I arrived at 3pm which is the check-in time but the room was not ready and i had to wait for almost 2 hours to check-in. The hotel upgraded my room which is totally unnecessary.. they also do not have a bath tub.. and there are not a lot of selections and options in TV channels.. The hotels in saudi are somewhat missing of the welcoming vibes and service standard is low..

A nice and beautiful experience. It wasn't my first. But they were very late in getting me in and they didn't compensate me or take into account the notes I mentioned to them.

I had a fantastic stay at Centro Corniche Khobar! From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel incredibly welcome. They greeted me with a delicious specialty coffee, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff were not only professional but also exceptionally friendly, making my experience even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, with a lovely view that added to the overall comfort of my stay. Every detail was well taken care of, ensuring a relaxing and pleasant environment. The room is large in size, warmly furnished, clean and hygienic. The only downside is that there is no door in the shower room, more breakfast styles, fresh ingredients, and good service.

The room is quite small, the soundproofing is quite poor, the Wi-Fi in the room is quite slow, but the facilities in the hotel are good.

Booked Novotel Saudi Arabia Dammam Business Park on Ctrip, the experience was beyond expectation! The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation. The room is spacious and bright, with modern and simple decoration, complete facilities, soft and comfortable bedding, a good night's sleep. The staff is warm and friendly, the service is meticulous and thoughtful, and there is no barrier to communication. The restaurant has a rich menu, combining local characteristics with international flavors, and the taste is amazing. Whether it is business or travel, it is an excellent choice. Next time I come to Saudi Arabia, I will choose here without hesitation!
