"The hotel was under renovation, but I wasn't informed. I arrived late at night, already exhausted, and just wanted a good night's sleep before catching an early morning train to Xuchang. I specifically chose what I thought was the most expensive and best hotel near the airport, hoping for peace and quiet. Instead, I was woken up by loud banging and clanking at 6 AM. When I called the platform to complain, they casually asked, 'Sir, are you experiencing noise?' I was furious! Can't they see the massive renovation happening right downstairs? This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had; I barely slept. Terrible service, absolutely irresponsible."

"Two of us wanted to overnight before a flight the next morning. We arrived after staff had gone and got in with a door code. The rooms were small and comfortable and there were shared bathrooms. There was a wide range of tea and coffee making facilities and biscuits. There was a phone for booking a taxi. It is about 15 minutes from the airport. (About £20.00). The best feature was that we were only a minute of two from the main street (it is a very small place) and found a good bar and excellent Italian. All good."

"They have a great variety of dishes and an excellent microwave. The bathroom, sofa, and everything else was really clean and nice. However, the bathroom window and the window above the headboard were slightly open and wouldn't close no matter how hard I tried, so I ended up sleeping with a draft. If that could be checked beforehand, it would be perfect. Studio 7 and 8 are in a different location, which is hard to see in the dark, so it would be good to check that in advance. It's close to the airport, so I recommend it for accommodation near the airport."
