Saya telah mendaftar masuk lewat apabila saya tiba di sana. Tetapi mereka berjaya naik taraf dan tinggalkan bilik untuk saya supaya apabila saya sampai di sana saya boleh tinggal di dalam serta-merta. Pemandangan Teluk yang menakjubkan boleh dilihat dari tingkap bilik tidur anda. Bilik bersih dan kemas. Dan mereka menyediakan mesin basuh untuk setiap pelanggan dan mudah digunakan yang saya suka. Saya akan pergi balik apabila saya mempunyai perubahan.

Very run down motel. We booked on the day of stay and arrived late. The text communication from the Manager was good and key left in the safe for us upon arrival. The room was either undergoing an upgrade Or was very run down, not sure of which. There were holes in the wall and sections of the wall where paint was missing in places where it was obvious old cupboards had been. The occupants of the room next door sat outside our room most of the night smoking with the smoke coming right on in. Designated smoking areas would be a good idea ( away from the rooms) The hot water system from the room next door sounded like a train in our room .

A bit away from the city center but quiet enough and very clean, good for couples, families, anyone who visits Rockhampton in any purpose. There is also a very nice restaurant by the side of the poor with a very nice view. Though a bit high in cost but highly recommended.

I'm going to be honest and say when you turn up at Q Motel, your first impression is that this is a set from Breaking Bad. Things are a bit rundown and shabby, but you can't expect a 5-star experience for the value you get here. The only staff member I encountered was friendly, pleasant and helpful. The room itself was a bit daggy but sufficiently clean and comfortable. Better lighting would be helpful and also, there needs to be some cutlery in the room. There were tea and coffee facilities but no teaspoons! I also ordered food to be delivered (Uber Eats) and had no utensils to eat it with. The shower is fine, plenty of hot water, but water pressure is a bit low. Lots of clean towels and other linens provided. The room had most of what you would expect (TV on wall, bar fridge, iron and ironing board, desk, etc.). I was only there overnight so didn't get to check out the local environment. Other reviews have mentioned heavy truck traffic in the night. I was there on a Friday night and didn't have a problem with this. For the price you pay, this is a cheap and satisfactory motel. It was particularly busy the night I was there, with the car park full of guest cars.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Size of room was a bit small for comfort. Great for the one night stay. No fans as air condition was super load. Could do with some better upgrades. The room was a bit noisy as close to the highway.

Staff were fantastic and welcoming but unfortunately that’s where the positives stopped for me. Very dated poorly maintained hotel. Damaged cabinetry, so much water damage to the bathroom door it is falling apart, a coffee much with a crack so big my coffee drained out and covered the bench and the air conditioning was like having a rattling old train in the room all night. I know the hotel will explain that they’re probably about to renovate the rooms or something, but I still struggle to accept that they accept money for people to stay in rooms that have been so poorly maintained. Not worth the Accor points.

One of the cleanest rooms I've stayed in for a while! Good location and decent value for our one-night stay to visit friends. Two doors to get into the room and small car spaces only minor blemishes on a great stay with a good sized room with ample amenities for my wife and I with our infant daughter. Nice and dark for a good night's rest.
