Great experience it‘s nice stay because you see the flamingo and the nice Garden good to stay with together. Price is affordable, and convenient to visit luxor temple and market nearby. however the hotel is tricky about price, you need to pay by person, instead of pay by room. It cost you extra charge for stay more than one person, and the receipt shows below cannot identify which item was charged for.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Food was excellent and reasonably priced, my children especially enjoyed the food. Service in the hotel was excellent with welcoming staff, good response times and what felt like personalised service from several staff members. We came to Luxor to see the historical sites and the location is well suited for these,. The hotel has a great view across the Nile..... our first morning we woke up to see the hot air ballons flying high above the West Bank.... beautiful.Transportation to these sites was really well organised and realistically priced, I thoroughly recommend the in hotel transportation service. A special mention goes to Clara who not only was very knowledgeable about all the trips but also went out of her way to ensure that if there were any issues with your arranged trip, she would do everything she could to resolve them satisfactorily and keep you readily informed. No negatives observed in our 4 night stay.

The room was wonderful! It was big and cozy just perfect to rest in after a long day tour in Luxor. Bathroom was well stocked and equipped with tub. Staff were helpful, friendly and warming. They would always lend out a helping hand whenever needed, may it be the concierge, Karnak restaurant and the front desk. Pool area was wonderful with a magnificent view of the Nile and the Valley at the backgorund.

The only criticism which is not only applicable to the hotel is the fact that the price quoted for them helping to call a taxi by the reception was by far higher than what it would normally cost to grab a taxi and use the meter

This hotel is great for the price. Breakfast is included, my room had a small balcony. The shower was nice. Location was central and also not far from the airport. Check -in was easy and quick. They have a big lounge in the lobby. The back area has a great view of the Nile River. They give you a free liter of water each day. The breakfast isn’t amazing but it was good enough. I think the housekeeping is used to walking in so just double lock the door when you are In the room and don’t want house keeping duties. Overall no complaints !

We arrived at midnight for a one night stay and left in the morning to see the temples. Good location. Friendly staff. My only suggestion would be to provide better directions to find the 6th floor as the elevator stops on the 5th, and there was no signage to direct us towards our room. It was confusing and took longer than expected to find where we needed to go even with directions from the front staff.

At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. That being said, for the price, the room surpassed my expectations, in cleanliness and organisation. However, the staff was probably the best part, they helped us book various services in Luxor, including hot air balloon ride. They were very friendly and helpful, and I definitely recommend Shady Hotel as a place to stay for cheap if it is your first time in Luxor.

Je suis arrivé seul sans aucun tour de programmé, Grâce a l’aide de Moustafa j’ai pu organiser mes 3 jours de voyage dans une extrême sérénité, il s’est occupé de tout . Il s’est rendu disponible à toute heure sur Whatsapp pour me prévenir à chaque instants. Tout le personnel de l’hôtel vous rend votre voyage plus merveilleux , un grand merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel, la réception pour leurs sourires et leur professionnalisme. L’équipe en cuisine pour avoir préparé une box petit déjeuner avant les visites de temples. L’équipe du Rooftop pour leur gentillesse et les boissons excellentes. Je suis propriétaire d’un restaurant gastronomique en France et je vous assure que vous serez entouré par des professionnels du métier qui on à cœur de vous garantir un voyage inoubliable. Sans leur aide je n’aurais sûrement pas passer le même voyage donc Merci Queen Valley pour votre accueil à Louxor .

We stayed at this hotel for one night after our Nile Cruise. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We found the hotel did not seem very busy. Our dinner and breakfast were included and there was only one other person eating in the dining room with us. We had to pick our meal prior to dinner. We think it was because the hotel wasn’t busy enough to have a buffet. The breakfast was a buffet and there was sufficient selection. It was pretty good. The pool area was awesome and the pool was very refreshing. Everything was very clean and neat. Our room had a little balcony that we used to dry our clothes and also to sit and watch the sunset. It was about a 20 minute walk downtown to the Luxor Temple. All in all we found this hotel to be very nice.

Il s’est rendu disponible à toute heure sur Whatsapp pour me prévenir à chaque instants. Tout le personnel de l’hôtel vous rend votre voyage plus merveilleux , un grand merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel, la réception pour leurs sourires et leur professionnalisme. L’équipe en cuisine pour avoir préparé une box petit déjeuner avant les visites de temples. L’équipe du Rooftop pour leur gentillesse et les boissons excellentes. Je suis propriétaire d’un restaurant gastronomique en France et je vous assure que vous serez entouré par des professionnels du métier qui on à cœur de vous garantir un voyage inoubliable. Sans leur aide je n’aurais sûrement pas passer le même voyage donc Merci Queen Valley pour votre accueil à Louxor .

Mara and Amr arranged great tours for me. All must be paid for up front and in cash. Bring lots! I had a great stay in Mara House.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Food was excellent and reasonably priced, my children especially enjoyed the food. Service in the hotel was excellent with welcoming staff, good response times and what felt like personalised service from several staff members. We came to Luxor to see the historical sites and the location is well suited for these,. The hotel has a great view across the Nile..... our first morning we woke up to see the hot air ballons flying high above the West Bank.... beautiful.Transportation to these sites was really well organised and realistically priced, I thoroughly recommend the in hotel transportation service. A special mention goes to Clara who not only was very knowledgeable about all the trips but also went out of her way to ensure that if there were any issues with your arranged trip, she would do everything she could to resolve them satisfactorily and keep you readily informed. No negatives observed in our 4 night stay.

This hotel is great for the price. Breakfast is included, my room had a small balcony. The shower was nice. Location was central and also not far from the airport. Check -in was easy and quick. They have a big lounge in the lobby. The back area has a great view of the Nile River. They give you a free liter of water each day. The breakfast isn’t amazing but it was good enough. I think the housekeeping is used to walking in so just double lock the door when you are In the room and don’t want house keeping duties. Overall no complaints !

Le personnel nous a offert un accueil des plus chaleureux, avec un délicieux petit déjeuné sur le rooftop et nous avons pu sympatiser. Nous sommes rapidement devenus amis, et avons partagé de merveilleux moments tous ensemble (bateau, repas traditionnels, moments de partage, rires, ...). L'équipe est là pour vous conseiller et vous rendre accessible les plus belles excursions. La qualité est également au RDV et de grands projets sont en cours J'ai hâte de revenir ! J'ai gardé contact avec l'hôte, qui est une de mes meilleurs rencontre de ce voyage. Je recommande à 100%!
