I made a reservation to stay after the marriage ceremony and fortunately, the hotel upgraded our room. During the check-in, they served a glass of champagne and provided us with a bottle of free champagne as well. The room was very spacious with a city view and we could enjoy the club lounge having some finger food and drinks there. In the morning, we enjoyed various breakfast and the place was really beautiful. It feels like we were in the garden! The other facilities like sauna and swimming pool were also good enough to relax. I highly recommend this hotel to stay in and would like to choose again next time!!

A nice and well-appointed hotel with very friendly and helpful service, comfortable rooms, and a quite good breakfast. The spa was nice and offered a solid massage at a reasonable price. The location is better for business than the more trendy eating and shopping areas but there are still a good range of restaurants nearby. The former Four Seasons, the design shares an aesthetic with what was the Four Seasons Shanghai Pudong. I would happily stay again.

comprei uma promessa (experiência) e foi entregue totalmente outra. Estamos muito insatisfeitos com o que aconteceu...no momento do check-in foi informado que o jantar do dia dos namorados havia mudado e que SÓ PODERIA JANTAR NOS RESTAURANTES QUEM COMPRASSE O PACOTE DO JANTAR (R$ 3.500). Não só nós ficamos decepcionados como vários casais. Isso foi TOTALMENTE discriminatório na verdade....podíamos processar eles alegando esse motivo. Os casais foram todos obrigados (inclusive nós) a jantarmos dentro do quarto...foi super chato e constrangedor. Isso é totalmente fora do código do consumidor. Sermos obrigados a comprar um jantar nesse valor ou não pode comer dentro do restaurante. UM ABSURDO. enfim..foi isso!! uma pena. abs,

Perfect stay !!! Top notch hotel. Highly recommand to stay here. Very vrry nice renovated room. Amazing multi options for breakfast never saw that in Brazil. Really nice staff amazing helpful. They do their best to satisfy your needs. Definitely deserve the 5stars and will be back for sure. AMAZING STAY !

It’s my second time to stay here: comfort, clean, great location, and safe. I had quality comfort of sleep. Restaurant and bar are 5 stars. Although the gym is small and has limited equipment, the pool and sauna are great. I will look no further other than L’Hotel Portobay when I’m in Sao Paulo.

I like the swimming pool most in this Hotel. The rooms are pretty large and also bathrooms. Amenities in the room are satisfying. The bar next to the lobby is fun, you can hang out comfortably. The service is very good.

O quarto na foto parecia ótimo, mas ao vivo foi bastante decepcionante dada a falta de uma boa manutenção (para um hotel desta categoria, numa das cidades mais importantes do Brasil). O quarto é bem distribuído, e o fato de ter um pequeno sofá é muito bom, além da água cortesia. Mas, a cabeceira da cama com o forro descascando deixa um aspecto nojento e bem ruim, a infiltração no reservado, manchas no chão do chuveiro, criado mudo lascado e com falta de limpesa( marcas de copos grudenta que tive que limpar). Bem chato e de uma certa forma frustante.
