"We were met by the hosts and shown to our room. We were upstairs in the loft conversion. It was spotless and well equipped. Because of the sloping roof, we had to learn not to keep banging our heads! The small kettle had its lead attached [not on a separate plate], which made it very awkward and somewhat dangerous when filling and using! This was advertised as a Superior Room, I'm afraid we don't agree. We paid a fortune to stay there and would have had to pay extra for breakfast, had we chosen to do that."

"After having been booked into The Ben Nevis Hotel and promptly checking out 10 minutes later due to the terrible state of the place, I promptly found this little gem of an establishment 10 miles from Fort William. Situated in Roy Bridge with breathtaking surroundings, this b&b was beautiful inside and out. My room was tastefully decorated and bed extremely comfortable. The owners were so friendly and welcoming and breakfast was great. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend the place. They even have glamping pods for hire."
