"Amazing stay. They provide water, toilet paper in all moment, also they change us of room after one day, because the first one didn’t have any windows, the rooms are a little small, but clean! We decided to leave one day before to go sooner to Agra, the only maybe bad think didn’t return the last night; when I told to them 2 days in advanced or any compensation like free breakfast or tea. But I worked in hotels so also understand, sometime are complications. Also all momento provided water or another drink in the reception"

"Had a chance to stay at this beautiful property located at a very comfortable place in Vrindavan, being easy to reach by your own car, as there is no traffic barriers reaching upto this . Very important to note this, if your are coming on saturday/sunday or any other holiday / auspicious day. Very clean hotel & rooms, away from the noise of city , but very near to all the important places in Vrindavan like Bihariji temple, Iskcon Temple, Chandrodaya mandir, Prem mandir etc. It as advisable to keep your car parked at the hotel & roam around in 3 wheelers. The rooms are spacious and well maintained , buffet breakfast above par and for some different taste you have Barista inside the hotel. Hotel restaurant serves good food !! Room Tariff a little high but looking into all the comforts, it is ok. Good for small get togethers as it has a good 100-150 capacity hall. We were part fo a group & were fortunate to be a part of gathering there and enjoying Ras Lila by the local artists. Must write here that the staff is very courteous and welcomes you with "Radhe Radhe" !!"

"A piece of jewelry was stolen and the management took zero actions. They even refused to check CCTV cameras and find out who entered the room. Moreover,  we have booked a room with "city view" window, however our room did not have window at all, so my husband had to fight with the reception to change the room.  Next morning we woke up to a terrible chemical smell.  Apparently they had started refurbishing just outside our bedroom and used some strong chemicals,  which caused me breathing problems.  I'm not even talking about cleanliness: toilet was dirty, bed sheets haven't been changed after previous guests (marks and hairs all over the linen)... I have been travelining in India for the last 15 years and staying at numerous hotels and never had such a terrible experience and staff neglectance beyond imagination. Will be reporting this place to all possible institutions."
