Villa Bougainvillea is conveniently located within the gated beachfront community of Sandy Bank Bay, within Christophe Harbour on St. Kitts' famed Southeast Peninsula. The front of the villa opens to the spacious entertaining area which includes a modern fully equipped kitchen with center island with seating, a living room with sofa seating and a dining area. Double sliding doors open to the private pool and deck area with 4 sun loungers and a covered seating area perfect for a relaxing getaway.On the lower level of the home there are 2 ensuite bedrooms with king beds and 1 ensuite bedroom with 2 queen beds.  A further guest bedroom master suite is located on the upper level of the villa with its own ensuite bathroom and walk in closet.  All bedrooms have their own private ensuite bathrooms.   The upper level of the villa features a second veranda area with seating. The pool area which is located off the living area of the villa via the sliding glass doors is private to the villa and features a large deck area with sun loungers as well as a covered area with additional seating for relaxing.
