Limited Analog channels only. When I asked about it I was told 'it is what it is'. Ended up watching Netflix on my phone."

"The house is simply magnificent. The attention to detail in the furnishings and decor is exceptional, with period antiques (some from the Bevin family) tastefully used throughout. There are several comfortable rooms for small gatherings, including a library with at least a 12-foot ceiling. The breakfast was wonderful, with homemade yogurt and fresh fruit, plus an interesting bun stuffed with ham, cheese, and egg, and sprinkled with sesame and poppy seeds. Dean and Jess, assisted by Amanda, are the ultimate hosts. We were there on a snowy night, and it was the perfect place to be snowed in. I would highly recommend a stay at the Bevin House. Truly unforgettable. We will go back for sure."

"Two thousand RMB a night is really only enough for a bed in downtown New York. The room is only 6 square meters, a tiny dwelling, and does not come with breakfast. Although the subway station is nearby, the subway line is complicated and the transportation is quite time-consuming and labor-intensive. Walking is the best option."

"We checked in, looked around and left to go find another hotel. The smell of cleaning products was SO strong that my asthma immediately started bothering me. Listen to all of the reviewers that mention the strong smell- it's overpowering. We weren't expecting a fancy place, but it just felt unsafe. Carpets looked decades old and desperately in need of replacing/cleaning. There were cigarette burn holes on the bedspread. As a mom and kid traveling by themselves, it didn't feel safe enough. There is an attached Indian restaurant, when we pulled in the first thing we noticed was trash piled up all over the place, along with caution tape across the front entrance of the hotel. While the front desk staff were very kind, we couldn't handle the strong smell of the room."
