"We drove from Wuhan, planning to take our baby to see the giant pandas, and of course, a night in Yueyang city was a must. We chose the Huaya Yunman Hotel, located in the Yueyang Tower scenic area. The hotel is generally high-end, grand, and the service is excellent; they promptly installed a bed rail for us. Highly recommended! The only minor drawback was our room facing the street; there was some faint live music from a bar at night, but it wasn't loud and didn't disturb the baby's sleep."

While the breakfast selection wasn't vast, the food was delicious, and the restaurant staff were attentive, ensuring we ate well. The hotel's location is also excellent, with attractions like Yueyang Tower, Bianhe Street, and Baling Square just a 5 RMB taxi ride away. Plus, the front desk offers complimentary American coffee. The hotel's environment, facilities, and cleanliness were all good, and it was very convenient to eat there. There were Pizza Hut, KFC, and Luckin Coffee downstairs. Our family arrived in Yueyang at 10 pm on the second day of the ***** New Year. Many restaurants were closed, but luckily the KFC downstairs was still open."

I hope this hotel can develop into one of the top parent-child friendly hotels near Changsha. However, I believe a few improvements would make it even better. Firstly, the ground floor rooms have direct access to the outdoors, so why not turn them into courtyard rooms? Adding a small swing in the courtyard would likely make them very popular. There's a large empty space outside the ground floor rooms; if some non-motorized children's facilities like slides and a sandpit could be added, that would be great. Additionally, if the hotel's own restaurant could offer more affordable prices, I'm sure business would boom."

The room also had a smart toilet and four layers of soundproofing on the windows, so even though it faced the street, it wasn't noisy. The service was excellent, from the receptionist to the housekeeping staff. I had a cold and didn't feel well these past few days, and the receptionist even made me hot water for herbal medicine. I was very touched. The housekeeping staff were also very meticulous and thorough in their cleaning. Overall, it was a very good stay."

"This is my go-to choice for business trips, it's really close to the high-speed train station! I was in Yueyang for work this time and specifically chose this Vienna Hotel near the East Station. The overall experience was hassle-free. The hotel is just a few minutes' drive from Yueyang East Station, so even accounting for check-out time, I wasn't rushed to catch my train. The front desk staff were efficient during check-in and had a great service attitude. They even proactively told me about the parking, which is free both above and below ground – a huge plus for those driving. The room was very clean, and Vienna's classic beds lived up to their reputation; the mattress was just right in terms of firmness, the pillows were the perfect height, and with good soundproofing, I slept soundly after a busy day. The bathroom's wet/dry separation design is very thoughtful, and the hot water comes out super fast. The breakfast downstairs has a wide variety, especially the Hunan rice noodles with savory minced meat topping, plus a warm ear of corn and an egg – a perfect and satisfying start to the day before heading out. The value for money is excellent, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yueyang."
