"Location is perfect as its walkable to juizhaigou national park. Our 3 days stay was good except that due to cold climate, the air conditioning was not ON, thus we felt warm in the room. Thanks to a staff who brought us a fan which helped a lot. Thanks for a great stay"

"The staff were extremely accommodating and honestly went way beyond my expectations. When we got to the Jiuzhai area, we had no idea how to get around, but they were incredibly helpful with everything. They helped us find good places to eat, arranged transportation from Huanglong Jiuzhai Railway Station to the hotel and back, and even helped us book tickets for the parks around the area. I also had some issues with my phone and internet, and they were so patient while trying to help me figure out what was wrong. Every time we came back from the parks, they would always ask us how our day was and if we got to see everything we wanted to see, which I thought was a really nice touch. On top of the amazing service, the rooms were clean, tidy, and well laid out. I even ended up extending an extra night because of how much me and my family enjoyed the experience! Overall, I had a great experience. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting the Jiuzhai area. The staff really made the trip that much better."

"感覺是這周圍最新最乾淨的酒店了。 前台服務很好，房間也很乾凈，還有冰箱。還有語音控制系統，電視機可以投屏看，馬桶還有小夜燈這種貼心的設計。真的很不錯！很推薦。 做了一天的車：飛機轉高鐵轉大巴，身心俱疲到酒店，簡單洗漱下打開電視投屏看綜藝，簡直太棒了。 酒店位置離景區口有點距離，需要打車前往，步行過不去的，我們花了15元單程。 然後周圍餐飲不太多，不如藏王廣場那裡吃得多。但我們晚上到，第二天一早去景區，這些點就都還好，完全能接受。"

"窗外就是江景和山景，足不出户就可以看到九寨溝的水～爽到爆。我們去的這天，老闆説攜程剛上線搞活動，老闆還給我們升級了房型。雖然這家店是新開的，但是一點味道都沒有，聽老闆説已經開了幾個月了，但是最近才上的攜程。我們第二天續了房。洗髮水，沐浴露，護髮素都是一次性小瓶裝的，面巾也都是一次性的。用着非常放心！太讚了簡直！！！"

"太棒了這個真的是寶藏民宿！出來自駕一個月了路過九寨溝，本來隨便訂的民宿超乎想象的好！新開業裝修很洋氣房間乾淨温馨，馬桶是智能的，乾濕分離。老闆娘人美心善，帶着孩子還給升級了親子房，停車直接酒店門口。入住還送了藏式小禮物開心🥳酒店位置也很好出門全是飯店有個夜市，吃的氂牛串不錯，期待九寨溝之旅！住到好的酒店心情也好！酒店太棒了，超過了我的想象"

"As a newly established boutique homestay-style hotel, it is clear that the management is making a sincere effort to provide good service. The hotel’s renovation and room interiors are modern, clean, and well-maintained. However, there are several significant issues that would make me hesitant to recommend this property to other travelers. 1. Severe Smoke Issue from Adjacent Residential Property There is a local residential house located immediately next to the hotel. Throughout the day, the residents appear to be cooking or boiling large pots of water and soup using wood-fired stoves (柴火). Unfortunately, this activity takes place directly below our room window. As a result, not only is there effectively no view from the room, but we were also forced to keep the windows completely closed at all times to prevent heavy smoke from entering. The situation was further aggravated by the fact that the hotel did not operate the central air-conditioning system, presumably because the outdoor temperature was relatively cool. Consequently, fresh air circulation in the room was limited. Jiuzhaigou is renowned for its clean mountain air, yet whenever we were in the room, we could smell and breathe in wood smoke, which significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. 2. Smoking Permitted in Public Areas Guests were allowed to smoke in the Level 1 public areas, including parts of the dining area. While I understand that this may still be relatively common in some parts of China, it created an uncomfortable environment, especially for families traveling with young children. A smoke-free dining and common area would greatly improve the guest experience. 3. Room Cleanliness Concerns Compared with the issues above, this may seem relatively minor. However, when we checked into the room at approximately 10:00 p.m., the trash bin had not been emptied, and there were flies and small insects present in the room. 作为一家新开业的精品民宿酒店，可以看出酒店团队确实在努力提供良好的服务。酒店整体装修设计新颖，房间也较为整洁干净，硬件条件令人满意。然而，在入住期间遇到的几个较为严重的问题，让我难以向其他旅客推荐这家酒店。 1. 隔壁居民长期烧柴导致严重烟雾问题 酒店紧邻当地居民住宅，而该住户似乎全天都在使用柴火（木材）烧水、煮汤或做饭。更不巧的是，他们的柴火灶位置正好位于我们房间窗户下方。 因此，房间不仅几乎没有景观可言，我们还必须全天候紧闭窗户，以避免大量烟雾进入房间。更令人遗憾的是，由于当地天气较凉爽，酒店并未开启中央空调系统，导致房间缺乏有效的空气循环。九寨沟以优质空气和自然环境闻名，但在房间内却经常闻到浓重的柴火烟味，严重影响入住体验和舒适度。 2. 公共区域允许吸烟 酒店一楼公共区域，包括部分用餐区域，允许客人吸烟。虽然我理解这在部分地区仍较为常见，但对于携带儿童出行的家庭而言，这样的环境并不友好。 3. 客房清洁细节有待加强 相较于前两项问题，这一点或许显得较为次要。但当我们晚上约10点办理入住时，房间内的垃圾桶并未清理干净，同时还有苍蝇及小虫出现。虽然并非严重的问题，但仍反映出客房清洁管理方面存在提升空间。"

"來九寨溝旅遊強烈推薦這家！最驚喜的是免費來回景區接送服務，提前預約好時間，司機準時接送，景區早晚很難打車，這項服務真的解決大難題。 房間衞生做得很到位，空間寬敞，居住舒適度在線。前台工作人員態度温和，主動提醒九寨溝遊玩注意事項、避坑小貼士。周邊吃飯購物也方便。 整體體驗遠超預期，省心省力，是九寨溝住宿很好的選擇，值得推薦給準備出行的朋友！"

"This is a nice, cosy hotel with use of smart technology. We feel very at ease sitting at the dining area, enjoying our meals and and interacting with the friendly hotel staff. At the time of our stay, we noticed there were many renovations going on in the neighbouring shops - an indication that this area could be more vibrant in the future! Staying in this hotel was the highlight of our Chengdu/jiuzhaigou trip."
