The hotel was extremely modern and clean, staff excellent, breakfast delicious and location to the old city within an easy walk, many restaurants and cafes nearby.

The hotel staff is very friendly. Location is perfect. Right in the building of an airport, rooms are nice and clean. If you are not smoking pay attention to take non smoking room. I made a mistake and was a little bit uncomfortable, but it is my fault. Thank you!

We stayed in this hotel for three consecutive nights. The quality of the staff's service and hotel's amenities far exceeded my expectations. Room is spacious, clean, layout of the room very good and room facilities was excellent. Bathroom / toilet : - four towel rails and 2 wall mounted hooks for clothing - more than adequate shelf space for new towels - Well located twin toilet roll holders - Push button on / off valve for shower mixer tap which is super efficient for use without turning of knobs and unwanted water temperature fluctuations - room size is very comfortable, more than adequate for walking freely in the room even though there was a writing table and swivel chair in it - number of electric power sockets provided was far more than adequate - wash basin counter top space was generous - kettle area cabinet was also provided - suitably sized luggage rack - comfortable bed size and mattresses - room door has indicator of direction to the elevator - well located mini fridge - cordless hand phone charging facilities in room - superb laundry facilities and unexpected service of staff transferring washed clothes to tumble dryer and delivering dried clothes to our room - great variety of food provided in the restaurant for breakfast - hotel reception staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful - free night porridge provided - hotel is within walkable distance to Liuxing Street - many shops and restaurants near hotel - we enjoyed staying in the hotel room when we don't want be exposed to the sun outside We are more than satisfied staying in this hotel. After we checked out to head to Tekes, we returned to stay in this hotel again for a second time - we intend to stay in Atour hotel in Turpan when we get there later as we felt so comfortable with this hotel - we recommend this hotel for your stay when you visit Yining

We absolutely love our brief stay at this hotel. The check in service was speedy and pleasant. The receptionists were friendly and went up and above to serve us. This is by far the best hotel for our trip to Xinjiang. There are 2 sets of complimentary washers and dryers for guests for which is really helpful. The only downside is there is only 1 set of lift (for our wing) and the wait can be long during peak breakfast hours.

一進門大堂就很戳我！前台收拾得乾乾淨淨，還擺了超好看的百合花，顏值直接拉滿，心情一下子就好起來了，辦理入住也特別快，服務超貼心！房間洗漱池又乾淨又高級，那個橢圓鏡子拍照巨好看，洗漱用品也都很齊全，用着超舒服。最最最加分的是！居然有自助洗衣房！還是洗烘一體機，出門旅行洗衣服再也不用愁了，洗完直接烘乾就能穿，對我們這種出門玩的人太友好了！

設施：非常新，智能化設備操控便利，床品好，睡着舒服 衞生：乾淨衞生，很到位 環境：地理位置一流，邊上打車方便，酒店對面吃飯零食（好想來）啥都有 服務：前台兩位小姐姐温婉細緻、美麗大方，服務非常好，很貼心，讓人感覺到新疆的無限美好，謝謝幫我看了一天行李，下次來新疆還住你們

Das Frühstück war gut, die chinesische Auswahl ist gut. Auf dem Flur gibt es Kaffee, der auch gut geschmeckt hat. Dort ist es schön eingerichtet. Die Damen am Empfang waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, aber das sieht man in der Buchung, also kein Problem weil es transparente Information ist. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, nur hat man am nächsten Tag trockene Haut. Die Zimmer mit Fenster gehen zur Straße raus, dort ist es etwas laut und man muss beim Geruch aufpassen, dass es wirklich rauchfrei ist und nicht riecht.

We had a wonderful stay and received a warm welcome from 米然 (Mi Ran) and 美丽 (Mei Li). They speak English very well and helped us get to the recommended spots. During our stay, we also stayed in contact through WeChat in case we needed anything. A late checkout was possible without any hassle, and the room was clean and had all the necessary facilities. 我们度过了一个美好的住宿时光，受到了米然和美丽的热情欢迎。他们英语讲得很好，帮助我们前往推荐的景点。住宿期间，我们也通过微信保持联系，以防需要任何帮助。 延迟退房毫无困难，房间干净且配备了所有必需的设施。

La Turpan West impression home stay ressemble à un petit palace. La chambre que j'ai occupée est particulièrement spacieuse,calme,bien éclairée,d'une propreté irréprochable .Je me permets aussi de préciser que la qualité de l'accueil est tout à fait irréprochable. Un bémol toutefois,le ménage est fait un peu tardivement dans la journée alors qu'on est déjà rentré de l'excursion.
