"If you think this is 4 star hotel standard you are completely wrong , this is building without standard and worst management I ever seen in my very long travelling history , I had thousands reviews of hotel I’ve been visited , I’m confident to say this is the worst hotel I ever stayed , first , the hotel clean room only by request , also the window very dirty , the last guest stuff kept in the drawers , no towels provided after clean the room , the stuff unprofessional how dare they believe this is 4 stars hotel , the manager smile without apologies for all what I said when i confronted him . If you want spoil your holiday stay here !"

"Stayed for around two weeks. The best part is the accomodation itself / I had a spacious one bedroom suite with a separate bedroom, lounge, kitchen and dining area. Very spacious and made my two week stay very comfortable. All the. R essay extras included in kitchen. House keeping very efficient too. Free parking available on second floor too with direct access to to hotel lifts. Now the drawbacks: - tv channels: small selection of English ones. Only one App: YouTube. At least offer Netflix too so residents can use their own accounts. - breakfast; very poor standard offering with items cooked badly. They also don’t tell you that they will cook eggs fresh for you - if you don’t know you won’t ask. It wasn’t until the third day that I saw someone and did the same. Otherwise breakfast menu has poorly cooked items (sausages soaking with oil) or bakery items that are crusty! - service is not pro active. I am still waiting for a manager to call me about something I complained on my first night! - location: yes it’s connected to Seef mall but the mall is slowly losing its shops / lots of empty boarded up spaces. Much better malls elsewhere. So overall the rooms are great - spacious and well presented. But some of the wider offering lets them down."

"The hotel is located at the coast of Persian Gulf that makes it a benefit for those who is looking for nice beach vibes with all its charm. Rooms are spacious with Arabic flair in its design. Breakfasts are both scarce and poor, especially considering the high accommodation costs. Additionally, the hotel offers a sauna room but it was out of order during our stay in January. At the late hours we relaxed and smoked a shisha and tasted a draft beer. Shisha was all good. Didn't enjoy the beer, it's not something I'd recommend especially with its prices around 5..7 BHD."
