Hotel berhampiran Palazzo Belgioioso di via Morigi, Milan

Hotel ini secara keseluruhannya baik, sangat tenang, ia mengambil sedikit masa untuk berjalan ke stesen kereta api bawah tanah, tetapi secara keseluruhan ia sangat baik. Berbanding dengan hotel di sebelah stesen kereta api pusat, nisbah harga/prestasi adalah sangat tinggi.

Hotel nuovissimo dal design moderno e funzionale, personale molto professionale e gentile. Le camere ampie, dotate di tutti i confort. Letti comodissimi. Facile da raggiungere. Ristorante interno con varietà di piatti tutti gustosi ed impiattati per deliziare prima i nostri occhi e poi il gusto. Colazione abbondante e variegata, con dolci fatti in casa che offrono una vasta scelta. Direttore sempre presente in struttura con la sua gentilezza e disponibilità che fa sentire ogni cliente a casa propria. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Tempat penginapan ini kelihatan sangat baik dari lobi, dengan warna dan perabot moden dan ceria. Saya juga menyukai bilik itu, dari perabot (lengkap dengan keperluannya) hingga ke katil, yang saya dapati sangat selesa. Untuk menjadi pemilih, bilik mandi boleh diperbaiki, untuk dibawa ke tahap yang sama dengan bilik. Tahap kebersihan dan kebersihan juga tinggi. Akhir sekali, saya ingin menambah bahawa ia terletak di kedudukan yang dilayan dengan baik oleh pengangkutan awam, dengan perhentian jalur n. 4 (mungkin yang lain juga, tetapi saya hanya menggunakan yang itu) sejengkal dari hotel.

Is something is worthy it in this hotel is the great quality on the stuff . Due to my Job I have to stay more than a month and ALL the people working there made me feel at home .. from the reception personal til the personal attending in the bar and at the breakfast . Is amazing how much effort they put in their job and how they try to help you in everything you need. they are super professional .they became my Milanese family a big big thanks to from the reception : gaetano, Amy,belen, Hassan,erlsy,gianluca,marisa from the bar and breakfast: Salvatore, lucia,enza, Marisa,alesandra,Dilepa, Gianluca,helena Camila Altieri

I really enjoyed my stay here and the front desk staffs are super helpful. I also requested to change my room as I didn’t like the toilet as they first provided me a room with a disable toilet, and when I asked to change, they immediately changed it for me. Location was super convenient as well, the Metro was just 3mins away, and there’s supermarkets and shopping mall 5-8mins away, all walking distance🥰 The only thing that I didn’t like and it should have been better is the dinner; I ordered salmon with mashed potatoes, and I was surprised when it arrived on my table…it looked like it was frozen and that it just came out of the microwave…

The hotel is just few meters from the big event hall, where we also went for a concert. Our Junior Suite was nice and very clean, unfortunately the aircondition was out of service, which was ok for that time, but hopefully will run again in summer. Breakfast buffet is excellent based on Italian levels, but if you are coming after 09.30 most of things are gone and can't be deliver anymore! Dissapoint we were about the reception service. They knew that we did a day tour by train on May 1st but did not tell us that after 5pm no trains & bus are working anymore. We stayed at Milano Centrale and tried to call the reception but no-one took the phone, despite we tried several times. They convinced us to take the ”Garage” for only 10Euro per day....and recognised afterwards that all parkings outside (still in hotel area) were free.... Good Hotel, good room, close to big shopping area

Very nice hotel, a lot of space, but room, but a bit far from the town, I spend 50€ in the evening for taxi to get back to the hotel because public transport aren’t working till late, so at the end with same price I could actually booked hotel in town :)

Buona struttura e lo stato di manutenzione generale.Ottima l'accoglienza alla reception da parte dello staff,ho chiesto se fosse possibile posticipare di un'ora il check out e la mia richiesta è stata accolta senza problemi

We enjoyed to stay in this hotel with my family.One thing only what I can complain about is that there is no laundry service in the hotel but they give us address to the nearest public self service washing machines(Wash Rapid its name) which is about 5 minute walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. They did omit to notify us about the early breakfast they offer upon check-in, so make sure you ask about this if you have an early flight. They do also let you take drinks from the bar up to your room. Location and Travel Be aware of how far away the hotel is from Milan. From Duomo, you'll need to get on the red line (M1) towards RHO and get off at Lampugnano. The last bus from Lampugnano leaves at 20:00 back to Lainate. You will then need to get the 617 bus which drops you off outside Lidl and Maccies near the hotel. This is obviously not ideal if you want to spend the evening in Milan. We arrived during a national taxi strike which made the trip much more stressful. While this is not the hotel's fault, a heads up from the hotel would have been nice about traveling to and from Milan central. We were stranded in Milan on the first day, we called the hotel and they told us to try and get an Uber. The uber was 144 euros which we reluctantly paid. The car never showed up so we called back the hotel and they stopped answering our phone calls. Once we finally arrived at the hotel, feeling confident we knew the route to and from the hotel, we double-checked with the hotel, and unfortunately, we were not made aware of when the last bus is. On our second day, we were stranded in Milan again. Luckily we met two other people at the last subway station who had also done the Wowcher holiday and they managed to get in touch with the hotel to arrange a private taxi back to the hotel. As there was a strike going on at the time, the fare was 55 euros from Rho subway station to the hotel, which is roughly a 10/15 minute drive. Again this is not the hotel's fault but it is something to be aware of. Another thing to be aware of when using the subway is that the tickets are only valid for 90 minutes, and there are plain-clothed officers waiting in the subway stations to catch people out. So make sure you always have a ticket with enough time left on it to get all the way back to the hotel. Breakfast We were allocated this Hotel from Wowcher, and we were told to pay £40 for the bed and breakfast, which was fine until we realised we couldn't get breakfast on the 2nd day as we had to leave the hotel at 4 am. Essentially meaning we paid £40 for one breakfast between the two of us. We have had no joy in getting a refund for the second day's breakfast from the hotel which is the primary reason for leaving a review. The hotel in my opinion is perfect for people who do not want to spend evenings in Milan or who have a car. If neither of these applies to you, I would highly recommend looking for a hotel closer to the center of Milan.
