Hotel 2-Bintang di Daerah Larnaca, Cyprus

Just awful. Booked in here for a 10 day business trip. And couldn't wait to leave. If I could have relocated to another hotel, I would of. One of my colleagues was booked in here, and when he came to check in, the hotel had no record of his stay. He ended up in a different hotel. (Our company uses a professional travel booker, so this was not an admin mistake at our end). The hotel had a number of COVID-19 measures in place. This is perfectly understandable. COVID-19 decimated the hospitality industry. However the food and beverage staff had double standards. They handled the food, with their hands, not the cutlery provided, yet were exceptionally OTT with the guests and masks, food handling etc. If you are going to demand a certain standard from your guests, you also have to adhere to the same standard, if not behave better. The food handling issue was chronic, not a one off accident. We had to be out of the door for early meetings every day. Before breakfast was open. Consequently we didn't get breakfast for 9 out of the 10 days, even though we'd paid for it. We got back to the hotel early one afternoon and decided to have coffee and work chat in the reception area. The hotel wanted to charge us for a cup of tea. Really?! The one morning I was able to make breakfast, I also needed to work. I was told off for having my laptop at breakfast, so I relocated to the reception area to work and eat. I was then told off for eating my breakfast in reception, whilst working on my laptop. I needed an iron. It was fitted with entirely the wrong plug for the sockets in the hotel. I think it had a European fitting and the sockets are English. There was no adaptor provided. The ironing board was disgusting. The staff were unfriendly, and we were treated as an inconvenience all the time. Not as guests. It was service with a snarl. This hotel is in a great location. There is easy, reasonably priced parking near the hotel. WiFi worked. I could work. View out of my hotel bedroom window could have been a war zone. This would be very disappointing for someone on holiday. Absolutely I won't stay here again. Just a terrible experience from start to finish. The only thing ”boutique” about this hotel is the name.

Great view of the beach during sunrise and sunset as we had a balcony. Spacious rooms with aircon. Staff are friendly. We rented a car and on the website is said there's free parking however unavailable as it's located at the front of the reception so had to use the public parking nearby for 15 Euros. Overall, great place to stay as shops and resturants are below and close by.

It is a 3 star hotel adjacent to Larnaca beach. Rooms are comfortable and clean. A/c is good. Breakfast is excellent while overlooking the sea. Throughout the hotel, staff are friendly, welcoming and efficient. We always stay here because the central location, combined with the quality of the product, represents unbeatable value. Recommended.

Excellent bfast .everything i can think of was served. best bacon I eat in ages 😋 fresh fruits as well . . Room ever so clean . Comfortable bed with topper on the mattress as well . Functional air con . Polite n friendly staff . This hotel deserve 5 🌟 is a 💎 .2 min from the beach. Full of shops around .direct bus to airport 🛫 . Nothing but wonderful time I had there . For sure I will go back again

I’ve spent 3 nights there. It is located outside the old town, but you can get there within 15-20 minutes. There is a bus stop nearby, some small grocery stores and a few restaurants. The room was ok, quite comfortable bed, balcony, fridge and bathroom with bathtub. On the premises, you can find a pool, bar and gym. They also offer breakfast. In general hole is ok but could use some renovation as everything is really old. It wasn’t bothering me at all but I’ve heard people complaining. Anyway, for this price it was a very decent stay

Far from the city, very quiet and clean. The hotel is not big and the facilities are relatively old, but it is very comfortable. The service staff are very friendly. Nice breakfast, too.

Never felt the need to complain about a hotel stay up until now. We stayed with Onisillos Hotel from March 9th to the 11th and it was well and truly the worst experience ive ever had staying at a hotel. The windowsill in bathroom was vile, rotten and falling apart. Loose tiles in all parts of the room on floor and walls. We had to request to have the hot water turned on in our room for a shower and then the manager pressured us into having a shower quickly so he could turn it back off again. He kept complaining that every time the expensive part from the boiler breaks when people shower, he needs to order the part from Italy and will bill the customers for this. On the Friday morning we showered and then left our room for breakfast and to go and have a swim in the beach, when we came back to our room, we asked for the hot water to be turned back on so we could wash and get changed for the evening. The manager at first denied us having a second shower until I said we'd been in the sea and I need a shower to wash off the sand and salt... I was disgusted by him even denying us a shower when we were paying guests. The shower itself was broken and not fixed to the wall, had low pressure and the water was lukewarm at best even when boiler was supposedly turned on. Our TV had a Greek plug with a UK plug socket on the wall so we were unable to use the television. When we addressed this with the manager, he asked if we could speak Greek as this is the only language on local TV so don't worry about the TV if we cannot. Room was filthy under the beds/tables and we found mess under every bed including a water bottle in the bottom of the sofa bed with an expiry date from 2 years ago! Had to hand in our key when we went out in the evening which I've never had to do at any hotel I've ever stayed at. Hotel was generally old and dilapidated. All in all would avoid staying here. Awful.

The Layiotis Hotel apartments are for those of us who like a nice place to stay in a convenient location with the option of cooking and having a little more than just a bed. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. Layiotis Hotel is run by a family that makes you feel like family, even when you are only there for a brief stay. We've stayed there on numerous occasions and have enjoyed easy accessibility from the airport, convenience of close location to the beach and the Finikoudes promenade. It may not be a 5 star hotel but the ambiance and helpful staff makes it feel like one.

Had such a lovely stay I extended it! My room was very spacious, the kitchen are has a lot of amenities, the garden is spacious with places to sit and washing lines and there are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower one with a shower inside the bath. It's a great location and a lovely place. The caretaker is also very kind
