"The hotel is generally fine. We enjoyed spending the night for sleeping. Staff are helpful, friendly and courteous. The rates are also low. However, improvements on the food service is needed as the time coverage is limited. No breakfast offered earlier thank 10 AM. The TV has no cable nor accounts for streaming. The guest has to have its own account/code to access it. WIFI is also good but passwords are valid only 24 hours. Can be connected again for another password - a minor inconvenience."

"This hotel is right next to Tacloban's Robinson's department store, so finding food is never an issue. The room was clean but small. There weren't amenities like toothbrushes, but there was body soap and a 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner dispenser mounted on the wall. Room cleaning started after 2:30 PM. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant, which was nice."
