He leído bastantes reseñas malas, pero esta es nuestra experiencia: -Personal del hotel: 100/100 una atención magnífica! Muy agradables, resuelven cualquier cosa (nosotros fuimos sin cargador y nos cargaron el teléfono). -Desayuno: son 7€, buffet libre HAY DE TODO!! Es una maravilla. Además el desayuno empieza a las 8;00 y termina a las 11:00 pero he visto gente desayunando mas tarde y el hotel no ha puesto problemas. -Limpieza: todo estaba en perfecto estado y la limpieza impoluta. Las camas bastante cómodas. Sábanas suaves y almohadas acorde. Dispone de piscina y pista de padel. Sin duda alguna una experiencia que vamos a repetir

el hotel esta en una ubicacion muy buena, muy centrica. No es un hotel nuevo, ya tiene sus años, pero esta muy bien cuidado. La habitación estaba super comoda, super limpia, el baño tambien. La atencion de todos, super amable todos los dias. Realmente me ha encantado hospedarme en el hotel, ya que yo fui para un congreso de 3 dias, y necesitaba un lugar limpio, bien ubicado, calmo y comodo para dormir. Este hotel lo cumplio. Bonjour, Nous avons passé un bon séjour, L'hôtel est très sympa dans l'ensemble. Avec un très grand hall et plusieurs endroits pour s'asseoir afin de boire ou de se poser. Un bar avec des prix abordable, un restaurant et une piscine complète cette hôtel. Petit bémol cette hôtel présente une salle de sport mais on ne peut pas y accéder il faudrait faire appel à un coach que vous devrez chercher et payer vous même. Autant dire qu'elle sert à rien. Très dommage.

Nice Boutique hotel. The room was a little small, but the bed was comfortable & the bathroom clean. The electrical plug points were accessible which for me was important. There was no work table & that was an issue. I was there for 1 night & hence managed to adjust. The restaurant was really the best part of the stay. I had a vegan burger & it was really nice. I would recommend this hotel if you have a short stay.

El hotel tiene defectos subsanables(manillas de ventanas desencajada, plato de ducha desconchado...) pero está muy limpio, las habitaciones amplias y desayuno variado

My stay at Original Domino House was absolutely perfect, I continued to extend my stay because I felt so good and comfortable. From the moment I arrived, I felt so much peace from the kindness of people working there to the comfortability of my room. Maite, Cladia and Roberto are all so wonderful and were always ready to be there to help with anything I needed. It truly felt like I was staying at home and whenever I am staying in Valencia, I will choose to come back here. The location is peaceful and quiet with lovely cafes and grocery store nearby but still close enough to walk to the city center. Everything was perfect and I am so very thankful for my visit.

Location is fabulous in my opinion with it being right next to the mall; I could walk there every day there and have a great variety of restaurants to choose from. I enjoyed breakfast very much and thought there was enough of a variety of items - no hot dishes to speak of though. Only saw bacon on my last morning which I enjoyed very much - too much. Staff is awesome, especially Andrea and Marta at Reception. OMG, I got a parking ticket in Valencia, and Andrea helped me research where to go and how to pay it off and whatnot. This was a big help to me, and I'm deeply grateful for her assistance. I think the price I paid was well worth particularly when you consider the parking is free. You really can't go wrong with Holiday Inn, can you?

This is a gem of a hotel providing excellent service in a modern environment and exceptional value for money. The hotel is a neat idea being built into an old building but providing new, clean rooms - clever design and great re-purposing of the building. Taxi cost around €25 from the airport. Rooms were clean with a very comfy bed and great shower. Breakfast was better than I expected - it was well presented and had good choice. One of our party requires gluten free but she had no problem finding something suitable each day. The staff even went out of their way to find black tea bags to satisfy English tastes! The staff are great - all young providing a friendly, polite and professional service. The location is fantastic - only 15 mins walk from the cathedral, Turia garden is across the road and metro station (line 4) is 5 mins away which takes you directly to the beach. We walked everywhere (except to the beach) including to the City of Art and Science (easy to find by walking through Turia garden and following it round. For football fans Mestalla stadium is about 25 mins walk away. Overall it’s a great hotel for those wanting somewhere close to the city that require a comfortable bed, excellent shower and simple but excellent breakfast.

Stayed here for 2 nights to visit Valencia. Free street parking directly outside of the hotel and only a 2 minute walk to the Metro station. Helpful staff throughout who offered tips and suggestions for what to see. Room was spotless and quiet, no complaints whatsoever and very reasonably priced.

I'm lukewarm regarding this hotel. When I got there, the room had no minibar (it was broken), so I spent around 10/15 asking for them to switch me to a room with a minibar - honestly, middle of the summer in Spain, not having a minibar is not negotiable. They did change me, but I had to insist a lot for something that was already included in the rate I booked. Aside from that, the hotel itself was great. The room was very spacious, it was 2 blocks away from the main street, and there were countless bars and supermarkets to get what we needed. The hotel includes parking for 18eur per night - if you have a car, I would recommend paying, because streets are very narrow in Torrevieja. The breakfast buffet was good - a bit meager for the price, but it was better than having to eat out every day. I would definitely pay for it again. I'm not sure about other reviews - I didn't have any issues with the A/C or anything else. I would recommend it over other hotels in the area, for sure.

The Budget hotel was great value as usual, but the restaurant at the adjacent Ibis was understaffed and tables were not even set out. Food was not presented well; School dinner-ish and no table service. The one member of staff (at the bar) taking orders also had to deal with bar orders. Because the tables were grouped together there was not enough seating for diners. One at our table had to separate the tables for social distancing - there was no member of staff who showed any interest. Completed orders were shouted for from the bar area. Contrast this with Barcelona the night before. Why so different?

Hotel bien situé. La chambre était fonctionnel sans plus...les draps et serviettes étaient propres cependant la propreté du reste était limite....beaucoup de tache et d éclaboussure sur le mur...une clim très très bruyante qui vous empêche de dormir...cote restauration bon rapport qualité prix mais la encore la propreté limite ..les tables collante et pourtant deux serveuses pour dix personnes à table....prendre 5 minutes pour nettoyer les tables.n aurait pas était du luxe....

Stayed here for 4 days in May. We had a triple room on the 6th floor with wrap around balcony. Beds were really comfortable and the room was practical. Bathroom was a good size and had all of the little extras. We used the bar and terrace daily, great prices and selection on offer. Restaurant had great choices on offer and lots to choose from. We were really surprised by the food on offer. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were perfect. The only issue that we had was the sheer ignorance of some of the other guests who had no consideration for others getting their meals. All staff were great and helpful during our stay. Only other gripe we had was the lifts which were small, obviously used a lot with some long waits.

Only an overnight stay before our morning flight back to uk. We wanted somewhere within walking distance to the city centre and with parking. The hotel was easy to find with free parking, and also a 15 min easy walk to the bars and restaurants in the centre. In the morning we had an easy 10 minute drive to the airport. Our room and bathroom were a bit dated but clean and comfortable which is all we required. We didn’t eat in the hotel but had a couple of drinks out on the terrace when we returned to the hotel in the evening. Given its location and free parking we would certainly visit again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, overlooking the pool. The staff were friendly and efficient and the cleaners were really busy especially around the pool area and public areas. The food really suited us, plenty of selection with lots of fresh fruit and salads to choose from, a good choice of varied food each day, with fresh trays coming out from the kitchen regularly. This trip changed my expectation of the Benidorm area and hotels and we would definitely return.

We returned to Hotel Maya for the 6th time. It was the 2nd half of our honeymoon and we wanted something familiar, their is always such great space in the rooms in Hotel Maya, especially the Wheelchair accessible rooms. The bathrooms have been done up since our last trip and all I can say is the shower was FANTASTIC! The staff are always friendly and kind, some even recognise us and welcome us back each year. We did have an issue with the air conditioning leaking and when we pointed it out they had it fixed pretty quickly. It’s always a pleasure to go back here

Stayed 2 nights for a meeting. Clean hotel, friendly staff, firm mattresses, good shower, free tea and coffee (not in room). Located on a very busy roundabout towards the south of the city. Buses nearby to get into centre (no 7) and beach (no 99). More of a backpackers, workers hotel. Not too many families, reception is basic, bar has seen better days (you have to get cold drinks from the fridge and pay at reception). Luckily my room faced the back of hotel away from continual traffic of the 4lane roundabout out the front. Avoided breakfast as looked very school canteen. 100 euro a night, but it was summer in a coastal city.

We were welcomed with a warm smile and given everything we needed, very friendly and attentive staff! The hotel has a great location, near the beach, with wonderful surroundings, fresh air and a lot of greenery. A lot of places for nice walks. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony overlooking the forest. Breakfast is rich, fresh and delicious. Loved everything about this place, I highly recommend it. Thank you for outstanding services!

Je suis scandalisé par cette hôtel j’ai effectué une réservation aujourd’hui dimanche 30 avril 2023 Je réserve une chambre pour 2 pour mes filles de onze et six ans et moi-même. Je me présente à l’hôtel à 19h10. Dans la réservation je n’ai pas stipulé que j’avais ma fille de six ans en sachant que le prix d’un adulte est à partir de 12 ans j’ai donc 2 enfants la dame me demande de rajouter au prix de ma réservation qui est quand même de 141€ 40€ qu’elle justifie en me disant qu’il y a trois personnes. Je lui explique que étant donné que la piscine est en travaux et qu’elle n’est pas fonctionnel qu’elle me fasse un geste commercial en sachant que j’ai deux enfants et que je suis la seule adulte. Elles ne veulent rien savoir et me disent qu’elles m’annulent la réservation qu’il n’y a pas de problème je trouve ça scandaleux après une journée de voyage mes filles sont fatiguées et elles me proposent de limite dégager je trouve ça d’un manque de professionnalisme elle se permettent de parler en espagnol de moi en sachant que je comprends ce qu’elles disent c’est un véritable manque de respect. J’ai l’habitude de séjourner dans la chaîne d’hôtel Ramada et là je suis tellement déçu que je ne ferais plus jamais de réservation dans cette chaîne La directrice de cette hôtel manque de respect et me dit que la piscine est ouverte de juin à septembre je n’ai jamais vu un hôtel avec une ouverture de piscine de trois mois sur leur site voilà ce qui est noté ( De retour dans notre hôtel contemporain, profitez d'une piscine extérieure, d'une salle de sport ouverte 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7 et d'un restaurant sur place) c’est complètement mensonger la moindre des choses c’est de le stipulé sur le site officiel A fuir car le manque de bienveillance et de professionnalisme manque cruellement dans cette hôtel si il était possible de mettre 0 je l’aurais fait.

I stayed at the Villacarlos in early May 2022 for eight days. My holiday was originally intended for April 2020, but the pandemic necessitated my having to postpone four or five times. A big thank you to the hotel for being so flexible with what was originally a non-amendable booking. Businesses which treated their customers well over Covid deserve recognition and customer loyalty for that. The hotel is on a tree-lined avenue just over a mile from the city centre; the walk into the city is very attractive, and the trees and Mediterranean vegetation in Turia park are superb. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfasts have a good range of foods. Elena and all the other staff treat guests as individuals, and are helpful and courteous. The hotel is reasonably priced, and is an excellent base for any tourist or traveller who wishes to explore Valencia and the surrounding region. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
