Next to kb mall. Very convenient location. Hard to get grab taxi in the morning before mall open. If you have early morning flight remember to book grab taxi to airport at least 30 mins before your intended departure time from hotel.

When we entered the studio, we have found a phone on the table so we had to contact the place owner. The living room area was just average so we didn't use area that much. The room condition was good and the toilet was clean, with a good water pressure. We did not use any other studio facilities except the iron. The iron board was old and not in a good condition. The car park is provided but the area was too dark and the water was on the floor - could be intimidating if we were off from the car alone.

Stayed here with family for 4d3n. Our 1st trip to kelantan . Located at a very strategic place right opposite KB mall and near to all places of interest. 1 parking lot provided for free, just be careful when driving up the parking lot as it is quite steep. Basic amenities available in the apartment. Overall satisfied and worth the money.

I have booked this hotel for our crew as a transit hotel for offshore trip. This is one of our favorite hotel at Tok Bali. The hotel is so clean and comfortable. Near the beach with a stunning view. Also suitable for family vacation. we like it

The room is spacious and bigger than the same category. It is clean with a good in-room amenities, however they don't provide toiletries in the bath room.
Check in procedures is very good and fast. The reception is very helpful. Location is also very good, as there are many Banks and restaurant nearby. They even have their own restaurant opposites the hotel.

CCR_Limthe room is not clean enough and kettle is spoil , but luckily the host buy a new one to replace, master bedroom shower water is too small, common toilet is just nice
