Birthday celebration- location was perfect. Off season - Weather in the 90's - more staff than guests. Breakfast at the pool everyday with spectacular views, no one else was there. Take the classic car tour for 3 hours - well worth it. Rooms were ideal - spa was most accommodating - booked 2 different massages plus the Romantic Getaway package - Itself a great deal. Ana - our reservation specialist was responsive and to the point on all requests. Greilly our concierge handled all requests even on short notice and gave great advice, Looking forward to a return trip in the Fall!

There are two areas, old and new. The new building is OK. The old one does not work at all. The food is in the Dominican hotel. Ordinary. There is no special place. The scenery is not bad. It is close to the cruise terminal.

GGuest UserThe staff was increíble welcoming and amazing and friendly....the front desk staff was excellent...exspecialy ( Esmayli De La Crux Felix ) she always smiling ..always willing to help...I enjoy the ambiance of the hotel...the food was flavorful and tasty...food 10 out of 10....my room 10 out of 10..Hot water perfect..my room always clean...find no fault ...my vacation was perfect..staff is extremely friendly...the hotel exceeded my expectations..I would go Back to this hotel because of the People..the service..and the food........also Cleanliness 10 out of 10.....I will recommend Iberostar to all my friends..
