"I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Berlin Grand Hotel Esplanade. The location is excellent — very convenient for exploring Berlin, with easy access to public transportation and major attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it perfect for both business and leisure trips. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a warm attitude. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt elegant yet relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Berlin."

"Good location, large rooms. We have been to this hotel for many years, but unfortunately, this year, starting with the reception day, the smell of fried fish is terrible, like a cheap eatery. All the furniture in the room is worn out, the bed creaks a lot. For 5 stars - you need to ask for a dental kit at the reception, water-compliment put 1 small bottle for 2 people."

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The service was warm and attentive. I forgot to bring USB chargers, and the staff proactively lent me two. All my requests were responded to promptly. The location is unbeatable, just next to Berlin Central Station, making it extremely easy to travel around the city. Definitely recommend."

"I absolutely love this hotel! The breakfast is excellent and the quality is amazing! Location is good and the comfort is top notch. The only improvement that could be made is to have the complimentary bottled water refilled. They only provide it for the first day. This is very unusual compared to other hotels... one would expect them to reward long staying guests. Still - I love it here!"

"I travel around often and I sleep in hotels many nights a year, I had never experienced the situation that I had when I arrived at the Hilton Berlin. I had booked, and paid for a ‘Twin Room with Dome View’ about 4 months before the trip. Upon check-in, I was automatically assigned a room that was not twin nor Dome View (you can see the view in the pictures below); I went back to reception twice, to complain that this was not the room I had booked, the hotel staff was most unhelpful, they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager, nor did they provided any solution or any sort of compensation, their answer simply was that the hotel was booked up and that there was nothing they could do. This was wrong for different reasons, first they assigned me a room that only had one bed, secondly they didn’t provide any solution other than adding a little roller bed to the room, third they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager. I am very disappointed, these sort of experiences do not belong to a hotel chain like Hilton. This unfortunate incident tainted my stay at the hotel. I hope this review gets somehow to someone at Hilton and does something to avoid any further guests having a similar experience. Furthermore, the sauna facilities was apparently not part of the room rate (this was not mentioned whatsoever) and when I checked out I found that I had to pay for every single time I used the sauna."

"We stayed at the InterContinental Berlin for a weekend trip with our two daughters (7 and 11), and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere even though it’s quite large and business-oriented. Our room was spacious, clean, and very quiet—perfect for a family. The beds were super comfortable, and the housekeeping team kept everything spotless. Breakfast was a highlight — an impressive selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes that even picky kids enjoyed. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, always taking time to check if we needed anything"

"Everything went smoothly — from booking to check-in and check-out. All the staff were friendly and responded quickly to everything. The room was spacious enough for a standard type. Some corners were not perfectly clean, but nothing too noticeable. Overall, everything was okay. Breakfast was also good and offered more variety than the average American breakfast at other hotels."

"Pullman Berlin location is easily accessible to any public transportation. It is next to Berlin zoo and our room has an overview of it. Cleanliness is spot on. Customer service is amazing. There's just a hiccup on booking our breakfast because there's a miscommunication between the reception desk and the reception staff in the breakfast area that we're not included on the list for two consecutive days. But overall, I highly recommend Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof to anyone who's planning a trip to Berlin."
