"Good day, friends. Rest in the hotel at the end of May. Bringed the most positive emotions from the rest. Pearl is magnificent! I agree that it is not new and not shining gold, but it is worthy of its four. Living in the standard on the 8th floor, everything works (technology, saucer, water, and mattress on the bed was practically new that I was pleased twice with my unhealthy back), food is always delicious and there is something to choose. I would like to mention coffee : I like coffee made in Turkish copper, and the Pearl coffee machines were delighted with a great drink. Everywhere clean and comfortable, we will come again!"

The room is excellent, upon arrival we were met with a basket of fruit) Coffee machine in the room, bath accessories, in general there was everything necessary, constantly replenished, daily change of towels. We booked a standard room, but they complimented us with an upgrade to a sea view room—it was simply amazing! Breakfast is a special treat. We've stayed at many hotels, but the Pullman Hotel is the only one that makes everything you could want for breakfast: salmon, tuna, champagne, cherries, and even lollipops for the kids! For my birthday, they gave me a delicious cake and a card with good wishes! The outdoor pool was a bit chilly on the first day, but at our request, they turned it on—it was very comfortable! The cleaning and service were top-notch! If you go to Sochi, you'll only want to stay at the Pullman! A huge thank you to the entire team!"

"⛔️Booked a suite from 09.09 to 12.08. The staff was warned in advance that the guest would be receiving deliveries of healthy food and should have this food reheated in the hotel restaurant without question. The restaurant itself also stocked food and drinks. At the reception they assured us that no problems would arise. In the tone several times I had to listen to the waiter's dissatisfaction about this. The service is absolutely zero!!!! This is a 4 star luxury! The room cleaning was great, they didn't change the towels, didn't wash the cups, they stupidly came to make the bed. Very long delivery to rooms. When we called with a complaint, they promised on Monday morning that the manager would contact us. In the end, no one called back! The service is disgusting, or rather its complete absence. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! It doesn’t live up to its stars and price, and there’s no sign of tonal customer service. We definitely won't be coming back here again!"

"Excellent hotel, no comments. Everything from the location, interiors, services, service is at the highest level. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Many thanks to the hotel team, they even congratulated us on my belated birthday (it was the day before). We took the superior standard with a view of the courtyard. The room is very large with a work area (an elegant desk), with a large window from which there was an excellent view of the nice buildings of Polyana 960 and the mountains. The SPA center is large with a lot of pleasant services, I took the floating procedure - it was unusual, cool, I slept great, as promised. Swimming pool with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The breakfasts are excellent, again with stunning views. The ski lifts are within walking distance, it’s very convenient to go down to 540 for a walk and go up to 2200, go for a ride or sit in a restaurant, a bistro at an altitude. The hotel has a "What to do" service, it was convenient - we took tickets to the husky center and a quad bike ride (they took us to the Novotel landing for free in an electric car). Thanks to the hotel, we received a chic, calm, comfortable, interesting vacation and aesthetic pleasure. Thank you! We'll be back!"

"I was in this hotel 2 nights and couldn't sleep at all. The road passes by and cars go all day and as the hotel's glasses are on the floor - the feeling you're sleeping on the road.
