"Very unique hotel, with works of art scattered throughout the reception, hall, restaurant and outdoor spaces (absolutely unsuitable for children, each piece is worth at least €500 and if by chance you bump into something, if you are lucky enough not to get hurt, THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY FOR IT!!!) so if you want to go to Leolandia avoid this hotel!! This is the case of my husband who, in order not to bump into people standing at the reception while loading his luggage, brushed against a very light and unsafe cardboard pedestal, but certainly artistic in effect, with a bottle of prosecco worth €45 resting on it, which fell, it didn't break but the cap cracked slightly allowing a bit of gas to escape... well, instead of taking the opportunity to serve it to the next guests as a welcome, we were made to pay for it... it's useless to declare falsely by saying that there was no good faith on our part and that it was dropped and left on the ground on purpose pretending nothing had happened, we were all there and the lady at reception immediately took care of picking it up to immediately verify the damage since we were with our luggage in hand... we repeatedly asked to speak to the manager on the phone who, however, only gave instructions to the receptionists to make us pay and to give us the bottle that we were forced to pay for and buy, therefore saying that the bottle was packaged for us and delivered to taste it later seems like a joke to me... there was no scene as probably reported by your employees, or as perhaps it is more convenient to say to justify such a bad impression... it's a shame that the manager was not present to verify the situation... let's not ignore the video that my husband had to make of the unsafe pedestal because his employee kept saying that the bottle was safe while the base on which it rested continued to swing just by touching it... and let's not ignore the issue of "the peace of the other guests that we would have disturbed" by making our more than due complaints, also because the guests waiting at the reception were there to complain as well... let's say that there are several things that are not right in this hotel... in addition to this somewhat questionable commercial strategy, I would point out that you should be very careful about all the extras if you book directly with the hotel, it is true that they are written in the hotel regulations, but it is quite unusual to find 4-star hotels that do not include breakfast in the price... in fact breakfast is separate (15 € per person adults and €7 per child, for 2 breakfasts for 2 adults plus a 3 year old child we paid €74 in addition to the overnight stay) it is not the sunbeds that cost €10 per sunbed per day, but the entrance to the pool alone will cost you that amount because we did not use them (except to have an aperitif on them for 6 people but that was not enough) they were also charged for those.... In addition small children are not allowed to enter"

"The shower faucet was a bit strangely placed. Good location and good reception. Breakfast was above average however, but some of food was not refilled. So go as early as you can."

"I have to say that the service manager of this hotel is a very warm person. The English of the Italian accent sounds a bit hard but can know that he introduced you to the hotel's various facilities and services. The hotel has an underground garage, the room is large or a suite, and the balcony is a field. It is very pleasant to blow the wind quietly at night. There is a self-service coffee machine for breakfast in the morning, and the original honey, you can see that the boss still has a strong pursuit of quality. The waiter is very patient and often cleans the breakfast room. The experience is great."

"A very very clean hotel, everything new and well maintained. Very close (5-7 minute walk) to the Central Station and take Train or Bus. From here you can take bus no. 1 for Milan Bergamo Airport €2.60 ticket. See the program in the attached picture."
