入住百麗酒店，我第一眼被他們的小度小度語音服務吸引。只需呼喊小度，便能輕鬆開關電視、調整音量，甚至開關燈光，實在是便利至極。 選擇這家酒店的主要原因之一是他們浴室裡設有兩個洗手盆。作為一個愛整潔的人，我經常為與他人共用同一個洗手盆而困擾。擁有兩個洗手盆真的是太棒了。此外，他們還提供免費的泡腳服務，服務員會幫助調節水溫，讓我感到無比幸福。 雖然我購買了包含早餐的住宿套餐，但這次因時間匆忙未能品嚐，有些可惜。晚上，在酒店的酒吧點了兩杯酒，whisky和gin tonic，但感覺是house gin，口味不盡如人意。 酒店的空間不算很大，打開兩大兩小行李後空間有些狹窄，但仍能自在走動。 淋浴水力十分強勁，非常舒適，淋浴露的香氣令人愉悅。 不過，我對前台服務員的態度感到有些失望。他們的態度平淡，與同事聊天似乎比服務客人更讓他們快樂。作為一家新開的酒店，我原以為員工的培訓應該會很出色，但這家酒店的前台服務確實讓我失望。 不過，我很欣賞負責泡腳服務調節水溫的阿姨，以及門口負責拿行李的服務人員，他們的服務態度非常好。 總的來說，我認為酒店間的設施大同小異，但前台服務員和其他酒店員工的態度真的能左右我對一家酒店的印象。這家酒店的前台服務員態度一般，對我來說是個遺憾。下次再訪，我可能會考慮其他選擇。

First things first, this is clearly a knock-off ‘Hampton by Hilton’ - branding the same, room design the same, and to be fair they’ve done a decent job of it. Room was modern, spacious and clean. Unfortunately, that’s about as positive as I can be about my stay. The location is fine, albeit not many good local restaurants or sights within walking distance, you’ll need to get a taxi. Service at front desk was inattentive and unprofessional. When I tried to use the phone in the room to call front desk and/or housekeeping, the line automatically disconnected. The worst aspect of my stay was the “smart” aspects of the room. Firstly, the aircon does not work. It was 34/35 degrees throughout my stay and despite putting the aircon on 16 degrees with maximum fans, the temperature in the room barely dropped below 27/28 degrees all night. Bring your own fan! The “smart” controls meant that all the lights in the bathroom came on as soon as you moved, which is not what you want in the middle of the night. Equally, the control panel was blinking constantly, right next to the bed, which was very annoying if that kind of thing affects your sleep (it does mine). Worst of all was the TV that simply would not turn off, and was incredibly bright, right in front of the bed. I ended up having to dismount the TV from the wall and completely unplugging it just to get the room semi-dark. Incredibly annoying. If you want a dark room, with a comfortable temperature, this is not the place for you… Its a shame, because the hotel has potential, but as it is I can’t recommend it given these fairly fundamental issues.

酒店位於古城旁，出門後右拐走幾步就到彩虹巷入口了，還蠻方便的。定了普通的房型，前台給我們升級了觀景雙床，體驗感不錯。但是建議房間內設施該換的還是要換一下，智能馬桶的馬桶圈非常明顯的大片的黃漬，擦不掉的那種，雖然我們會習慣性套一次性馬桶墊，但還是感覺看着那黃漬很不舒服。另外洗手池的水龍頭也有很多水漬，也屬於擦不掉的那種，其實可以用去水垢的洗劑認真清洗一下的，或者乾脆換掉。總體來説，設施設備有點陳舊了。另外半夜兩點多很明顯的流水嘩啦啦聲，被吵醒後打前台電話讓看看是不是他們什麼設備漏水了，別影響整個酒店，前台也派人來了説是下水道聲音，但我們是頂樓怎麼會有下水道聲音從樓頂傳來，前台也説幫我們換房間，不過太晚了也懶得換，累了一天容易入睡，聲音響了半個多小時後睡著了。

這不僅是一份評價，更是一封表揚信！非常滿意的一次入住經歷，地暖很熱，房間很温暖。風景無敵，早晨賽里木湖的雪景一覽無餘，前台迪娜服務熱情周到。在入住期間家裡寶寶不慎將電話手錶遺失，直到離開酒店後才發現丟失。在第二天手錶自動開機後顯示在酒店位置，前台迪娜安排酒店客服人員主動在雪地尋找，並妥善保管。整個過程，客服迪娜女士態度熱情、處理高效，不僅不嫌麻煩，還貼心協助安排順豐發回。最終物品完好無損地回到我手中，這份感動難以言表！ 貴酒店員工用實際行動詮釋了”拾金不昧”的美德和職業素養，既體現了個人品德，更彰顯了酒店管理的專業與誠信。這種細緻周到、以客為先的服務精神，讓我對貴酒店的品牌形象深感信賴。未來一定會繼續選擇入住，並願意向身邊朋友大力推薦！ 再次向迪娜及全體工作人員致以誠摯感謝！

朋友要到烏魯木齊轉機，讓幫忙給他訂個酒店。在網上找了半天選了很久，最終選擇了這家酒店，朋友入住完給我的還專門打了個電話，反饋説房間和圖片一致，裝修風格簡單素雅很喜歡，各種設施佈置精美，衞生乾淨,入住放心。隔音好，空調熱風很足，還有地暖，對於我這種超級怕冷的人來説，簡直不要太棒！一整晚都睡得很安穩，下次來烏魯木齊還住這家酒店。不錯，不錯，非常好

這次來旅遊住這家麗怡酒店真是太棒啦！從進門那刻起，前台的小哥哥，小姐姐就笑臉相迎，各種需求都能很快滿足，服務超貼心。房間打掃得一塵不染，床鋪整潔，衞生間也乾乾淨淨沒啥異味，衞生方面真的沒得説。房間裏的設施超棒，床又軟又舒適，電視、空調啥的都好用，網絡也快。酒店周邊環境也好，安靜不吵鬧，出去走走景色也不錯。下次來還住這兒！

Close to the airport , the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Service at check-in was friendly enough, but they made a big deal about not being able to speak English, which was unnecessary and embarrassing. Facilities are limited, the restaurant operates at breakfast only, and the selection was meager. All food and drinks were the same temperature and no tea or coffehe available. The surrounding area is not ideal for those without a vehicle as there are only mechanics and similar enterprises to be found in the immediate surroundings. Service is the biggest issue. On check out the staff member insisted that I leave a review mentioning both himself and his colleague by name, even though they were not the staff members who helped me and answered my questions at check-in, nor was I able to read their names myself from their name tags which do not include Pin Yin. Another unnecessarily uncomfortable interaction. I suspect they don't get a lot of international guests, which seems appropriate given what is on offer.

Great location, easy to catch taxi, eating, shopping. Clean and convenient. But staff forgot to check out for my friends on system, until other hotel call to ask.

Huge room with balcony and good air conditioning for warm / cold. You got everything in the room you need, even a couch. Very comfy beds! You can use washing machine for free, just no place to dry it. Friendly and helpful staff :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express near Urumqi Railway Station and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent customer service. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere made for a relaxing and restful night's sleep. The hotel's soundproofing ensured a peaceful environment despite its proximity to the railway station. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast offered at the hotel. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. It provided a great start to the day and helped me fuel up for my activities. The hotel's location near Urumqi Railway Station was incredibly convenient, especially for travelers like myself. It made it easy to explore the city or catch a train to further destinations. The surrounding area had a variety of dining options and shops, adding to the convenience of the location. To top it off, the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols during my stay reassured me of their dedication to guest well-being, especially during these challenging times. Overall, my experience at the Holiday Inn Express near Urumqi Railway Station was outstanding. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, convenient location, and excellent service make it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. I look forward to returning in the future.

This place is worth living. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned and comfortable to sleep. They provided drop off service. The only problem is the location to find on the map for foreigners with limited Chinese language skills.

酒店性價比很高，總體入住體驗很好。優點:有冷藏櫃很方便；前台工作人員在我們離店時，主動詢問需要帶水路上使用嗎？很貼心。當然，也有需要進步的：洗臉池下水比較慢，需要酒店關注，我住301；再有就是早晨自助餐有待改善，希望多注重品類和菜品細節，畢竟選擇住所時，早餐也是用户體驗的重要一部分，建議用心觀察一週，查看菜品和每一項食物每日受歡迎程度，不斷調整改善。這次我們早晨去用餐，服務人員問我們是哪一間住户，找完也沒有我們的房間號，有點尷尬，最後手工寫了我們的房號，有被忽視的體驗，建議發早餐卡很方便。最後看完早餐，我們沒有用餐，感覺沒有什麼可吃的。總體打分8.8分。下次選擇入住率85%，有顧慮方面還是自助餐，有可能選擇無早入住。希望酒店越來越好！

小方is very nice and friendly during our check in in the afternoon, the hotel provided us moon cake and drinks. BUT! Other staff are super unfriendly and very rude when we asked for information. Rooms have no aircon and we called to asked for either cooler or a fan, but the staff responded in very rude way through the phone. Fan was delivered but just put outside the room.

Super and efficient service, especially the young lady in the front office called小轩. She had been helping us long before we checked in, tell us the weather and the colors of the leaves, which one of the reasons to go there. All in all excellent services.

在禾木新村內，房間乾淨寬敞，有一次性浴缸套，晚上逛完回來，泡一泡身心舒泰。在屋裡可以眺望遠山，白雲悠悠，鳥聲啾啾。民宿餐廳的菜品味道不錯，早餐也比較豐盛，值得推薦。民宿早晨七點有擺渡車送客人去禾木橋看晨霧，還專門在每個房間放了軍大衣，很乾凈，很新，很暖和，非常貼心的服務，點贊。

早餐很好吃，房間很大，很方便，外賣可以讓機器人送上樓，酒店還有洗衣房可以洗衣服，烘乾出門打車後方便酒店還要送接送機，很推薦

第一次來可可託海，在軟件上對比了好多家選出的酒店，晚上到的，前台很熱心的幫我辦理入住，熱心的前台小姐姐還幫我把我雜七雜八的快遞都搬上去房間，很熱心。這次訂的是豪華大床房，床很大，房間還配備了加濕器，我這個南方人也能接受地暖了，其他洗浴用品都配備齊全。酒店配備了洗衣機和烘乾機很方便，這種天氣根本不用擔心衣服洗了幹不了。早餐餐廳食品很豐富，會有甜點、粥、炒菜、麪條等，照顧到各地方的飲食習慣，餐廳叔叔人也超好，還擔心我吃不飽😇，照顧了我第一次來的不安感，下次來還會選擇再住的酒店。

免費接機: 飛了2500公里到了喀什古城出差旅遊， 淡季這邊酒店價格很哇塞，還有接送機服務，點贊！雖然從機場來酒店也就10公里，打車估計也沒多少，但這個服務真棒，大晚上才到的 顏值: 到了酒店後，酒店前台的新疆小姐姐，那顏值對於內地來説那就是驚艷呀，所以我就厚顏**的找小姐合影了，比心🫰🏻我在想這小姐姐要是再穿新疆當地的民族服裝，再能唱帶跳🉐 哈哈，我是不是想多了都 言歸正傳: 服務:這個酒店的服務真的沒話説，我也是做管理的，酒店的管理者用心了，前台的米日、蘇比（就是合影的）小姐姐，還有帥哥小楊經理，非常有耐心的解釋喀什古城周邊的遊玩打卡點，喀什古城城門東門口打卡，千門萬窗，彩虹巷，布袋巷，地毯街爺爺的爺爺的爸爸的囊，行吧這些**小紅書能找到的 吃的:手抓飯，薄皮包子，架子肉，烤鴿子串，恰瑪古鴿子拉麪（一開始吃是香的，後面還是抖吃中餐，不然會有點膩歪） 説一下注意不到的細節把！！！ 提醒我們喀什這邊特別幹，要多喝水，不然真的是鼻孔有血絲出來了都，所以給我們升級了他們酒店新打造的森林氧吧房，因為去塔縣那邊都是高原，説這個氧吧房裡麪的氧吧蛋就是提升房間的氧含量，同時房間裏還有加濕器，真的是提前為我們旅遊的做好了保駕護航呀！！！此處一萬個贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 酒店小姐姐在辦理入住時跟我們的溝通中知道我們來玩幾天，給我們推薦了旅遊打卡點，這個時間去達瓦昆沙漠玩門票**35一人，進去花220一人坐沙漠追風車，太好玩了，不用排隊不用等，開沙漠車太刺激了，然後從沙漠高處滑下來，對於我們這種沒有見過沙漠的完美，還有拍照打卡不虛此行 然後來喀什必去的塔縣路線（去塔縣需要辦邊境證 在喀什川渝大酒店警務站）還要備着氧氣罐正常20一罐，克州冰川公園打卡就行不用逗留太多，然後就是白沙湖（**上很火的，有騎氂牛拍照白沙湖50兩人，30一人），木吉火山（無人機能拍全景），然後就是雄壯的帕米爾高原了，慕士塔格冰川公園（關閉了下雪 可惜）盤龍古道也關閉了 下雪，班迪爾藍湖 最後的最後，酒店好像是知道內地來的客人多，所以早餐是正常的內地中餐早餐，很哇塞 最後給酒店的管理層領導點個贊，想我們旅遊所想，如果能把攻略做成電子檔，走起是辦理邊防證啊，多喝水，背氧氣這些細節都加上 最後祝願酒店生意興隆，好酒店就要一直紅紅火火下去

It is directly just opposite the ancient city of Kashgar. Very convenient to get cabs to other points of interest and back to airport. It is an oasis of calm when you are inside with one of the better buffet breakfast spread and elegant dining room to be enjoyed compared to a lot of other China hotels we went to. The ancient city can get very commercialized with a whole row of loud night entertainment joints facing the hotels opposite but non the less for us with inner room facing, it was not noticeable at all. The Kashgar TV Tower is just a short walking distance down the road which is a must see for its observation deck for a bird’s eye view of the city. At night with the lights on ( the ancient city and tower) it is just magical! Furthermore if you buy a certain amount in it’s gift shop you can get a free ticket to go up. Will definitely book this hotel again if coming back.

這次來喀什，是帶家人出來旅遊的，在網上看到了這個酒店，看了看評分以及評論內容，毅然決然的選擇了美豪麗致。實惠且驚喜。實惠的是價格方面：不到300的價格體驗到了七八百的酒店，房間乾淨衞生整潔，還有個小冰箱，裏面有飲料，咖啡包，茶包等。房間的洗漱用品用的還是八件套的，從洗髮水到洗面奶都有，對出門在外住酒店的人士來説真的很棒啊，而且大堂還有免費的水果無限吃。驚喜的是：服務很好，從進門時的保安大叔到大堂的公衞阿姨都會微笑打招呼，讓我最具有印象的是客服管家小李，她服務專業且貼心，在住當天晚上我需要洗衣服，但是呢，我當時拿下去想洗的時候，恰巧有別的客人在洗，因為是自助的，我想總不能在洗衣房等別人洗好吧，況且已經很晚了，我又犯困了，我就把衣服放在那兒排隊等候，回到房間想了想第二天我需要這幾件送洗的衣服，當我正在苦惱之際，突然想起加有客服管家小李的微信，我想都沒想就給她發訊息，大半夜的也沒有考慮到她是否已經入睡了，但是她很快就回復我了，令我驚喜的是她不僅能及時回覆我訊息，還能很及時的幫我把衣服放進洗衣機洗並且烘乾了，而且第二天她能準時地給我把衣服送上房間，真的非常感謝她，不然我都沒衣服穿了。在我們入住的時候，她主動的幫我把行李送上房間，我提出的要求她都能幫滿足，知道我帶有小朋友，她還給我送來了一套小朋友的洗漱用品和小童拖鞋，很熱情的小姑娘，晚上還送了當地水果和晚安牛奶，在住這幾天期間，需要她幫忙的地方她都能及時的幫我解決了，我真切的感受到她很用心的在做服務，離店當天，她在休息都能及時的回訪我的入住體驗，難道這不就是極致的服務？因為小李，我會再次選擇美豪麗致，美豪也因小李的服務在我心裏更加加分了。以後去到其他城市也會認準美豪麗致這個品牌啦~~

這家酒店的早餐應該是我南疆遊住這麼多天最好吃的一家，早點樣式很多，還吃到了現做的牛腩麪，非常開心，另外全房間裏彌散式供給氧氣也是一大亮點，説明這家酒店的老闆眼光很超前，會站在客人的角度去裝修酒店，解決了高原地區客人會有高原反應的問題，另外，房間雖然不是特別大，但整體乾淨整齊，還有自己獨立的供熱系統，雖然現在還沒到政府供暖的時間，但高原地區晚上外面温度接近零度，但這家酒店房間內暖烘烘的，有自己的供暖系統，房間內特別舒服。還有停車場特別大，停車場邊還配置快慢沖電樁十幾個，這次開的新能源車就在這裏充電，特別方便，下次來塔縣還會住這家酒店，推薦給朋友們。

Excellent location close to Kashgar ancient city and amenities.room is huge and clean every day.we loved the welcome dance hosted by hotel everyday.it is so enjoyable to watch the pretty xin Xiang girls dance we stay here for 5 days.highly recommended to all who planned to visit Kashgar.it valued for money not so expensive.

We stayed two nights separated by one night in Tashkurgan.The best part of the first day was spent locating an agent to provide a car and driver to Tashkurgan. My wife and me were sent to the Kashgar Tourist centre beyond the airport to apply for a Border Travel Permit to Tashkurgan and astonished to find the place closed being Sunday 24th June. Staff at the reception were all friendly and enthusiastic. Only two lifts served both Orange and Mercure which were inadequate. Mercure provides free pick up and sent from anf to airport but requires 4 hours advance confirmation. We requested sent off to airport for 1005 flight to Chengu. Staff confirmed reservation for two leaving at 0800 which is too early for breakfast at hotel. So an arrangement was made for wake up call, picnic boxes to takeaway. On 26th morning, the short bald old man probably working as bell boy scolded me why I am alone at the lobby at 0752 and that there are other guests waiting in the car. Fully seated by 0755, we discovered that the rush was to pick up another passenger for the one remaining seat in the 7- seater! We had to travel west to Tianshan road, pick up the last passenger at Hanting Hotel before making east and north to Kashgar Airport. The experience totally spoilt my day, wiped out any good feeling or impression with Mercure and never mind about the promised packed breakfast boxes.

I had a pleasant stay despite the hotel's modest entrance and simple lobby. Don’t be discouraged by the exterior or the lobby—step into the room, and you’ll see it’s an excellent hotel. The rooms were clean, with a comfortable bed and an excellent bathroom. The hotel’s prime location, close to the old neighborhoods of Kashgar, made it easy to explore on foot. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding a warm touch to the experience. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would recommend it for anyone looking to explore Kashgar.
