"這個酒店是特羅姆瑟到雷納小鎮的中間位置，是一個相當好的中轉休息點。房間足夠大，我家住的是三人間，邊上出門就有一個extra超市。我是租車從特羅姆瑟開到雷納小鎮，中間住這裏的。其實應該是從特羅姆瑟港口，坐船到這個f2酒店邊上的碼頭，然後再租車，這樣可以少租兩天車。坐船訊息可以在svipper的app裏面查到的，但風險就是天氣不好，船會停開。三人間房價700多，真的是便宜啊。酒店正門口和出門左手邊是同一個編號的停車場，用easy park可以停車，一個晚上我才花了50塊錢rmb。這個酒店到特羅姆瑟或伊蓮森羅布爾酒店，基本上都是6個多小時的車程。房間挺乾淨的，我就見到一個打掃衞生的人。沒有其他服務員。這個酒店性價比真的是很高。"

ZZhijunThe service was great. It's close to the city center, about a 10-minute walk to the northernmost McDonald's 🍔, and the Arctic Gate is just 3-5 minutes on foot behind the hotel. The hotel's 12th floor has an open-air rooftop, offering a fantastic view of the cable car 🚡. If you're lucky enough to catch the Northern Lights, it's an excellent viewing spot with an unobstructed sky. The hotel breakfast was a bit monotonous (Western-style), though smoked salmon was plentiful, and there were some local specialties. I found the first-floor restaurant not to be great value for money for dinner. The 10th-floor restaurant requires a reservation in advance, and if you get a window seat, you can see the Arctic Cathedral ⛪️ across the fjord. The food there was delicious and much better value than the 1st-floor restaurant. In Tromsø, it was the best restaurant I've been to (in my personal opinion). The hotel lobby on the first floor has a very convenient taxi calling machine; you can wait in the lobby and then directly hop into the taxi when it arrives at the door.

GGuest UserThis hotel boasts a superb location, close to public transport and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room size is on the smaller side with a compact layout, but it's very clean and the facilities are complete and perfectly adequate. The front desk service was attentive, and check-in was quick. For the high prices in Tromsø, it's a hassle-free and comfortable option, definitely worth recommending.

MMaximilian M.Quality Hotel Harstad is a very nice and modern hotel with a great location and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which really made us feel at home.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed – perfect for a short or long stay. However, a couple of small things could be improved: there was no fridge in the room, which would have been useful, and the Wi-Fi connection could have been a bit faster and more stable, especially for work or streaming.
Aside from that, everything was great – a pleasant stay overall, and I would definitely recommend it!

MMintThe facade definitely stands out and the place was cosy. However, the photos were not representative of the actual place not exactly in a good way. We stayed in the designer cabin (which costs more) but were surprised by how small it was. I would not recommend paying more for the cabin during summer as there is not much to see and less convenient considering we needed to walk a distance to access the amenities including the toilets and kitchen which we did not know when we booked.

XXianyuaichihuluoboMake sure to book this hotel in advance! I booked it for 1500 (presumably NOK) in November, and by February, the price had jumped to 2300. The room is indeed small, but considering its location and the cost of living in Northern Europe, I think it's excellent value for money – much better than Paris. The hotel is right in the city center, very close to McDonald's, and there's a large supermarket nearby. The #40 bus stop, just 200 meters away, takes you directly to the airport (30 NOK, you can tap and pay on board). Most importantly, absolutely add the breakfast – it might just be the best quality meal you'll have in Tromsø.

IILYLWHYA great place to stay, though the uphill walk to the building can be a bit challenging. The property is clean, even with shared toilets and showers. I appreciated the shared kitchen and the free laundry. The complimentary cookies, coffee, and tea were a nice touch and really made a difference. Oliver at reception was especially helpful and provided plenty of useful information. I would definitely recommend staying here

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a fantastic location, a 3-minute walk from the city center and 3-5 minutes from all tour meeting points. Tromsø is very safe, and the apartment itself is apparently newly renovated, very clean and simple, with a very Nordic feel. All the essentials are included, even coffee, salt, black pepper, and sugar. Staying in an apartment in Tromsø is a great option, allowing you to cook meals with fresh ingredients for days! Feel free to leave a message to let the hotel know if you need anything extra, or if you need to arrive early. It was a perfect stay!

Ttsun hitsujiGreat hotel for it's price. Especially when tromso is such an expensive city. Like seriously expensive. The check in process was seamless and quite convenient. A passcode is sent to me prior to arriving and I just needed to key that in. Only problem was that the hotel was located on the top of a hill. So it was painful trying to get to it from city center.

JJinlizhongjiangbakuailaibaThe hotel is very close to the airport. The most surprising thing is that I saw the most beautiful aurora in Lofoten here, with various colors jumping. The breakfast here is also very rich. The staff here are very nice. There is also a free coffee shop and a microwave. I really like it.
