Hotel 4-Star di Hovedstaden, Denmark

The hotel was clean but super small. However, considering it’s near the train station, metro station, and bus station as well as very good eating places, the size is still okay. The staff was friendly and even changed our room to the location the same as the reception building for ease of movement since we brought 2 super large pieces of luggage. Breakfast was super expensive if bought onsite (€45/pp), so I would suggest just eating at konditori, which was everywhere in town. Even in the train station, there was one of the famous bakeries opened from 6 a.m.

Very convenient as it is located within walking distance to København H station. Breakfast buffet is top notch. Bathroom was a little dirty with dirt streaks and you’ll need to book room service the day before (which we found out a little too late). A good move for sustainability though!

I and my son stayed for 3 days (btw 26-29 May ) at a Deluxe Room at 5th floor. Hotel Location was very close to TIVOLI and Central Station. Room was clean and wide. I stayed on ”Breakfast included” basis.. Since I am an omelette or scrambled egg person at breakfast, the breakfast menu was sufficient for me because omelette and scrambled egg they were included under breakfast menu. . However, I've seen same star hotels with much more richer breakfasts of course. 1) Our 5th floor room was reachable via 2 elevators. Firrst you take an elevator and go to 1st floor. Then at 1st floor you walk through a looong coridor. I guess, after this long walk we reach to an additional building of hotel which you cannot understand.. From there you get the elevator again and reach 5th floor. ( I stayed at room 1503 ) 2) Everyday the room was cleaned. 3) The reastaurant staff was very friendly and they were giving service in a very kind way. 4) The reception staff; They did not do anything wrong, but normally I expect a larger smile and more welcoming, energyc, warm attitudes when I step in a hotel. I do not know why I could not feel this at this hotel reception. Secondly, when the Italian male receptionst asked me about my room choice when checking in ( room with a view OR quite room looking at inner garden ), I said I prefer the room with VIEW. However, when I was choosing the room with view, I did not know that room was looking at a street where ROAD CONSTRUCTION was going on. He only told me that street can be crowded only during weekend. I said we will leave until weekend so I thought that I will not be effected from any street noise at a evening. But a CONSTRUCTION NOISE during day that he did not mention was not nice. Overall, it is a nice hotel. But ask where your room is exactly located and ask if you will reach by 1 or 2 elevators. Photos are; from Breakfast and view from my 5th floor room. It's conveniently located near the airport. The gym is clean and uncluttered. The pool is still under construction, which is a shame. But, I'm very satisfied with everything, including the service, facilities, and breakfast.

Stayed at Copenhagen Island Hotel during my trip to Copenhagen. The hotel has a great waterfront location and the rooms are modern and comfortable. It’s also conveniently located near the train station and shopping area, making it easy to get around the city. However, one downside during my stay was that the tap water in the bathroom appeared yellowish. Because of this, I didn’t feel comfortable using the bathtub at all. Aside from that, the stay was generally fine and the location is definitely a plus.

Good location near Dybbolsbro station and the best thing is the many eateries and shops right behind this hotel, lots of really good food and supermarket within walking distance. Hotel breakfast was pretty much the same everyday but it was a good breakfast that I didn't get bored even for 4 days. The room was good enough tho the sheets and duvet had some stains and hair. Housekeeping is not by default and requesting for it does not include cleaning of floors and toilets. TV had no English channels but you can connect Bluetooth to your phone for music playing which was nice.

A decent, no-frills stay. The room was a reasonable size with basic amenities. Note that standard rooms don't include a kettle, but hot water is available from the coffee machine at reception. While the immediate location is a bit industrial (Metro railway service depot), it's well-connected, with central Copenhagen just a 10-15 minute bus or S-train ride away. Two Netto supermarkets are also within a 10-minute walk. Breakfast was standard but sufficient, and given Copenhagen's prices, the hotel offers good value for money.

This hotel is a gem in an area close to the train station and lots of restaurants and shops. Although we only had two nights here, we enjoyed the stay, particularly the delicious breakfast and lunch in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The staff were very accommodating when we experienced a “hiccup” on a first night and went out of their way to make the rest of our time a wonderful experience. We didn’t have time to visit the spa, but, based on the emphasis on quality food and surroundings, I would imagine it to be equally enjoyable. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Copenhagen.

We stayed for 5 nights.  The rooms were alright.  A bit dusty on our first night (specially under the sofa bed) but after housekeeping cleaned the room the following day, it was a lot better.  The location of the hotel was excellent.  Definitely very convenient with the M trains.  The breakfast buffet was excellent.  The front desk, kitchen & restaurant staff were all very helpful, pleasant and efficient.  Highly recommended.

The room is clean and the bed comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, advance booking is required for the use of the swimming pool with a rather expensive charge, The breakfast is good, however, would appreciate a slight change of menu probably every two days. I stayed here for 5 nights. Have been seeing the exact same food every morning.
