗。特別提醒，伊斯坦堡打車，是個坑，基本上不打表，口頭喊價。

Halloween heaven! Loved this place! So easy to navigate from the airport on the metro. Easy check in and nice dorm rooms. Downstairs kitchen and social area was enormous, lacked a bit of atmosphere but that’s the post covid population I guess?! Lots of local food markets/ grocers to pick up things for dinner or a packed lunch. Hudson food market was my saviour. Lively deli items, pantry items, liquor and a fantastic coffee in the morning when I was heading out for a full day!

Hotel is nice and just a few stops via subway from manhattan. Room is clean and big. The surrounding is ok and patrolled by police most of the time. Did not encounter any issue during our stay.

Arrived to a pot smelling room. They suspect that the window was open and the smell drifted in. I had to stay another night and that room had left over toiletries that were obviously already used. The staff were helpful in letting me change rooms and were fast to respond. Debit card holds of $200 need to wait 30 days for release which they don’t tell you, only saying credit cards are a few days. Annoying to have to keep track of it for so long. The area is a little questionable between the subway to the hotel at nighttime. Not well lit in areas and not many people around with dark construction sites and no footpaths.
