Beautiful hotel but super expensive when here. There are no real alternative places to eat or shop etc so you're a bit stuck. We ended up taking the public bus because the taxis were so expensive and eating in San Juan which is lovely. Lovely place to relax though.

Hard rock is a big hotel so the bus stop is in front of is. However the bed got too soft because of heavy use. Hotel breakfast is on point, there are a lot of guests but still many choices of selection available.

The hotel was ok.Very nice architecture reminding of Africa. They even have some real baobabs. But there was one issue why we will not return. The light in the evening was so dim, they you could not read the menu in the bar. Same in the rooms. They do not give the guests the opportunity to decide how much light there is in the room. No extra lamps or a dimmer. There is only this African savannah light everywhere. Also light from outside all over the day is dim, due to loggia construction instead of balconies. Difficult to read a book in the evening.

An overrated hotel. I would actually expect more as a 5-star hotel (already factored in the comments from other reviews so I have lowered my expectations). Breakfast is good, wide selection of choice, staff are friendly. Hotel facilities are ok, a small outdoor pool and another indoor pool plus gym and other facilities. What I find it disappointing is that the hotel is quite poorly maintained, for example walls in the corridor are a bit damaged. The cleanliness of the hotel room is another red flag: the bathroom sink was not clean. We saw a cockroach in the bathtub before we took a shower in one evening. The wall is also quite thin so you can clearly hear noise from other rooms. Location is not the best either: it’s fine if you stay in the hotel most of the time. But it takes a long time (and costs a lot) if you want to go to the main city Santa Cruz or even just to the South Airport.

酒店非常不錯，很驚喜。而且現在淡季，人不多，體驗非常好。適合成年人和帶大孩子來。房間陽台有各式躺椅，遮陽傘和餐桌。很方便。酒店本身還有米其林餐廳和海邊酒吧餐館。

It's been 15 years since my last trip to Tenerife and the comments below are based on international five star hotel experiences around the globe. So here's what I experienced on this reservation:- Positives 1.Check in / out process fast and professional. 2.Direct beach access via the pool area. 3.Breakfast buffet with internal and external seating choices was excellent. 4.Evening entertainment between 21:00 and 23:00 Hrs was good. Negatives 1. Allocated R3101 upon arrival and entered to find the bath tub was extremely dirty and required solvent cleaning to remove large accumulation of water scale dirt around plug area (Approx 200mm in dia). Root cause of this problem is a leakage from the shower hose connection which remains to be fixed. 2. TV was on and could not be turned off. This was rectified by Maintenace changing the batteries within the remote control. 3. Sink plunger mechanism was broken and I was shown how to remove the plug on a daily basis once housekeeping cleaned the room. 4. Locking mechanism on the balcony sliding door is broken and extremely hard to open / closed. 5. Only one, yes one pool towel provided / guest at the pool via a plastic card that you are required to exchange at the pool towel bar. If you forget this card it's a return trip to the room. General Travel Tips. 1. Taxi from TFS Airport to hotel cost 25 Euro each way. 2. Hard Rock Cafe located next door (£££). 3. Great Italian, Thai, Japanese and British restaurants located on the second floor off the shopping complex across the road from the hotel (££££)

I have come away from this break with mixed thoughts. There are many positives but also many areas of improvement needed. Booked a preferred club junior suite and had to be moved three times because the air con wasn’t working in the rooms. They didn’t feel special, they were nice rooms, but by no means did I feel I was in a suite. Small Balcony overlooking the car park and just a standard nice room. Lovely big comfortable bed with great bedding. Wasn’t overly clean, hairs in the bath, used slippers in the wardrobe, stained mugs in the room and stains on the bedside cabinet. Food was awful except for breakfast; tough meats, undercooked meats and the snacks in the preferred club were pitiful with no explanation as to what any of it was. When one snack was black pudding on toast you kind of want the heads up! It was all nice enough but wouldn’t stay here again.

Untuk hotel lima bintang, perkhidmatan am tidak termasuk dalam kategori ini. Mereka menjamin bahawa terdapat jakuzi di dalam bilik mereka, dan kami mendapati diri kami mempunyai tab mandi ringkas tanpa hydromassage. Bilik itu dipanggil deluxe...tidak mewah...kolam renang infiniti menyediakan perkhidmatan yang tidak aktif. Rehat yang layak. Kakitangan yang sangat prihatin.

The hotel was ok.Very nice architecture reminding of Africa. They even have some real baobabs. But there was one issue why we will not return. Una experiencia increíble. Entorno precioso con piscinas magníficas. La estancia ha sido de 10. Volveremos a hospedarnos aquí.

Direkt an der Uferpromenade. Es gab ein Upgrade aufs Zimmer Tolle Pflanzen und Anlage Frühstücksbuffet Klasse, aber Cafe nicht genießbar. Liegen am Pool zu eng gestuhlt....fast Platzangst bekommen. Sonst aber alle sehr freundlich

Hotel bello con vista spettacolare, pulito e completo di tutto. Il nostro frigo bar era vuoto ma in camera erano presente 2 bottiglie di acqua che abbiamo apprezzato molto.

We arrived just as the hotel was subject to a power cut. The young guy receptionist took us to the room as our door keys would not work due to the electricity outage. The electricity came back on in reception about 5 minutes later but someone had to go room to room to reset each rooms supply. Some 2 hours later after having sat in the dark unable to unpack and several tracks to reception and being told we were priority we gave up and went out to dinner in the clothes we travelled in after a 4 hour 30 minutes flight. Other hotels were affected in the same street apparently. Once this issue was sorted by the time we got back from dinner everything was great. Lovely breakfast, lovely room with Molton Brown shower gel, shampoo and hand soap and lotion. Lovely pool and no issue getting sun beds. Short walk to the beach and dunes but a lot of steps up and down. Also 10 minute walk to Yumbo shopping centre which had everything you needed from great shops to excellent restaurants and bars. Great place for LGBTQ to meet up and great place to people watch. Definitely recommend

Great experience, worth the money, especially during off-season. Had a great stay, will definitely come back.

Un hotel q cuida el detalle al máximo. Alcanza la excelencia absolutamente en todo. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo a pie de playa. El personal es amabilísimo.

Een heerlijk hotel voor een paar relaxte dagen. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer en mooie zwembaden. Laatste 2 dagen upgrade naar Preferred genomen, zeer aan te raden. Gebruik van Lounge, Spa en Infinity Pool uiteraard. Geld meer dan waard! Eten is divers, voldoende vertier en prima lokatie. Bezoek aan Rubicon is aanrader, ook gebruik van Link step zeer aan te raden. Indien je met OV naar de Aeroporto gaat, stap op bij de haven (Muelle de Playa Blanca) en niet bij de Estacion. Hotel is zeker een aanrader!
