Called down to the front desk from my room telephone (that was quite dirty, with crumbs and dirty under the receiver) and was put on hold immediately for 12 minutes. Glad there wasn't an emergency in the room. The staff at check-in and check-out were nice. Spoiled milk at breakfast."
