We stayed for 4 nights and I’m happy this was my first accommodation in Vietnam. The room was basic but clean. Ours had no windows and we received a complementary upgrade when we requested one that did. The staff were helpful and translated and interpreted for us when required. The hotel has a security shutter which comes down around midnight and can only be opened from the inside by hotel staff. Although I had to shout loudly and repeatedly on one night to wake up the night staff, I was let in with no bad grace. Recommend the Russian coffee shop a few doors to the R (As you face the hotel exit.)

We loved our stay and room (superior double room) so much, that we kept postponing our check out date. Lovely clean room with nice decor and warm lightening. Bed not too hard, not too soft. Shampoo, soap, towels, toothbrush and blow dryer provided. In order to reduce the use of plastic bottles, there were free water refill stations in the lobby ＜3 The receptionist is very sweet and helpfull, thank you for everything! ;)

여러가지 편했고, 이동할때마다 그랩 연결해주고 떠나는 날 저녁시간이라 애매했는데 낮잠 잘수있게 빈방 제공해준 레앙이란 여직원분 친절에 감사 드립니다. 다음번에도 꼭 다시 방문할 계획이 있습니다!

Very close to the beach and great restaurants. They helped me get a last minute boat ticket when they were full, which was very appreciated. The only complaint is that the beds were a bit hard, that's very common in Vietnam though.

We love the hotel. Small and cosy. Facilities is clean and enough. Best location, you can just walk to the nearby seafood maket and the beach. The hotel also offer free ride to the hotel when checkout. So convient. Staff was supper supportive and kind.

Ngoc HAN hotel in Vung Tau is right by the beach and a supermarket, which is super convenient. Great location for beach lovers with easy access to essentials!

The room is pretty clean and the location is not very far from the beach and the restaurants. The landlady is very friendly and helpful. Bikes are also available for rent for reasonable price.

Vị trí ks ngay bãi trước, thuận lợi cho việc di chuyển. Nhân viên lễ tân ks nhiệt tình. Phòng mình nằm ở cuối dãy nên là cục nóng của máy lạnh hơi ồn, phòng mình chỉ có 1 mền mỏng nên hơi lạnh. Ở đến ngày thứ 2 thì toilet bị ứ không thoát được nước nên có báo lễ tân nhưng mà cũng không được xử lí. Nhìn chung thì cũng rất ổn, giá mùa tết thì hơi cao một tẹo nhưng vẫn ổn
