"During our stay with family, the front desk staff provided warm and thoughtful service. They even took the initiative to help hold the door open when they saw we were traveling with the elderly and children.
The guest room was clean, tidy and spacious, with a wet-dry separated bathroom that was convenient and comfortable to use. The room had ample heating, ensuring a cozy stay for both the elderly and kids.
The hotel is located close to the museum and the square, making it easy to go out and visit scenic spots. Our child absolutely loved the hotel swimming pool.
We were very satisfied with the overall stay experience."

"The hotel has a courtyard which is tranquil. Guests can sit there reading and enjoy the quiet time there. The room is clean and comfortable. Wifi is strong. The decor of the room is warm. There is also a balcony in the room which is very nice. The breakfast is very good with many varieties of food. I would recommend this hotel to others."

Took a deposit for mini bar but mini bar wasn’t actually filled, which was odd- but deposit was returned.

Resting here is not the first time, the management of the hotel youth service level and the quality of the hotel improve and make our rest pleasant) you can see that the hotel is not standing on the spot but developing. Rooms are clean, towels, neats, The slippers are all necessary in the room. Thermal sources, Hamam, Sauna, Russian steam on wood, cold bath and large pool all necessary for excellent rest is present. The forces have a bar area now you can order food and drink without going away from the pool. There is everything for a comfortable rest in general.

lyinf_ngThe Novotel Bishkek City Center is easily one of the top international chain hotels in the area. Its location is absolutely superb – you can walk to the city center's shopping district and parks, and there are plenty of currency exchange spots right on the street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The entire building is brand new and modern. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and have no strange odors. All the bathroom and office facilities are comprehensive, and the WiFi is stable and fast. The staff are fluent in English, and their service is warm and efficient. The hotel also boasts an indoor pool, gym, and spa, perfect for both business and leisure. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, covering Western, Chinese, and local dishes. Downstairs, the restaurant serves a full menu of Western and Central Asian cuisine. This is definitely my top choice for business or leisure trips to Bishkek, and I'll be staying here again.

We initially planned to stay in a yurt, but with temperatures dropping to -5°C at night, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a more comfortable room — one with a queen bed and another with three single beds. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped, including a bidet in the bathroom. Overall, our stay was very pleasant, and the staff’s flexibility and attention to comfort made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Good hotel. Clean room. The mattresses have been replaced by soft on demand . The room is cool but the heater is worth it. Excellent breakfasts . Big pool , sauna and hamm are excellent. I liked the massage quality

I stayed at the Orion Hotel Bishkek; overall, it's a very decent hotel, close to a true five-star standard.
I liked the location in the city center, the comfortable and clean rooms, and the comfortable bed. The staff is polite and helpful. The breakfasts are good, with plenty of choice and everything fresh. The spa and pool are a nice bonus, especially after a long day of work.
Among the minor downsides, in some places it feels a bit old and could use some updating. But overall, the experience was positive. I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5. I'd come back again.

+ Overall, the service was nice, the cleaner was good, and the room was clean. The beds were great. Breakfast was varied. The apartment was quiet and peaceful. The complimentary water bottles brought to the room during cleaning were a great added bonus.
- Some smoke drifted into the apartment from outside because the window seals were a bit worn. The official hotel gate could be added to map applications so that Yandex cars could find their way more easily.
— Airport transfer was included in the price, but we didn't get it upon arrival. The airport was over 20km away. When we were leaving, we asked if we could have a ride for the 7-kilometer journey to the airport instead of the transfer, but it couldn't be provided, and this inflexibility genuinely surprised us.

The guy at the reception seemed unfriendly. We arrived an hour before check-in, he offered early check-in for $6 per hour. I don't know, maybe this is the hotel's trick to make money every hour. But it immediately put us off. If the room is free, why not check in your clients an hour earlier?
Overall, the room is large, everything works properly. We were there for one night and it was enough for us.

XIAOZHONGA clean and functional hotel with plenty of breakfast. The location is very good, right next to the city center square, very convenient for day trips, most of the attractions are within walking distance.
