Hotel Dengan parking di Aichi Prefecture, Japan

Just a 5 minute walk from Nagoya station via underpass network so location is unbeatable, and plenty of amenities and eateries in close vicinity. Room is on a smaller side so may be tough if you have more than one luggage, but that’s almost the case for all Japanese hotels. Comfortable clean room, collect your own toiletries from the lobby. Nice onsen in the hotel too.

The hotel is very close to the subway station which is wonderful. There is also an elevator by the station goes from underground to the street level and vice versa if you have heavy or big luggage with you. The room is clean, simple and comfortable. We did not have a chance to try the fancy LG styler though.

Pictures advertised don’t match up to what was received, filled in a booking for 2 adults and a child however the room was not made up in accordance to the picture showing 3 beds in the advertisement. When we asked they required a payment for this. When told they were misleading they very firmly advised “thank you for understanding. Sorry if you want the extra bed you have to pay” After reaching out to trip.com customer service they asked us to pay for the bed and would reimburse us. Bed was eventually made on our second day when it was previously a sofa. Hotel was unremarkable apart from being perfectly located in Nagoya station complex.

Hotel ini mempunyai reka bentuk novel, bilik-bilik bersih dan kemas, dan katil serta bantal sangat selesa. Terdapat banyak izakaya dan restoran berhampiran hotel, termasuk makanan laut panggang dan ramen Terdapat juga banyak kedai serbaneka seperti 7-Eleven Lawson yang sangat mudah. Tetapi ia agak jauh dari stesen, dan agak sukar untuk berjalan dari stesen ke hotel dengan bagasi anda.

The room was small but functional, it even had a small bathtub. They will clean your room everyday and they would not touch or move any of your personal items. The location is good and convenient but they is a alot of nightlife in the area. Would recommend to others.

Hotel is conveniently located, just 5-8mins walk to Sakae Station. Room is big compared to other hotels in Japan. I took the airport bus from airport to the hotel and there's a stop right in front of the hotel although the schedule is infrequent and it's only for drop off.

This hotel has an excellent location — right in front of Hisayaodori Subway Station Exit 4, which made getting around extremely convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven just next door, and right behind the hotel is a lively district filled with restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and malls. It connects directly to Oasis and Sakae, so everything is within easy walking distance. I chose a shower-only room since I rarely use a bathtub. The sink being located outside the bathroom was actually a plus for me, as it provided better lighting for makeup. The room also had a large window, which made the space feel more open and comfortable. One of the main reasons I didn’t use the shower much is because the hotel has a really nice public bath. It’s very comfortable, with both indoor and semi-outdoor areas. I absolutely loved this facility — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also collaborates with a luggage courier service that can send your suitcase to a building next to Nagoya Station (not directly inside the station), which is very convenient. I booked a room with breakfast, and although the selection was simple, everything tasted really good. There were real, hearty dishes, soup, some Western options, as well as desserts, coffee, and tea — all complete and very comforting. Some of the menu items also changed daily, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the food overall. The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings, large windows, and very comfortable sofas. The staff were generally helpful, but I did encounter one issue. Aside from 2 staff members (who I believe may have been of Indian descent), the Japanese staff did not speak English. While I understand this can happen, I think having basic English skills would be very helpful, especially since this hotel accommodates many international guests. When I asked about the luggage courier service, I felt like I was being passed around between staff. Another staff member came out to assist, but unfortunately, they also did not speak English and did not attempt to use a translation app. Instead, they tried to explain using pen and paper, which made the situation quite confusing. I felt there was very little effort to communicate clearly, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has great facilities and an unbeatable location. I hope the communication aspect can be improved, as I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!

すごく綺麗で快適でした。隣の温泉に入れるのも魅力的です！女性だとシャンプーやリンスのサンプルももらえる(イベントなのかどうかわかりませんが、)そちらもいただけたので嬉しいかったです。冷暖房は完備してありますが暑すぎる、寒すぎる時期は過ごしにくいかもしれないのでそちら避けたほうが快適かもしれせん。トイレも綺麗でBBQのグリルも使えて非常に楽しかったです。

Location is great, the view is amazing, there arent much facilities in the hotel, but the shopping mall below the hotel has everything you need, and the food there was good, but there are only 2 escalator can get to the ground floor from the hotel, quite time consuming, but overall still recommended

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang hebat dan biliknya cukup besar untuk memuatkan dua beg pakaian besar. Terdapat kedai kopi di tingkat bawah, yang sangat sesuai untuk mereka yang memerlukan kopi setiap pagi. Pengalaman keseluruhannya bagus. Tetapi kami tinggal selama 4 malam dan pelik bahawa air tidak diisi semula semasa pembersihan (tetapi kami tidak bertanya kepada hotel)
