Hotel 2-Star di Lapland, Finland

The check in process is very unfriendly for foreigners. The instructions are unclear. The 24/7 contact will be answered on the 5th or 6th call. It took us an hour to get the key and correct location for the room. The key and the room are two different places. Other than that, the room is very nice for a family. Cozy and spacey. Very nice location. 10 mins walk to the station. If the check in instructions can be improved, it is a nice place.

The bedliner is little bit dirty . No wifi all around . We had an accident in which we are locked outside the room because there is ice stuck inside the lock and we cant open with the key . The staff is very friendly and helpful to help us open the door with some lub . The room is very darkly lit . In summer it is renowned for gold panning . However in winter you can only do it outdoors . The hotel Restaurants are very great .

I've only spent one night with my son, and we've been taken care of very well, it's very familiar. They offer you everything you need, it is located at the door. the only thing it does not have is private bathroom, and the beds are fine, the only thing I put a fault is the pillows. but I recommend it is my very nice, quiet, and good place to see aurora bowling, because it has 200 meters a perfect lake to see them.

Hotellirakennuksen ulkoiset puitteet kaipaisivat kunnostusta, sisätiloja päivitetty. Hotelli kuitenkin siisti, äänieristyksessä parantamisen varaa, ei häiriötä yöaikaan. Todella keskeinen sijainti, aivan Kilpisjärven keskustassa, silti rauhallisella paikalla. Henkilökunta ystävällistä, palvelualtista. Eläimet, koirat huomioitu erinomaisesti. Koiran voi halutessaan ottaa ravintolaan. Tällöin kabinettiin katetaan teille pöytä. Hyvät ulkoilumahdollisuudet, pyykin pesumahdollusuudet. Hyvä palvelu ravintolassa. Erittäin hyvä aamupala. Erityisruokavaliot huomioitu todella hyvin. Maksuton sauna.

ロバニエミの小さな清潔なホステルでした。オーナーの女性は、すごく親切で、LINEも使いこなせて道案内やオーロラハンターの友達の紹介もしてくれ、とても助かりました。自分でも真夜中に、周りに光のない公園にオーロラを撮影に行き、iPhoneで我ながら上手なノーザンライトが撮影できたと思っています。また機会があればぜひとも行きたいと思っています。オーロラハンターのプロの人とは、今でもWhatsApp等で連絡を取っています。夜中にフィンランドからスウェーデン国境を超えて、晴れてるところまで連れて行ってくれ、撮った写真は全てWhatsAppからダウンロードできるようにサービスしてくれました。大きな会社ではできない個人経営の素晴らしいプロのオーロラハンターでした。

It was a bit difficult to find at first because you had to check in at the supermarket, but the accommodation itself was clean and nice. The shared living room, shared bathroom, and toilet were also clean. When we stayed there, there were about 1 other person besides us (2 people), but we never ran into each other except when we left! The supermarket is close, and I heard that I could use the sled in front of the door, so I went on a sled. There are many buses and tour companies around Sariselka Holiday Club, so it's good to get the location benefits:) Overall, I'm very satisfied! You can also store your suitcase in the office next to the supermarket.
