I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times, and it’s become one of my favorites. At check-in, they welcomed me back, which was a really nice touch. Even though I arrived quite early, they still let me into a prepared room, which I really appreciated. The breakfast also delicious, and the rooftop bar has a great atmosphere, definitely one of the highlights. Overall, the value for money here is excellent. The only downside this time was that there was a noticeable sewage-like smell on the floor, which was a bit disappointing

I would always book here if there is an available room. Although this time around we just got the last parking slot here. I hope they could provide more, I might not be so lucky on our next time here.

Bayfront Hotel North Reclamation offers an excellent location, especially for travelers who want easy access to major malls and transport hubs. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable enough for a pleasant stay. Breakfast is decent, with enough variety to start your day, though it may not stand out compared to larger hotels. Overall, it’s a convenient and budget-friendly option, ideal for guests who prioritize location, cleanliness, and affordability over spacious accommodations.

The location is heart of the Cebu city, the staff is so friendly, they treat you like friend and family. I enjoy my stay .

I have had the pleasure of booking this hotel on four separate occasions, each time I visit the Philippines. I was particularly impressed by the Manager on Duty, who graciously accommodated my request for a city-view room on a high floor. I have always been drawn to this hotel due to its prime location, excellent breakfast selection, and courteous staff who consistently provide exceptional assistance. I highly recommend this Bayfront hotel at Cebu Capitol Site for its outstanding services.

Solid place to stay, staff are super nice. It is a bit old, has some cracks in the walls and a few little bugs in the bathroom. The bed is comfortable and clean, hot water in the bathroom, A/C wasn’t strong but does work, cold water refilling available on each floor.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was seamless and welcoming. I was particularly impressed by the concierge’s thoughtful recommendations, which truly elevated our overall experience. This hotel has an excellent location, right next to the capitol building in Cebu. Many useful shops were within walking distance. Good restaurants as well. Its greatest strength is its convenient location. The service staff were very polite, always opened the door, allowed us to make a small adjustment to our reservation (very kind!), and even lent us an umbrella when it rained. Downsides are that there's almost no parking, the wifi doesn't consistently deliver internet connection even if you're connected to the wifi, the room was very noisy due to no sound dampening, the room was incredibly small, and there's no comforter on the bed! Only a thin sheet. I think at the very least I would recommend fixing the internet connection and adding a top layer sheet, so that sleeping is more comfortable. With those improvements I think it would be quite a bit better. The service staff definitely left a positive impression on me, excellent service 👍

We arrived at the hotel at 4am and was told that we have to pay a full day's rate instead of the early check in rate of 1000 pesos that we are communicated earlier, as the early check in timing is supposed to be 8am. We paid for it as we were so tired from the flight. It would be good if the hotel had given us some discount since its just a few hours from the early check in timing. Room was fantastic and clean, spacious enough for luggages and movement. There is a long dressing table and a side ledge along the windows, perfect for us to put our stuffs. Bathroom has hand shower, which is perfect for us. Only thing is the bidet, too painful to use with its small but powerful jets lol. Thank you to the hotel for giving us a connecting room for our friends as we are in a group of 5. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety and at a reasonable price, in fact it is better than another hotel's breakfast which was priced more steeply. Hotel staffs were polite and hospitable, response was fast when we called for extra toiletries in the room. Ayala mall was across the road from the hotel, but the only challenge was crossing that road. Concierge was very helpful with our luggages upon arrival and departure. In all, it's a great stay and I would definitely recommend my friends to stay there!
