"What an amazing stay! We came here after Zermatt and wished we had just coke herem The hotel is wonderfully located in Mürren, which is the cutest town with so much to do around it. The hotel is comfortable, with truly gourmet dining with impecable service and the owner checking in and ensuring your delight. Our room had a wonder-full (not just wonderful) view of the mountains. Bed comfortable and a powerful shower (best on our vacation!) Breakfast was delcious and the hotel bar had nightly entertainment. We were so happy, we have committed to come back for our next milestone anniversary."

"Booked this place for its location and name. Over 8000 RMB for two nights. What a huge disappointment. The hotel is located in a small mountain town, and you can't drive right up to it. You have to take your heavy luggage from the bottom of the mountain, first by cable car, then transfer to a small train, and then climb a steep hill from the station to reach the hotel. The hotel offers basically no service, including help with luggage. The front desk staff said she was the only one available and could help if needed (but I decided against it). Up to this point, it was severely inconsistent with the price and star rating. I booked an Executive Suite, but they assigned me an attic room on the top floor. It was cramped and claustrophobic, with slanted ceilings above both the bedroom and the toilet, making it completely unusable. Plus, I had to climb stairs. I checked the app and saw it was completely different from the room I booked. I went to the front desk to switch, and only then did they give me a suite downstairs that matched the pictures (I almost got ripped off for over 8000 RMB). The balcony view was nice, but that's pretty standard in Switzerland. The room was renovated, but there was a strange smell in the hallway. This renovation smell is uncommon in European hotels. The quality of the renovation was extremely poor, comparable to a 300 RMB budget hotel. Dinner was mediocre and expensive, and breakfast had limited options. One or two of the service staff seemed untrained; they were on their phones when spoken to. I've never seen this at a hotel of this price in Switzerland. All in all, it was a misstep. The hotel itself is probably worth no more than 200 euros. The extra cost, I guess, was just for the location. Choose with caution."

"We were coming to visit Jungfrau and learned that we visiting late into the season. It turns out that it was toward the end of the season and many hotels have already closed. After searching, we found Hotel Regina and they were able to accommodate us for our stay. We emailed them about best route to get to the hotel, laundry services and best route to Jungfrau as we saw different routes online. Each time they replied promptly with great information to help us plan our stay. Laundry was very important for us because we were staying in Europe for a month and needed to pack consciously which meant we needed to do laundry mid way through our trip. There is a public laundromat about 2-3 minutes away which was perfect so we booked them right away. Customer service is 5 stars here! The hotel is located in the village of Murren and it’s a charming area. You need to catch a cable car up to the village. There’s so much character here. You also have an amazing view of the Alps. We woke up to a beautiful view each day. They also provide free breakfast during your stay. We only took advantage of this one day but it’s a traditional Swiss breakfast. I did eat here once for lunch and dinner another day. Both Swiss meals were tasty and very convenient. The staff also accommodated Mink’s desire to eat Thai Mama’s, something they don’t normally do, which made the experience more amazing. On our last day, they even allowed for us to have a late check out. I cannot have found a better place to stay and highly recommend them."
