"We had a major breakdown of our car. Managment shuffled things around to give us the same room for 5 nights. Thank you so very much appreciated. Rooms are a good size, and very clean. Despite being on a busy road we didnt here any traffic. Bed is comfortable There is a lovely pool area as well. Parking at the door is handy. A huge bonus is that 2 minuets walk you will find a little shopping center. Drakes Supermarket, Pharmacy , and several take ways, also the Tavern who serve dinner. Highly recommended. "

"We stayed here purely to break up the journey from Noosa to Airlie. Being honest we were a bit nervous following being in areas that were very populated and modern, however we really didn’t need to be. The location seemed fine although we didn’t really explore other than going for dinner which we did drive 5 minutes to. You can park in the car park behind the main entrance. Area felt safe. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. However the only issue we did find was the noise from other guests. The walls felt very thin and we heard every word from the guest next door. The water pipes also seemed to be in the wall behind the bed so were very loud when showers were on / toilet was flushed. We had breakfast in the restaurant the following morning and the staff were very attentive, but the food felt really fatty. Fully appreciate this is just personal preference! Staff were friendly, and check in instructions were very clear. Overall, would stay again if we needed to pass through!"

"Although this place is great (clean, perfect location, wonderful service), and I have stayed here many times - I have stopped booking here because I find the mattress & pillows extremely uncomfortable. The mattress is very soft and the pillows are very firm, so you get a really sore neck and it feels very difficult to fall asleep."

"I've not appreciated my stay at this hostel. They had forgotten to make my bed when I arrived (fortunately I realized because I was going to sleep in the walls of the old person), 1 shower on 3 of functional for a whole floor, we have the impression that the household is not Not ever made (a bull of cereals has been dragged for 24 hours before being collected), almost no human contact except for the evening meal... In short I really didn't feel comfortable. The teacher remains correct for this location and the meals that are included"

"3 nights, 3 different rooms. I didn't want to book more than one night at a time because I wasn't sure what my plans were each day. The unintended advantage of that was finding out my room on night one wasn't just a lucky allocation: all three rooms were very well presented and laid out. Very comfortable beds, and something of very High importance to me: covered car parking. I also tried the in-house restaurant, Ferns, and was impressed with my entree garlic bread, followed by a very well cooked steak. A very enjoyable 3 night stay."
