Hotel terbaik di Langenhagen

Ich empfinde es als schwer das Hotel fair zu bewerten. Es ist völlig aus der Zeit gefallen, der Teppich im Flur ist fleckig und das Zimmer ist hoffnungslos veraltet. Erst dachte ich, es soll eine Art Stil des Hotels sein, doch ist wird relativ schnell klar, dass hier einfach maximale Sparflamme gefahren wird. Hier wird das Maximum aus der Situation geholt, ohne sich die Mühe zu machen auch mal was zu modernisieren. Und das wäre nötig. Und die Zeit wäre während Corona sicher auch gewesen. Aber, was will man für 35€ die Nacht schon erwarten? Dafür war es soweit okay. Es war im Zimmer größtenteils sauber, es funktionierte alles. Ich würde allerdings keinen Cent mehr ausgeben. Als Unterkunft für den schmalen Euro ist es soweit okay. Empfehlen würde ich es ggf Handwerkern die keinen hohen Anspruch haben.

Das Hotel stand bei unserer nächtlichen Ankunft offen, niemand war anwesend trotz angegebener 24h Rezeption.. Zimmerkarten nach telefonischer Anweisung in einer Schublade, der gesamte Lobbybereich einschließlich Bar wäre für jedermann von außen frei zugänglich gewesen! Die Zimmer waren zwar vorbereitet, aber offensichtlich schon vor längerer Zeit, da auf allen Kanten und Möbeln eine deutliche Staubschicht lag. Die einzige! Mitarbeiterin am nächsten Morgen bestätigte uns dann, dass diese Zimmer eigentlich nicht belegt werden sollten, wir also falsche Zimmerkarten hatten. Als Entschädigung wurde uns das Frühstück kostenfrei angeboten. Das ganze Hotel machte, vielleicht auf Grund der besonderen Umstände in Coronazeiten, einen merkwürdig aufgegebenen Eindruck, eine einzige Mitarbeiterin im Haus, alles irgendwie unaufgeräumt und zur Selbstbedienung. Super hôtel, propre et joli. Le service est excellent, petit déjeuner à 15eur correct. Seul bémol: refus d’un late Check out alors qu’il n’était pas plein. Sinon, expérience très agréable, notre chambre donnait sur l’intérieur avec une belle vue sur de grands arbres.

Let’s clean up. Different kind of rooms: full renovated or just old. A lot of rooms are very small, the shower is ridiculously narrow. Parking area is small and slots are tight as well. Internet is ok. Breakfast is great. Waiters are sort of arrogant (just inadeguate) and do not accept critics (I have seen one “fighting” with a guest that was asking maybe not in a polite way (?) for better service). Dinner is also fine but for 4-6 people else the kitchen will not be able to handle the order. Hannover has a big exhibition area: all the city is pricy and this hotel is following the same main steam but without solid reasons. Not suggested.

Das Einchecken war sehr freundlich und es standen Äpfel und Erfrischungen in der Lobby. Ebenfalls gibt es zum Shuttleservice zum Flughafen nur Positives zu berichten, pünktlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Zimmer hätte ich mir mehr erwartet. Es ist geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet und sehr geräumig und absolut sauber. Allerdings frage ich mich, warum es kein ”helles” Licht gibt. Die Lampen im Zimmer werfen nur dunkles indirektes Licht. Es war nicht möglich das Zimmer hell zu erleuchten. Das schlug ganz schön aufs Gemüt. Der Schalter zwischen Nachttischlampe und Leselampe war defekt, also gar nicht vorhanden, nur das Innenleben war sichtbar, was ich für gefährlich halte. Zwar wirbt das Leonardo mit schallisolierten Fenstern. Ich konnte keinen Unterschied zu normal verglasten Fenstern feststellen und es war unglaublich laut in der Nacht. Hinzu kam noch die Hellhörigkeit, so dass wir die Fernseher, Toilettengeräusche etc. der Nachbarzimmer gut hören können. Einen Wasserkocher wie in der Zimmerbeschreibung angepriesen, gab es bei uns nicht. Nur eine Kapselmaschine stand zur Verfügung. Damit mussten wir für unseren Tee das Wasser bereiten und somit schmeckte der Tee nach Kaffee. Auch sehr schade, dass nicht auf Nachhaltigkeit geachtet wird und tatsächlich noch Kaffeekapseln angeboten werden. Für eine Nacht, um zum Flughafen zu gelangen, ist es OK. Einen längeren Aufenthalt kann ich nicht empfehlen.

My flight was cancelled due to snowKLM booked everyone in to this hotel. On arrival the two ladies on reception were very short and gave off bad vibes, not the best start. The room was huge and well equipped, shame I was not stopping here for pleasure. I checked out at 04.45 waked to the airport to find my 06.00 flight was cancelled until 10.25. Went back to the hotel hoping I could get back in to my room for 3 hours rest, the gentleman on the desk was an absolute star, no issues getting back in to my room, the ladies on reception earlier could do with some customer service training from this guy. Shame I didn’t get his name. Would I stay here again? Probably yes good location for the airport

Wir waren schon oft im Fora in Hannover. Da meine Frau kurzfristig an ihrem Geburtstag frei bekommen hat, sind wir am Tag zuvor gegen Nachmittag angereist. Wir hatten ein Arrangement mit Zoo Besuch gebucht. Wie immer wurden wir super freundlich und zuvorkommend begrüßt und haben sogar unser Lieblingszimmer bekommen. Am Abend haben wir im Restaurant sehr lecker Rippchen gegessen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Am nächsten Tag hatte meine Frau Geburtstag und alle Mitarbeiter von Rezeption bis Service, selbst der Hotel Direktor haben gratuliert und der Frühstückstisch war sehr schön geschmückt. Sekt und Kuchen Überraschung inklusive. Wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. Auch in dieser Corona Zeit wurden alle Hygiene Maßnahmen eingehalten und man fühlte sich überall sicher. Nach dem Frühstück und einer Tour mit unseren Rädern ging es in den Zoo der ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen ist. Liebes Fora Team ihr seid alle spitze. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder. Bis bald....

The hotel is designed to be cool. But there are details that need attention. The floors of the room were very dusty and dirty. The linens and bathroom were clean and new. The bed was comfortable. The shag carpet in the hall gave me the creeps - if the floor of the room was dirty - what is lurking in the hall carpet? And it was not easy to roll my suitcase through the carpet. There is a weird lightshow in the bathroom and a strange one-way mirror from the room into the shower - why? There is only one somewhat comfortable chair in the room which left the other person sitting on the bed or the chair for the desk. There is no refrigerator in the room. The parking is expensive although we were able to find free street parking on the second night. The windows on the exterior of the building were very dirty - so the view was obscured. There weren't many people staying at the hotel so it was quiet but if it was full I believe that there would have been noise from room to room. Would find somewhere else the next time we are in Hannover.
