One of the best resorts I’ve been to. Fascinating view & service. I had a minor injury due to my own mistake, and the staffs were keep checking on me till we check out to ensure I’m fully recovered. We stayed for two nights to celebrate my partner’s birthday. It was definitely highlight of our Bali trip. Quite a fair bit of activities that can keep you occupied. Overall, the restaurants are not the most affordable options (we went to Koral restaurant, rooftop bars, breakfast place & Japanese restaurant - almost all except for the Chinese hotpot place) but we were not disappointed with the service/food a single time! When we got back to the room after some outdoor activities, we were greeted with a card and mini cake from the resort :) wishing HBD. Koral restaurant was our definite favorite. All in all, we spent about USD 2K for 3D2N. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s willing to spend some for a great holiday!

My room was a spacious enclave with a plush king-sized bed, a sleek modern bathroom, and a private balcony that offered a serene garden view, inviting me to unwind in the tranquility of nature. Dining at the hotel was an experience in itself. The breakfast buffet was a spread of international and local delicacies, each dish prepared with the freshest ingredients. The beachfront restaurant served up exquisite seafood, while the Italian pizzeria was perfect for a casual yet delicious meal. The hotel’s grounds were immaculate, with lush tropical gardens that meandered towards the private beach, a slice of paradise with soft white sand and gentle waves. The three outdoor pools were a refreshing escape, each with its own unique charm and view. The staff at Hyatt Regency Bali were the epitome of Balinese hospitality, always attentive and eager to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. The room is quite spacious. However for me personally I think the position of the TV like abit not suitable, which is at the left side of the bed. The sofa is far away there. And only got 1 lift to get to my room, we need to walk quite a distance, can refer to the attached the floor map. 1 more thing is the cup provided to drink hot water. There is no handle to hold the cup / mug, so try to imagine you need to hold the cup with hot water.

The hotel is nice overall. I have booked the King Deluxe Ocean View room but I do not recommend it because the ocean view is not the best. Take the cliff tower ocean view one if you are seeking a nice view of the ocean. The service is not the best, to be honest. On my check out day, my flight was at night and I gently requested a late checkout. However the staff was rude with me and they refused any negotioation regarding the late check out and all what they wanted was to charge me for the late checkout.

Sarapan pagi agak mudah, dengan sedikit ***a, agak biasa, dan lebih mahal kerana kanak-kanak itu berumur 13 tahun! Di samping itu, saya membelanjakan 300 yuan untuk membelinya, yang tidak berbaloi! Bilik itu tidak bersih dan berbau. Tempat tidurnya bersepah dan berbau Bilik itu agak kecil pada masa itu, tetapi apabila saya tiba, saya mendapati ia tidak berbeza dengan Bilik Deluxe I meminta Ctrip untuk bertanya, tetapi tiada apa yang perlu dijelaskan. Itu hanya dilakukan oleh Ctrip sendiri. Perkara yang baik tentang hotel ini ialah ia mempunyai lokasi yang baik Pada waktu siang, terdapat kakitangan untuk mengatur kanak-kanak bermain permainan di kolam renang, dan terdapat bar yang dibuka pada waktu malam.

Very happy for stay here. Staff are very friendly. Got tiny issue for the first room. But after talking to the manager, we swooped to a new and much cleaner room. They offered a bottle of Champagne as well. However, the second room have issues with hair dryer, body lotion and body scale, but we notify front desk and got them changed. Overall, very recommend the hotel.

A perfect place to chill and relax. Pool was nice. There are a lot of facilities in the resort it self, the museum experience was good, let you understand more of Balinese culture. The Unique rooftop bar provides a nice spot for sunset with a drink.

Oleh kerana agak lewat tiba di Bali, kami memilih Hotel Sunrise yang berdekatan. Nilai yang sangat baik untuk wang. Sangat santai. Rasanya amat sesuai untuk ibu bapa dan anak-anak. Terdapat pantai, pelbagai jenis kolam renang, malah platform menyelam, dan banyak paparan cerita rakyat. Ianya hebat. Pada waktu matahari terbit pada waktu pagi, warna laut tidak kelihatan, tetapi pada waktu tengah hari, ia bertukar menjadi biru yang menawan. Menggabungkan pantai dan laut, hotel ini bagus. Makanan memang kurang memuaskan terutama sarapan pagi yang ramai. Perkhidmatan lain sangat bagus.

My stay at Courtyard Marriot Seminyak was a memorable experience, marked by the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and check in was efficient and was promptly given a room. However, the room was quite noisy due to the air conditioning condenser (?) near the stairways and its proximity to the morning breakfast area, which made it difficult for me to sleep. The constant ringing sound from the condenser and the early morning noise from breakfast preparations made it challenging to get a good night's rest. With that we approached the staff and we requested a room change and asked if an upgrade was possible. (We have 3 nights with the hotel and can't bear the thought that I have to be sleepless for 3 nights!) Mr. Ketut Ramudayana, the Director of Operations, assured us that he and his team would look into it and arrange for a room change. And as a service recovery of the bad night sleep, the hotel arranged for a free transport for us to go to the shop where we were planning to head to after the feedback! And when we returned, true to his word, we were upgraded and moved to a fantastic room. The new room was bright, quiet, comfortable, and made our stay much more enjoyable. The hotel's staff truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Every morning, restaurant staff like Mika and Wulan greeted us at breakfast with genuine warmth and thoughtfulness. The day before our departure, we requested a late check-out since our flight was at 7 pm and we planned to leave around 4 pm. Initially, we were told that the latest check-out time was 2 pm. However, on the day of departure, another manager, Gredi(?), informed us that he would check and see if he could arrange for a 4 pm check-out, which was a pleasant surprise. And likewise, he delivered us the ”present” of a later check out! The team's consistent thoughtfulness and attention to detail made our stay feel like a 6-star experience. We were continuously impressed by the considerate gestures and the high level of service provided by the staff. Additionally, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It is situated near shops, eateries, and is within walking distance to the beach (about 7 mins). We finished our dinner at the beach around 11 pm and walked back to the hotel, feeling totally safe. This prime location adds to the overall appeal and convenience of staying at Courtyard Marriot Seminyak. I highly recommend Courtyard Marriot Seminyak for its exceptional service, thoughtful staff, and prime location. The dedication to guest satisfaction truly sets this hotel apart!
