"The hotel environment is nice, but the facilities are a bit old. What really got to me was the restaurant service. We went to eat at the restaurant right after checking in, around 7 PM. There were hardly any people there, but the hostess told me we couldn't eat without a reservation. Since there weren't any decent restaurants nearby, we ended up having to fill up on pizza. As someone from Shenzhen, I really can't understand turning away business!"

"I traveled to Osoyoos during spring break and found that hotels were generally expensive. This one was reasonably priced, but it felt a bit old upon arrival. Although the room had been renovated, the overall facilities were still just average. The breakfast was also mediocre, and the service was average. It's probably suitable for one night's stay."

"The room is clean and tidy. There are windows in both the bathroom and the room. It is very bright and well ventilated. The refrigerator, microwave, TV, and coffee machine are very convenient. There is an outdoor swimming pool. In addition, when you leave the hotel gate, there is a beautiful lake across the road with crystal clear water. There are wild ducks playing in the lake, there is a beach by the lake, and a few tourists are swimming by the lake."

"It was just a fantastic place...right on the beach. Couldn't have asked for a better location. The interior was just as fantastic.. Spacious with all modern furniture; An ensuite bathroom with shower off one of the 2 queen bedrooms. a king bedroom was the 3rd bedroom. A second bathroom had a tub shower. We didn't use any of the kitchen cooking utensils, but everything needed to cook seemed to be there. A washer/dryer came in handy as did the dishwasher. However only one tab for each was provided, so bring your own if you will need to do more than 1 wash for each. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there very much."
