■มีรถรับส่งฟรี จาก Matsumoto Sta.＞＞โรงแรม 16.00/17.00 ออกจากสถานีเดินไปทางขวารอรถแถวๆหน้าสถานีตำรวจ รถจะมีป้าย Shoho ติดอยู่ จากโรงแรม＞＞Matsumoto Sta. 9.00/10.00 ถ้าจะแวะลงแถวๆปราสาท บอกคุณลุงคนขับได้ เค้าจอดให้ลงระหว่างทางก่อนถึงสถานีได้ ■ก่อนเช็คอินเราไป Kamikochi ก่อน ตอนเช้าก็เอากระเป๋าไปฝากไว้ที่โรงแรม Ace Inn เค้าเป็นเครือเดียวกัน จะได้ป้ายเลขมาเพื่อเอาไว้รับกระเป๋าที่ Shoho ได้เลย / หลังเช็คเอ้าท์เราจะไปเที่ยวในเมืองก่อนกลับ ก็ฝากกระเป๋าไว้ที่ Shoho เค้าจะส่งไปให้เรารับได้ที่ Ace Inn ■มีเครื่องดื่มให้ฟรีตั้งแต่ 15.00-20.00 ชากาแฟน้ำผลไม้เบียร์ / มี Welcome Drink เป็นชาและผักดอง 3 อย่าง ■ออนเซ็นที่เป็น Panorama View สลับเวลากันระหว่างชายหญิง / อีกออนเซ็นแยกชายหญิงใช้เวลาเดียวกัน

The hotel is located quite far from Karuizawa JR station. There is a pickup bus service every half an hour outside the south exit of the station. However the bus is very small and can be quite full at times, causing people to rush onto the bus. It would be better if the hotel could set up a better queue-up system or adjust the frequency of the pickup bus service. By the way you can deposit luggage at the customer centre next to the pickup bus stop and have them transferred to the hotel for you. I thought the hotel did not advertise the service enough as it is very useful and effective in creating more passenger space in the pickup bus. Breakfast at the hotel is not buffet style, so went to the Prince Karuizawa West hotel to have breakfast instead. During non-peak hours the hotel offers individual transportation for free so that is definitely a plus. The Momiji hot spring is definitely a must-visit. Clean, modern, hygienic, exactly what I look for in a hot spring. Overall service is excellent.

Pros: 1. The room is very spacious, with a tatami bed for the third person. It was clean and well-equipped. 2. Convenient and free parking right outside the hotel entrance, although spaces are first-come, first-served. 3. Complimentary rental of umbrellas. 4. The private onsen was enjoyable, especially considering the public onsen at the adjacent building is unsheltered (hence the need for umbrellas). 5. Excellent location near Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza and Kyu-Karuizawa Main Street, providing easy access to numerous local shops and eateries. Cons: 1. The breakfast was quite disappointing considering that this is a 4-star hotel and the other aspects are good. The bread was extremely hard and difficult to tear, and did not seem fresh. The overall variety of food was limited and not particularly appealing.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful from driver to receptionist to cleaning staff. We have a pleasant stay in this hotel. The pick up service to and from JR station as well as the snow house are a plus for us. Furthermore, the breakfast variety as well as freshness of ingredients are highly appreciated. They are nice enough to give me a ride after my checkout for picking my luggages back . Overall speaking , I will recommend to others of this hotel .

Beautiful and modern cabin with all the in house amenities! We bought our own food from the nearby supermarket and was able to enjoy our feast in such a comfortable accommodation!

This is the best hotel we ever stayed at. If you are reading this review, it means you already decided on going to the middle of no where Japan. Byaku more or less owns the town. There are other ryokans but nowhere close the the quality of this. They also have the only restaurant open late and it is amazing!!! Furthermore book it on a Friday/Sat/Sunday so you can enjoy the sake brewery next to the hot springs. Also get rooms with your own Onsen, it’s worth it the public ones aren’t co gender

紅葉季非常美的法式酒店，客房錯落有致地分佈在山上。這次住在本館，房間很大且精緻，服務人員很專業、彬彬有禮，早餐在法餐廳，食物豐富、新鮮、美味。可惜幾晚都沒有訂到晚上的法餐，下次再試。

雖然酒店名字裏寫着輕井澤，但其實是在隔壁的御代田町（當地人也和我吐槽，因為衹寫御代田就沒有人來），從輕井澤打車到酒店是6-7000日元。酒店安排的接駁出租車，衹能到御代田站（坐信濃鐵路，距離輕井澤三站）來接。 告訴酒店要給媽媽過生日，準備了賀卡，甜點和小熊毛巾，但對比前幾家入住的，價格沒有那麼高的酒店來説，似乎有點廉價。 房間冰箱內的軟飲和酒精飲料是不額外收費的，根據人數供應，我們四人入住就有（四瓶當地的蘋果汁、四瓶當地的桃子汁、四聽三得利烏龍茶、四瓶巴黎水、四罐輕井澤啤酒、四罐惠比壽啤酒和兩瓶當地的起泡酒），供應的內容和其他相同價位的日式酒店會提供酩悦香檳比，也有些一般。 晚餐內容足夠，也很好吃，最後會有主廚來見面。 烤棉花糖的活動是17：00-19：00。 第二天早上11：00退房，酒店也提供免費送到御代田站的服務。
