Hotel 5-Star di Crete, Greece

What a lovely stay in Crete! This hotel is gorgeous and spotless. The Breakfast Buffet was outstanding, and every staff member I encountered during my 3-day stay was smiling and helpful. My Executive seaside room was spacious and well-furnished, and it was a perfect place to recharge on my 3-week journey. It was an easy walk from the port (I arrived with SeaJets), and the public bus to the Palace of Knossos was waiting for me right below the hotel the next day. The concierge gave great advice on places to visit, and called for the (15€!) taxi when it was time to get to the airport. Efharistó, Megaron!

Absolutely astonishing location and perfect hygiene everywhere, attentive and professional staff, always willing to help and make your stay even more pleasant and memorable. The hotel cares a lot about the overall aesthetics, the smell, the little details, they pay special attention to the selection of furniture and decor.

WE' LL COME BACK! Fantastic joy& pleasure we have had at Aquila Hotel at our stay there at Heraklion, it was our first time. Enjoyed it at breakfast, our room was so clean& with enough space with terrace& great view...Pool on 6th floor was pleasurable..All Hotel is interesting with exterior as well as interior...This hotel have so much to offer&most important to give you touch of happines at your stay! Lots of smiles from Belgrade:)) J&K

Отель потрясен, во всех его проявлениях, завтрак 5 звезд, бессецном на крыше не воспользовались но уверены по количеству занятых столиков возле там все хорошо, побывали в спа, зона на 5 сервис на 5, уровень массажа ребята простите 3 бала, при визите Крита рекомендовал бы? Однозначно да! Отель 5 звезд, спасибо за теплый прием)

It was good but we expected much more, it was not possible to reserve a place for the Japanese restaurant, there is no room service, after dining room hours there is no food through room service, in the minibar or in the hotel bar, it is very disappointing, if you are hungry at noon there is almost nothing to eat at the pool, the actual level does not reflect an outstanding score but more of an 8.5/10, the view is stunning, the rooms are beautiful,

Nice little hotel in a nice little downtown area, just a few minutes walk to shopping area and good restaurants, reception are exceptionally nice and helpful.

Alors l’hôtel très bien, seul hic la réservation, j’ai réservé avec trip avec jacuzzi privé, et arrivé sur place à l’hôtel il avait pas de réservation avec jacuzzi mais chambre basique uniquement. J’ai vu la réservation a l’hôtel donc l’erreur viens de trip. Il m’ont remboursé que 293 euros alors que les chambres sans jacuzzi était au moins de 500 euros de moins.. Vraiment déçu, je ne pense pas re réservé sur trip. Mais l’hôtel était formidable!!

Very beautiful modern hotel. We really had relaxing time there. Comfortable bed, good breakfast , we tried a la carte restaurant and we really liked it . Sun beds are super comfortable , lots of cabanas , you have your privacy . Beautiful evening ambiance . Room was big enough with a nice jacuzzi. Staff is nice and friendly . Unforgettable stay .

L’hôtel est agréablement situé en bord de mer, 30 minutes à pied du port, avec un joli jardin. Les piscines sont très agréables et les transats confortables. Le personnel est agréable, souriant, mais pas au niveau pour un hôtel de ce standing. Des problèmes de formation sont évident : tables pas forcément débarrassées, non-respect des commandes. Le ménage n’a pas été très bien réalisé dans les chambres, et souvent il a fallu réclamer à l’accueil pour que ce soit corrigé. Je regrette d’avoir payé un supplément pour une suite, alors qu’avec une chambre classique vue mer la vue était bien plus belle, et les installations de la chambre classique étaient meilleures : il manquait sur ma terrasse de quoi poser les vêtements mouillés pour les faire sécher, dans la salle de bain pas de tablette pour poser les affaires, c’est vraiment problématique pour un établissement de ce standing. De même que dans l’armoire, impossible de poser les vêtements, j’ai dû les laisser sur le bureau alors qu’il y a beaucoup d’espace vide qui aurait pu servir d’étagère. Ce n’est pas normal. Le service voiturier est appréciable. Globalement je suis satisfait de mon séjour, mais il faut faire attention, car le prix est élevé et les prestations pas forcément au niveau.
