"Not recommended for rest. Or at least not this type of room, because room B was too noisy all night and it was hard to get any sleep (we were in room A). You could hear everything! It's small, but everything was clean and organized. The building is modern."

"While the hotel room was nice and the breakfast was good, there are some massive safety concerns especially for female travellers. We stayed here and were abused and threatened by a male guest in the room next door to us and were given no support by the hotel who basically told us we should lock ourselves in our room. One female receptionist who had no support from her management on dealing with this. We had to move hotels in the middle of the night for our own safety"

"The first impression was negative, as there was no one at reception when we arrived. We stood in the cold street for a few minutes, and the door was only opened because I had to call the hotel. We arrived a little early, but our room wasn't ready yet, so we dropped our bags and went for a walk around the city. The hotel is very beautiful, new, and tastefully decorated. The staff is friendly, the rooms are well-equipped and very clean. The shower and bedding are good. The downside is the air conditioning, which was difficult to adjust. Breakfast also left a lot to be desired. I thought there was a lack of variety in food and drinks. We also ordered room service and found it a bit confusing, and the restaurant menu didn't have much variety. Overall, it was okay, with both positive and negative points, but we expected more for the price. I don't think we'll be back."

"We recommended this hotel to our clients, and they were very unhappy with their experience and decided to change hotels. 1) Breakfast is served in the room, at a set time, with very few options, low-quality juices, and this is not mentioned on the hotel's website. 2) The room they stayed in was the Studio Double Twin. On the website, the bathroom photos show a huge shower stall, but in reality, it was tiny. 3) The hotel's location is good for business travelers, as it is far from the historical center and attractions. 4) The hotel refused to refund the unused nights, even though the information on the website did not perfectly match reality. 5) Email support is quick and efficient."
