The room was comfortable and clean. It was a bit inconvenient not having a fridge in the room, but the front desk was happy to store frozen items for us. Dining options are a bit limited as there are no restaurants nearby, making the hotel restaurant their exclusive business. They do charge a 10% service fee, but the excellent service makes it worthwhile."

"To be honest, only the side facing the swimming pool has a good view, while the side facing the road has no view at all. We stayed at the hotel for 1,300 per night during the Dragon Boat Festival, and for breakfast they gave us a sweet potato, a stale corn, a frozen bun that was not steamed hot, and an egg. That was all. It was really not worth the price. The nearby De Rucci and Park Plaza hotels are as good as 5-star hotels, and the prices are only 800 or 900. The price-performance ratio is really too poor, the breakfast is too insincere, and the housekeeper is not enthusiastic at all. I will never go there again!"

"This is my second visit, and I'm very satisfied. The room, though still quite new, was clean. Both times, I received a room upgrade. The customer service lady was very warm and responsible, always answering my questions, and even provided snacks for the children, which was incredibly thoughtful – definitely worth a thumbs-up! There's a private hot spring tub right outside the room, and many of the public hot springs were open, so you basically don't have to share with others. The water park is more suitable for kids under ten and also has surfing, making it great for families."
