Hotel 4-Star di Hovedstaden, Denmark

The room is clean enough and a little bit small but there is enough space to spend to chill after long sightseeing. The wall is thin so we can listen to the noise from other rooms. There are not so many amenities, even no fridge and kettle. But there is free water in the lobby, and you can also order paid drinks there.

Convenient location, near to central station. Theres mamy eateries around the area. Tivoli is near to hotel. Room had air con, shampoo/conditioner and bodywash. A pity that there isnt any boiler for hot water. Breakfast was good, different variety and service staffs were always very friendly.

I and my son stayed for 3 days (btw 26-29 May ) at a Deluxe Room at 5th floor. Hotel Location was very close to TIVOLI and Central Station. Room was clean and wide. I stayed on ”Breakfast included” basis.. Since I am an omelette or scrambled egg person at breakfast, the breakfast menu was sufficient for me because omelette and scrambled egg they were included under breakfast menu. . However, I've seen same star hotels with much more richer breakfasts of course. 1) Our 5th floor room was reachable via 2 elevators. Firrst you take an elevator and go to 1st floor. Then at 1st floor you walk through a looong coridor. I guess, after this long walk we reach to an additional building of hotel which you cannot understand.. From there you get the elevator again and reach 5th floor. ( I stayed at room 1503 ) 2) Everyday the room was cleaned. 3) The reastaurant staff was very friendly and they were giving service in a very kind way. 4) The reception staff; They did not do anything wrong, but normally I expect a larger smile and more welcoming, energyc, warm attitudes when I step in a hotel. I do not know why I could not feel this at this hotel reception. Secondly, when the Italian male receptionst asked me about my room choice when checking in ( room with a view OR quite room looking at inner garden ), I said I prefer the room with VIEW. However, when I was choosing the room with view, I did not know that room was looking at a street where ROAD CONSTRUCTION was going on. He only told me that street can be crowded only during weekend. I said we will leave until weekend so I thought that I will not be effected from any street noise at a evening. But a CONSTRUCTION NOISE during day that he did not mention was not nice. Overall, it is a nice hotel. But ask where your room is exactly located and ask if you will reach by 1 or 2 elevators. Photos are; from Breakfast and view from my 5th floor room. Checking in & out are done via the self-check in automat. Didn't try the breakfast. There's an indoor swimming pool which is great. Room is clean & tidy, with some traces of dust though. The hotel looks dated but well-maintained. The bartender is cheerful and staff are friendly. Just a few steps away from Kastrup Airport. Train station connected to the hotel so we simply took the train to Copenhagen city centre ftom the hotel which took about 20 minutes.

Perfect hotel in my opinion. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Room was really nice, couldn’t hear any noise from outside or other rooms. I emailed them saying it was my girlfriend’s birthday and they left a note in the room and even put balloons up. Staff were helpful and they hold luggage. Would stay here again if I come back.

Good location near Dybbolsbro station and the best thing is the many eateries and shops right behind this hotel, lots of really good food and supermarket within walking distance. Hotel breakfast was pretty much the same everyday but it was a good breakfast that I didn't get bored even for 4 days. The room was good enough tho the sheets and duvet had some stains and hair. Housekeeping is not by default and requesting for it does not include cleaning of floors and toilets. TV had no English channels but you can connect Bluetooth to your phone for music playing which was nice.

Nice budget hotel not to far from city, good location very good value for money highly recommended

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location. 5 minutes walk from Central station and easy to walk all around the city. Had a superior single which was very cosy and comfortable. Lovely toiletries, lots of attention to detail. Would definitely stay again, hopefully in warmer weather.

The breakfast is amazing and definitely saves a lot of cost in the costly city. Liked the room nice and neat and everything was easy and intuitive for me to use. The place is very close to the metro station (Fredericksberg station) and the mall which opens pretty late in this country. Visit Føtex if you wish to see whats local. Other places worth visiting would be... BUKA bakery, and Fredericksberg garden where you can rent ice skates during the winter. Bruun Strik(15 min walk) and Tante Grøn(1 min walk) are worth visiting if you knit and crochet.

Nice hotel, good rooms, location good, very good food at the hotels restaurant BUT: the service at the hotels restaurant in at dinner time was not good, not friendly, not professional enough to me! to thank you, no good bye….
