Love our stay! The hotel is clean and smells good! Although the location wasn’t far from the Napoli Train Station, but walking over there with our luggages was horrible because the road is all damaged. Thanks to Cristian, our mood lifted as he was funny and very informative when explaining us where to visit in Naples. Thank you Cristian for making our stay so much better!

Words can’t describe how amazing our experience was with hotel Mary. Vico Equense is the most beautiful place, and only 10 min train ride to Sorrento. If you’re looking for accommodation I would highly recommend staying here! The views from the hotel were amazing, clean and tidy rooms, infinitely pool stunning, huge breakfast served each day, and to top if off a private beach club all included in the price…. Like what?! Truly worth the money and would come back here in a heart beat. Staff were super friendly and recommended great restaurants. All round one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! Can’t wait to return.

What a great hotel in a fantastic location with just jaw dropping views. All the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were a little worried when we arrived at how far out we were from Sorrento and other surrounding areas but actually this was a blessing being so isolated in a heavily populated part of Italy. The transfers from the hotel to the train station was fast & cheap and the train was easy to navigate and also very cheap. The private beach was lovely and much bigger than expected. We were worried about food at the restraunt as i saw some bad reviews but both the lunch and dinner was great with fantastic views to match . Our room was really big and easily accommodated all 3 of us. I'd love to return back to this hotel in the future.

Naples is definitely not the best area for women alone at night. Hotel has a nice lobby and feels safe inside. It is relatively nice considering the area it’s in. Very close to the station which is convenient.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. I needed to book a nail appointment and both members of the front desk did their best to accommodate my needs. Excellent stay, please do not hesitate and book your stay here.

Would definitely visit again. The room had the perfect temperature and the bed was really comfortable. Also, toilette was very clean and pretty.

Couples visit to Naples. Location - Good location just by the main train station (you can get Alibis straight from airport) with excellent transport links into main area of Naples via the Metro and beyond to Pompeii / Sorento etc. The immediate vicinity is a little rough but you can access the Hotel straight through the station so you don’t need to walk the local streets if you don’t want to. Head to baggage drop area in the station and continue on and take a right and it is signposted. Service - Good. Quick and straightforward. Checking in was literally 5 minutes if that and check out was 2 minutes. Staff friendly and polite. Hotel reception - clean tidy and modern. Hotel room - Superior double with a balcony. The room was clean and tidy and modern. Small TV, small mini fridge. Kettle with Tea included (no coffee tho) bathroom was clean and tidy. Bed a little hard and air-con stopped working during stay on the last night. Food - didn’t have the breakfast as couldn’t be bothered but had the breakfast room on the Sunday and it was good enough for a small bite. Would we visit the hotel again or recommend - it’s good value for money and once you know how to use Metro etc it’s a decent base for a really good price. Expect 3 star standard and you will be happy.

Definatley not a four star hotel, rooms and decor very tired and in need of an update. Couldn’t get aircon to work and wasn’t a great area. On leaving the receptionist called after us we didn’t pay the city tax. My husband then turned back to tell her we had paid it. She checked the computer and then nodded at us. So rude, not even an apology. I won’t be returning.

立地について　立地は相反する見方のために若干辛めになりました。ナポリセントラル駅から遠いので少し減点です。でもナポリセントラル駅付近は治安が良くないとのことなのでこのホテルを選択しました。なので治安が悪いナポリセントラル駅付近が減点といってもいいかもしれません。相反するのはフェリーターミナルに近いです。重いスーツケースを運んでも5分くらいでチケット売り場に到着できます。ここのホテルを離れるときにフェリー移動だったので、その都合だけ鑑みれば最高評価で良いです。 清潔度については、今回のヨーロッパ周遊で悩まされていた電気ポットが臭う問題がここのホテルでは無かったです。日本人としては当たり前なのですが、感動しました。そのほかにも清掃は行き届いているし、新しいホテルなのか、痛んでいたり古く感じる部分もありませんでした。 サービスについてはチェックイン時にいろいろ説明されるものの英語で理解が出来ないので、再度同じことを聞きに行ったり、フェリーのチケット売り場の説明も求めたりしましたが、全て笑顔で翻訳機も面倒がらずに、こちらが理解できるまで丁寧に教えてくれました。さらにチェックアウト後にフェリーの時刻を2時間読み違えて、再度ホテルのロビー内で待たせてもらえるか交渉したところ、問題なくOK頂きました。この日私は体調を崩していたので、大変ありがたかったです。 施設については歯ブラシがないとか織り込み済みのことはあるにせよ、概ねそろっているし、部屋は広め、棚はいっぱいあるので使い勝手も大変良かったです。

Our first impression of the hotel from outside was not impressive, but, understanding that it was so close to biggest football stadium in the city, we didn't care much. Checking in was great, staff extremely pleasant and helpful, in particular Alberto who easily find time to help everyone . As we have read reviews about hotel, we must say that management obviously took seriously some advices from clients , such as hot water, coffee machine in the restaurant and wifi, all of them sorted out. There was no problem with hot water, two coffee machines available in the restaurant and wifi very good. Hotel is situated close to two metro lines, for easy and frequent trains to the centre and beyond. Our room was very clean we can only praise cleaning staff. On the minus side, for 4 star hotel one is expecting a bit more for breakfast, as mentioned in previous reviews, there is no cooked breakfast ( hard boiled eggs I suppose don't count in that category), cold cuts with very few varieties and for people wanting healthy breakfast even less choice. There is still no kettle in the room, early birds still have to wait for breakfast room to open to have one. Also, complementary bottle of water would be advisable instead of 3euros payable from mini bar ( remember, this is still 4star hotel ). All in all, we were feeling very welcome there, hopefully those minor tweaks will be sorted in near future

The hotel is ok, some weird rules around the pool where you are obligated to wear a cap in order to access it. The safe guard is very persistent on keeping this rule. The restaurant was surprisingly better than expected. It takes about 1.5h to reach amalfi by the car from hotel. Hotel has a parking lot which is def a perk. The rooms were ok and clean.

Very comfortable stay. Nice, clean room certainly no complaints in that respect. Location is outside of the centre of Salerno, however a half-hourly train can be caught 5 minutes walk away from the hotel, which gets u into Salerno in 15 minutes, and u can be at the tourist ferry terminal in 25 minutes. A small number of restaurants around and a supermarket is 2 minutes away. Breakfast was very basic but was sufficient enough. Not too bad for the price point and definitely cheaper than Amalfi Coast, but the easy access to Amalfi Coast made it worth the stay.

The hotel is beautiful with a lot of attractive, inviting public areas. Our room was lovely, spacious and well-equipped, with a balcony overlooking the pool area. The large bed was very comfortable. It was well-serviced and clean. There was plenty of room in the wardrobe, but only 1 drawer each. The bathroom was nice with a good shower over the bath. We could hear the conversations of people in adjacent rooms and also on the corridor, but other guests were not noisy and did not keep late hours. The dining room was large, pleasant and relaxing. It was well run by the very professional maitre d' and his team. Breakfast was excellent with a full range of cooked food which we found delicious and hot. There was also an amazing range of food for continental breakfast. We particularly liked the jugs of coffee and hot milk, which could be refilled on request. At dinner, there were 3 courses, with a choice of 3 dishes for each. All of these were appetising and we had trouble choosing which ones to have. We enjoyed all the dishes we were served. We didn't need to use reception much, but most of the people we spoke to there were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is conveniently situated about a five minute walk to the beach, promenade and ferry port in Minori, which is a lovely, small town with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. You can easily see it all in half a day and we would recommend taking lots of trips to see the beautiful surrounding area. Ravello was our favourite, with an outstanding villa to visit, very calm and relaxing. The roads are narrow, winding and busy. We don't recommend driving! We were there for a week and the high standards never varied during the whole of that time.

Salve mi è stata data una camera vista sul porto commerciale di Salerno malgrado la camera era vista parziale sul mare , quindi una delusione poi il servizio spiaggia deve migliorare molto fanno entrare anche persona che non alloggiano in albergo quindi c’è di tutto di più per non parlare del personale di spiaggia che fanno un ****** tutto il giorno per vendere i lettini non danno il tempo neanche che il cliente si alza dal lettino che lo rivendo ad un altro che arriva . Il servizio bar una cassa e la fila sotto il sole ad aspettare senza avere cura del cliente non ci ritornerò più in questa struttura

una struttura situata sul promontorio della costa amalfitana. Visuale dalle camere mozzafiato, personale gentilissimo e accogliente come non mai, stanze pulitissime, colazione eccellente. Lo consiglierei vivamente per chi vuole un bellissimo un weekend romantico.

My husband and I had an amazing 2 night stay at Palazzo Vitagliano for our European honeymoon! The location was perfect.. sea front facing the Amalfi port and close to the public beach, all the restaurants, shops and cathedral. We came in July which is a very busy month, but given the location we felt that we were able to avoid much of the crowds, avoided a lot of stairs and we were able to take the ferry to Positano so easily. The b&b was great! It was newly renovated, clean and had the great view of the ocean. They even had an honesty bar in the shared public space which added a nice touch to the place. The staff are friendly and our host was always quick to answer any questions we had. We loved our room and the amenities that came with it (espresso machine, fridge, bath tub) . Overall, we highly recommend this gem of a b&b!

Struttura nuova, pulitissima ed ubicata in posizione strategica a due passi dallo svincolo autostradale con presenza di Strutture Commerciali e l'Ikea. Strategico punto di appoggio per gli imbarchi per la Costiera Amalfitana presso il Porto di Salerno. Personale splendido che ti fa sentire a casa. Ristorante e Colazione eccellenti. Sarà un punto fermo dei miei soggiorni in zona. Struttura dotata di comodissimo parcheggio interno

convenient location on corso vittorio emanuele so right in the center of everything but pretty poor service from everyone we encountered except the young woman staffing the front desk on the day of our departure. she should be promoted to train *everyone* (especially the insolent loud mouthed male staff who spent their time mansplainin') in the hotel on what it means to have good customer service. a good hotel experience starts with a positive customer experience when you get to the hotel. my first complaint would be that the hotel doesn't provide good directions on how you are actually allowed to pull your car in front of the hotel on a street that is closed to traffic. anyone with experience driving in italy is well aware of the risks of driving a rental car in a ”forbidden zone” and that is what corso VE looked like to us. by comparison, our hotel in Matera where we headed after salerno emailed us explicit directions on driving to the hotel through Matera's restricted zones. when i arrived in the lobby to check in i got some (lousy) directions to a parking building they use (didn't use it-found public parking 5 minutes away). after insolent 20 something (dark haired boy with glasses as i recall) told me the checkout time was 10.30, i asked if we could get it extended to 11 or 11.30. a flat no. ok. then i went to grab the luggage rack to bring our stuff in from the car. check in guy says i can't use it! i think he sent someone to ”use it for me”. anyway, once we get into the room (a triple as i recall), it is very warm in there and we turn on the a/c. only it doesn't seem to be working. we call down to the front desk ”oh, yes, we need to turn it on for you” so even though you have an a/c conrol, everything is actually controlled from the front desk (we had a similar problem the next morning and i think we got one of the owners-short, older gentleman who sleeps in the hotel!-to call down to get the a/c running again and he had to call multiple times). the next morning as we headed to breakfast (marginal but a good coffeemaker for espresso) there was some management guy pontificating to a younger person about many things with lot's of ”che cazzo's” (yes, anglo's other than me who speak italian and lived in salerno for two years do understand this). how do i know he was associated with the hotel: because earlier when i was about to go running, he asked me ”may i help you/posso aiutarti” as i headed for the public bathroom to use it before my run, as if i didn't belong there. anyway, the woman at the desk that morning told us that a later checkout was not a problem, and was a breath of fresh air compared to the knuckleheads we encountered up until then. there were other minor issues with the room that needed attention like ripped wallpaper and chipped tiles but the overwhelming negative was the attitude of the staff except for the young woman who actually knew what she was doing. i would not stay here again until the staff get better train

My husband and I stayed at the Duca Marigliano Boutique Hotel in Paestum, Italy in March 2023. We went to Paestum to visit the Greek Ruins - and this hotel was walking distance. Even though we were only there one night, the service was wonderful. The hotel is charming and the food is delicious. We were not there during high tourist season - so we were one of 3 couples at the hotel for the one night we were there. The hotel restaurant was quiet when we went in the later evening - but we were welcomed an catered to. We only ordered dessert (as we were very full from our late lunch at San Salvator La Dispensa - yum), but they brought out samples of other desserts for free. In the morning, we were welcomed to a breakfast that was included in the night stay fee. The food was absolutely amazing. Lots of traditional foods and the best Earl Grey Tea - with steamed milk - that I had during my stay in Italy. Huge shout out to Pietro, who served us. Pietro went above and beyond at dinner and breakfast. As it was not tourist season, not everything in the hotel was open (sauna, outside seating areas) - I can imagine that the grounds are beautiful in the late spring, summer months. We would definitely return to this hotel.
