I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times, and it’s become one of my favorites. At check-in, they welcomed me back, which was a really nice touch. Even though I arrived quite early, they still let me into a prepared room, which I really appreciated. The breakfast also delicious, and the rooftop bar has a great atmosphere, definitely one of the highlights. Overall, the value for money here is excellent. The only downside this time was that there was a noticeable sewage-like smell on the floor, which was a bit disappointing

I booked an overnight stay at Vivien Hotel, but unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The TV in my room was not functioning properly, so I called the front desk. Staff came to check and informed me it was a provider issue and that they would try to contact them. However, by 10 PM, there were no updates — I only learned about the status when I followed up myself. No alternative solutions were offered, and I was simply advised to wait until morning. Unfortunately, the issue was still unresolved by the time I checked out. Additionally, the hotel only has three floors and no elevator, which may be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage. The lack of proactive communication and resolution made the overall stay frustrating.

Staff very helpful and communication was excellent. Free shuttle pick up from airport was great. Hotel is close to airport. Good rooftop bar and food. Rooms clean and comfortable but very noisy at night. Windows need double glazing as traffic noise was loud all night. Great for a quick stopover.

Conveniently close to the airport and offers airport pickup and drop-off services. Rooms have all the basic necessities.

Good choice for budget travellers who want a comfortable, clean place with a central location in Cebu City — ideal for exploring malls and city attractions without spending much. If you’re after luxury or quiet luxury service, it may feel too basic.

It was on the spot booking and I came across with ABC Plus Hotel. Kuya guide me to their front desk it was on 6th floor. I was greeted with smiles and they are so welcoming. When I reached the room, everything was new and clean. It was excellent for solo travelers. And I got myself a city view. All in all it was a relaxing stay. Wont be my last for sure. Thank you for the free coffee mug. Appreciate it 🫶🏻

Good location close to the malls. Good ans spacious room with all amenities, got a free upgrade to better room category. Pool and gym are ok.

The hotel is in a good location and staff members are very polite and accommodating. My only critique would be that there are no rooms with a refrigerator which is slightly inconvenient, although not a major issue.
