I had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel, From the moment I arrived, The staff greeted me warmly and provided exceptional service throughout my visit. The room was impeccably clean. The Amenities were were Top -Notch. I can't wait to return...

I had a generally positive stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for a short stop near the airport. The location is very convenient, the staff were kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent with good quality food. I also appreciated the complimentary drop-off service to the airport. The main area for improvement is cleanliness, specifically in the bathroom. The toilet seat clearly needed a deeper clean, and it gave the impression that some details are being overlooked during housekeeping. This seems like an easy fix with a bit more attention and consistency. One small note as well: the driver who provided the drop-off was a bit insistent about tipping. It wasn’t a major issue, but something management may want to be aware of to ensure guests don’t feel uncomfortable. Overall, this is a solid, well-located hotel with friendly service and good amenities. With a bit more attention to cleaning details, it would be an excellent stay.

My review would be based on my 4-day stay and will only be fair and square. The hotel is located in a bsuy area of main bazaar, so expect noisy neighborhood with honking cars and shouting people. The place is not that secure, if that is your concern. The hotel is in a neighborhood of slums (yes, i explored the inner streets and alleys). The hotel though is decent, good value for your money. Transportation is a bit difficult (especially if you will book indrive or uber) since it is a busy and narrow street, cars and motorbikes don't go much often there (they get stuck in traffic). The hotel room is okay. I booked a double room (i am a solo traveler but i want a big bed). They put two single beds together, so i can't really sleep in the middle because i sink in. The room is small. When I arrived, i was greeted by three medium sized cockroaches -two in the bedside table and one in bed. I managed to kill them though :-). Shower water is not always available. You can order food 24/7, and it was tasty (the falafel however is salty).. i paid roughly 100 usd for my stay. Internet connection is fast and reliable but you need to log-in everytime you get disconnected. Secutiry of the hotel itself is lax. In fact, they have a notice that THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THE THINGS ARE STOLEN IN YOUR ROOM :-)... Visitors are not allowed. They provide airport pick-up and drop-off but the same is too costly (10usd) but in-app booking is only half the price (and even less). Hotel staff are willing to help you anytime foof the day - for a price. They always ask for tip (as in always).... Their tours are relatively competitive and at par with other providers. Breakfast is bad (i forced myself to finish the pancake, bread and omelette). The utensils, plates and glasses were dirty (watermarked in the glasses). They provide electric kettle in the room but no coffee or tea provided, nor mugs. Pillows and bed were soft, aircon is good but television not much choices. The only english content is the news. Will i recommend this hotel to friends? Yes if on tight budget. Otherwise, find a better one.

There were bed bugs (khatmal) in my bed and it was a struggle to manage to sleep, taps of bathroom were leaking, the hotel lies on a congested street the sound of traffic was inside the room which was disturbing to take a good nap, i stayed in room no. 101, booked it for 2 days, sleeping on a bed full of bed bugs was threatning, irritating.

But my experience with Airport Hotel The Volga was quite the opposite. In a reasonable budget, this place provides all the mandatory amenities you actually need for a comfortable transit stay — clean rooms, basic facilities, decent staff support, and a genuine stay experience without fake promises. That’s something rare in the Mahipalpur airport hotel belt, where misleading listings have become very common. Community discussions around Delhi airport stays also mention how fake photos and wrong map pins are a recurring issue in this area. Just one important thing for travelers: while searching on Google Maps, make sure you type the exact name — **Airport Hotel The Volga**. If you search only “Volga Hotel” or “Hotel Volga,” Google may redirect you to another property around 400 meters away inside narrow lanes, which is a completely different lodge. So please be careful and verify before reaching. Overall, if you want a budget-friendly and genuine airport stay with essential amenities and without misleading AI-edited expectations, Airport Hotel The Volga can be a practical option. Just search the correct location and avoid confusion.

All the staff including the owner were very kind. When I first arrived at the hotel, the rickshaw driver almost ripped me off with my payment, but I managed to minimize the damage by intervening.

The hotel is situated on the rather bustling, historic Main Bazaar street; however, the windows and entrance face a quiet side alley, so street noise is not an issue. The reception staff are friendly. Room cleaning rates a 3 or 4 out of 5: there were several spots in the room that appeared somewhat grimy, and the sink drain was poor. We wore slippers inside the room (our own—the hotel does not provide them), and the soles became heavily soiled, indicating that the floors are not cleaned thoroughly. The bedside table is slightly damaged—I am not sure how the staff could fail to notice this, as it requires minor repairs. Pros: hot water with good pressure, and bottled drinking water is replenished daily. There is also a station on the floor providing tea, coffee, and sugar. A major downside is the food. We had booked both breakfast and dinner, but unfortunately, out of our five-day stay, we only ate there once—the food is not tailored to foreign tourists, consisting entirely of Indian cuisine. Regrettably, we were also unimpressed with the quality of the food: the chicken soup contained floating bits of skin and had an unpleasant flavor, while the chicken in sauce was cold—even though the sauce itself was hot—suggesting the chicken had simply been added to the sauce at the last minute. The kitchen staff wear proper culinary uniforms, which is a plus; however, the tables in the dining area were somewhat dirty, and there were visible traces of dried residue on the dishes. I would like to make a separate note regarding the room design: the color scheme is a successful choice, though the room is in need of some minor maintenance work. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and the linens are clean and fresh. The towels, however, are in need of replacement.

Had a really good stay at New Delhi Homestay AC Dormitory. The AC runs 24 hours, so the dorm is comfortable throughout the day and night. Soft drinks and water bottles are available, and there is also a water dispenser with filtered drinking water for free. The dormitory is located on the 3rd floor and has easy connectivity. The metro station and bus stand are both nearby, which makes travelling around Delhi very convenient. Overall, a comfortable, budget-friendly place with good facilities and a very convenient location. Would definitely recommend it for travellers.

Arun professionalism and friendly demeanor truly enhanced my overall stay. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service! Very beautiful hotel in a convenient location of Delhi. The higher rooms have amazing views of the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful and will secure your luggage if you arrive early. We loved the quick access to the train and so many amazing restaurants. There is a coffee shop on main road near customer service. The rooms are very quiet and spacious.

The location also turned out to be very convenient: easy to get to the places I needed, with everything necessary nearby, and the area itself felt lively and safe at any time of day.
