Great location, near the bus express to airport. Room is spacious and clean, easy amenities at the lobby for hot water and deli snacks. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

My husband and I booked a Superior King Plus room (which is supposed to have sea views) for 4 nights. We checked in late and were given a room on the 6th floor which looked out onto a main road and a petrol station. This room also had rubbish and a dirty sock in the bin. The staff were helpful and changed us to another room on the 10th floor from the second night, which had better views but a bad smell. Luckily we could get rid of it by opening the windows for some time. On our last morning, the hotel had a blackout and we got stuck in the lift with a flight to catch. The hotel is also a bit further from the town centre than other hotels. Having said that, the service of the reception staff was mostly very good and somewhat made up for the not-so-good parts.

I recently stayed at Smarthotel Tromsø and enjoyed my time there. The breakfast was really good, with plenty of variety to start the day. My room was neat and comfortable, albeit a bit smaller than I would have preferred, but it served its purpose. One thing to keep in mind during the winter is that Tromsø is very dark for much of the day, so you might sleep in later than planned. Overall, I recommend Smarthotel Tromsø for a convenient and satisfying stay.

Very convenient for backpackers to cook and wash freely. Best if they can provide slippers at the door so that the dust or dirt will not make the floor dirty, like Japanese style. A shared toilet or a place with a mirror can provide hair dryer will be great.

Quality Hotel Harstad is a very nice and modern hotel with a great location and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which really made us feel at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed – perfect for a short or long stay. However, a couple of small things could be improved: there was no fridge in the room, which would have been useful, and the Wi-Fi connection could have been a bit faster and more stable, especially for work or streaming. Aside from that, everything was great – a pleasant stay overall, and I would definitely recommend it!

Very quiet environment with great scenery. We're lucky to able to see aurora with clear sky. Very helpful check in staff with very nice dinner and breakfast 😋

酒店離機場非常近，最讓人驚喜的是在這裏看到了lofoten最美的極光，各種顏色跳動，這裏的早餐也很豐盛，這裏的工作人員很奈斯，還有免費咖啡屋，還有微波爐，真的是很喜歡

這個酒店是特羅姆瑟到雷納小鎮的中間位置，是一個相當好的中轉休息點。房間足夠大，我家住的是三人間，邊上出門就有一個extra超市。我是租車從特羅姆瑟開到雷納小鎮，中間住這裏的。其實應該是從特羅姆瑟港口，坐船到這個f2酒店邊上的碼頭，然後再租車，這樣可以少租兩天車。坐船訊息可以在svipper的app裏面查到的，但風險就是天氣不好，船會停開。三人間房價700多，真的是便宜啊。酒店正門口和出門左手邊是同一個編號的停車場，用easy park可以停車，一個晚上我才花了50塊錢rmb。這個酒店到特羅姆瑟或伊蓮森羅布爾酒店，基本上都是6個多小時的車程。房間挺乾淨的，我就見到一個打掃衞生的人。沒有其他服務員。這個酒店性價比真的是很高。

Didn’t take any pictures of our actual room, but it was as shown in pictures! It was easy to spot the hotel. Also conveniently near supermarket, convenience store and petrol stations. Our room faced the beautiful mountain so it was really nice to wake up to it. Hotel buffet spread was just right and the whole place felt very homely. Staff were friendly as well! Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel básico pero tienes lo imprescindible. Está limpio muy cerca de la calle principal donde se encuentran todas las tiendas. El bufet del desayuno es muy sencillo pero tienes un poco de todo. Tienes siempre en el hall disponible un té o un café por si te apetece. También disponen de servicio de parking en la parte de atrás es justito pero te da el servicio, yo lo usé y aunque era una pista de hielo al menos sabes que tu coche está ok ya que en la calle es misión imposible aparcar y todo es de pago.
