"Seriously, don't stay here! The traffic noise from the road goes on all day and night, making it impossible to sleep. It's incredibly loud; even with noise-canceling earplugs, I could hear everything clearly. Super frustrating 😫. There's a KTV downstairs, and the bass from the speakers vibrated through the building like an earthquake, making my heart pound. I contacted the front desk after midnight to complain, and they didn't even reply until past 2 AM. Is that how they handle issues? This place is not fit for humans; it doesn't meet basic hotel or rest standards. Anyone who stays here is getting ripped off big time! Minus one hundred out of ten!"

"I accidentally booked this hotel for the Qingming Festival, and it exceeded my expectations! The room was very new and well-equipped. The staff provided excellent service; the front desk and Trip.com customer service were very helpful in adjusting our booking. Plus, the drivers for the shuttle and the mini-train were all very nice. Everyone seemed very well-trained. The hot spring's smaller pools were perfect for someone like me who's a bit socially anxious, and there were plenty of them."

"We went during the May Day holiday. Arrived at 2 PM and had to wait in a long line to check in. Finally got a room, but it wasn't cleaned yet. My family and I (including seniors and children) went straight to the hot spring. When we returned at 4 PM, the room still hadn't been cleaned, and it smelled awful. I called the front desk, and they just kept saying they'd notify housekeeping immediately. Half an hour later, they told us it was ready. We finally got into the room close to 5 PM. As soon as we entered, there was a dirty rag on the table, emitting an unpleasant smell. The toothbrushes were all opened, and no new ones were provided. The bathroom was grimy, and there were food crumbs from previous guests on the sofa. The hygiene was truly appalling. The buffet dinner was like a chaotic market. I'm not sure if it was because of the holiday, but all the hotel's amenities seemed overwhelmed. I do not recommend this place."

The room is clean and spacious, with a good view. There are not many people traveling after the holidays, so it is very comfortable. It is a place suitable for traveling around the holiday."

"The room was very comfortable, clean and tidy. The housekeeper sent us the route in advance. The hotel is in the community, but it is easier to find with the route guide. The parking fee in the community is capped at 15 per day. You can have a private bath in the room, and you will get an extra pool for free. The housekeeper was very considerate. He turned on the air conditioner for us in advance and brought breakfast to our room. I highly recommend it!"
