Stayed at VIA and had an amazing experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Sangat selesa dan selesa untuk didiami. Ia sangat dekat dengan daerah perniagaan, dan anda boleh pergi ke jalan beli-belah dengan berjalan kaki. Location: Next to Bentencho station so easy access to Osaka loop line and Chuo Line for Subway and Rail. Really good location even though it's not central Osaka. The advantage is that you can still get everywhere within 10-20mins and the surrounding area is clean and safe and quiet. There is a 7-11 next door and a commercial gym (charged at 1650 per day) Negatives are there is not much to do in the evenings. But this leads to the quietness of the area and is an advantage Hotel Room: We stayed in double room and it was large. Nice comfortable bed with good pillows. The AC was modern and good and did not make noise even while we were asleep. The room is cleaned daily (tidy and new towels) with new sheets every 3 days. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The room was also very clean. The bed has USB and chargers on either side of it. There is space to hang clothes But the room is really nice. We always were glad to come back to a very clean and tidy place. The TV has English menus but we never watched anything. Negatives are the fridge could be colder and the bathroom sink has a tiny slope on it so you cannot place product on the sink but you have a shelf above the sink for this. Very slight negatives for what is a great place to stay Hotel features: Excellent. Great laundry room with several washers & dryers. Trouser presses, vending machine and ice machine. A rooftop terrace with good views. The breakfast is free and is underwhelming, just different bread and pastries with choices of juice, soups, water and yogurt. It's acceptable and I guess it's free. The hotel lobby has little items you can take if needed, such as hair bands, toothbrushes, razor kits but something nice was that they give you bath bombs for free too. Different ones each day. Staff: Very friendly and helpful, even after midnight when I made requests they were very fast and helpful Overview: 100% would stay here again. The price-to-quality ratio and the large room size make this an easy choice. Do not worry about location, I stayed it Dontonburi area before and alothgh its close to everything, its loud, dirty and feels unsafe. But the location of Porta Inn is really good and super easy to get to central areas (around 10-20mins) and easy to get to the airport (direct line) and easy to get to Universal Studios too.

This is a very clean nice capsule hotel. They provide everything you need for a good stay in Osaka. Pods are some of the biggest I have seen in capsule hotels. They even have a mini Onsen in the shower area and provide all toiletries needed. Location is a little away from the main area Dotonbori area but certainly walkable to it so overall location is fine, just the immediate area around it is very quiet. The only thing I felt was missing from this was any social element, your not likely to meet any other travelers here which may be a good or bad thing depending on what you desire. Overall fantastic value for a capsule hotel.

The location of the hotel is rather good and the guests are convenient to go to different parts of Osaka through transferring various lines of the subway. Besides, the payment for its room service together with the breakfast is relatively low compared with other hotels in Osaka. The major guests of the hotel are local Japanese so the breakfast is a bit Japanese style with the supplement of some western-style bread. The staff of the hotel can speak little English therefore they hardly have closer communication with the foreign guests. The hotel cleaning only does once a week. Because the hotel did not have 24-hour front desk service, it caused the problem of security. The period of my stay in that hotel was 6th to 11th June 2024. On 10th June, I packed my baggage at night and unfortunately found that my i-pad had been missing. Since there was no staff on duty after 11pm, I could not get immediate help that night. The next morning about 5:30am, I went out (the door of the hotel had kept open) to the nearest police station and reported about my i-pad being stolen in that hotel. After completing the procedure, the police gave me a recording document and I showed it to a on-duty hotel staff afterwards. But at first we did not communicate effectively. Later she photocopied the document and insisted that the hotel cleaner would not steal. As I had to take the flight leaving at noon 12:50am, I just finished the check-out procedure and eagerly left. I did not think the hotel and the police would follow up my case and would do anything for me. I felt very disappointed at them. I hoped that the would-be guests should be smarter so as to avoid my misfortune.

The location was quite good as it’s near many shopping areas, convenient stores and restaurants. You can also take the escalator from shinsaibashi metro station to Parco shopping centre and go out from the entrance at level 1 , it’s about a 3 mins walk from there. However, if given a choice again, I would probably choose to stay near namba station as it’s easier for me as I took the express bus and went for one day tour to Nara where the meeting point is near nipponbashi. Walking from the hotel to these places would take 15-25 minutes. It’s not an easy feat if you have a heavy luggage. The hotel is small but it has everything in it, you don’t need to bring much amenities as most of it are in your room and some you can collect them yourself from the lobby. You’ll need to use the kettle in your room to collect drinking water from your level’s elevator area. For some reason, the window had some light shining into my room (not sure if it’s just me) and the curtain wasn’t able to block the lights. So it’s definitely not for people that can’t sleep with lights on. Also, the toilet had a terrible smell that doesn’t go away despite me staying for a few nights there. To make things worst, there’s mold all around the room even in corners of my bed, which kinda triggered my allergies. So I had to make sure I’m always outside instead of staying in the room for long. But despite it all, I truly appreciate the cleaners cleaning my room daily and replenishing towels, beddings, disposable slippers, tea and coffee daily. The receptionist were very friendly and greeted me daily too. It’s honestly not a bad hotel for this price, but I’ll probably not choose to stay here again.

友人と大阪旅行の際、宿泊しました。シンプルですがかゆいところに手が届くホテルです。何より朝食は絶対に食べたほうがいいです。あのクオリティで１６００円ほどなら大満足です。一つ一つ丁寧に作ってある感じがとても好感が持てました。 大浴場も広々としていて気持ちよく、脱衣場も広くて使い勝手が良かったです。 部屋もシンプルですが、十分ゆったり過ごすことができました。部屋に用意してある大浴場に持っていくものを入れるバスケットも便利でしたし、何より脱衣場のロッカーにピッタリ収まるのも良かったです。 セキュリティもしっかりしているし、スタッフの皆さんの少しカジュアルなところも居心地が良かったです。 なにより一番ビックリしたのは夜食のお蕎麦です。出しがめちゃめちゃ美味しかったです。 新大阪近辺でいろいろなホテルに泊まりましたが、次もここに泊まると思います。

It is locatef at Aeroplaza which is about 5min walk from the airport. Just need to cross the link bridge at level 2 and you can find the place! Had a early flight next day so decided to stay here cause i’ve stayed in the namba outlet. plenty of washrooms and makeup table. shower might need to queue if you dont want to use public bath. the only difference from namba outlet is the luggage cannot be put in the room. this looks like a capsule pod than a capsule room. other than that i had a good night sleep and easy travel without rushing to airport next morning

施設設備は新しく、GOTOトラベルもあって、宿泊費が低廉のため、 高評価としたいところですが、初めての利用であり、とても残念なことがあり、高評価はできません。（客室に電子レンジがありながら、共用の氷ディスペンサーは全くないなど，アンバランスではあります） この界隈は、道路が縦横にきちんと並んでいることもあって、地下鉄の駅から，たどり着くまでに、時間を要しました。 すぐ横の信号交差点を通りながら、看板がほとんど見えないので通り過ぎてしまいました。 TYインの看板は、派手なのでそれが目に入ってしまいます。 ホテルに電話をかけて、地下鉄駅から歩いてきて、「TYインが見えるところにいるので、その近くか」と訪ねたら、「何店でしょうか？」と問い返しされてしまった。 看板が見えるだけで、何店かわかるはずがない。ＴＹインからそう遠くなく、まるで空気の読めない対応。これは、低レベル！！　 看板が派手ではない点は、評価できるが、その一方で、こういう問い合わせも多いはず。ようやく到着しても，ホスピタリティを全く感じない，何というか・・・感じ良くない。 辛口で恐縮だが、従業員の再教育が必要。これ率直な意見。
