Hotel 4-Star di Xinjiang, China

The hotel is located about 10mins walk from the International Grand Bazaar. Plenty of eateries and convenience store nearby so you dont have to worry. The room is spacious and fits nicely for our family. There is also a mini gym and laundry on the 6th floor. Breakfast spread was good and they also have supper provided from 9.30pm. While the hotel is clean and nice overall, the housekeeping did not really tidy our room - just changed towels, threw rubbish without making the beds. Maybe it is their SOP but it would have been better if the room is spot clean after we came back from shppping or day tour. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel in Urumqi before venturing out the city.

Nice hotel. Not central to the CBD, but perfect location for Old Street, night markets and the bus to the canyon. Room was great, but for a 4 star hotel, it really needs a fridge in the room. Breakfast was good, but a little more variety would be appreciated. They only offered the same 2 fruits 3 days in a row. A shame in Xinjiang, with so many different and cheap fruits around. Other than that, hotel was great. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel room is very clean and modern and spacious. The location was perfect, right next to walking street. Staffs are very kind and helpful, especially staff named 小迪 was wonderful~ She was one of the best hotel staffs I ever met. I will stay at this hotel again in the future.

There are many eateries around but we didnt get the chance to experience as we were always out and about. Highlight of this hotel is its laundry service, the hotel lady would kindly oversee the laundry and send it to our room. We have been to quite a number of atour hotels, but this one in Yining, rise up to another level.

選擇這家酒店真的太明智了！作為低海拔過來的遊客，最擔心的高反問題被完美解決——房間裏的製氧機帶霧化功能，隨時能吸氧，半夜不舒服起來吸幾分鐘就緩過來了，安全感拉滿。酒店整體很新，裝修有設計感，房間乾淨整潔，佈局合理，大露台更是加分項，吹着高原的風看雪山金草灘，愜意又放鬆。 服務暖心到感動，有專職行李員幫忙搬運行李，不用自己在高原上受累。前台還幫我們協調了行程相關的問題，連叫車都主動幫忙安排，特別靠譜。餐飲超出預期，晚餐單點的小炒氂牛肉分量足、味道正，早餐的氂牛餃子念念不忘，大堂的特產價格比外面實惠，買了些雪菊和乾果帶回去。酒店裡還有多處網紅打卡點，民族風的佈置很出片。在塔縣能住到這麼舒適貼心的酒店，真的讓整個旅程幸福感翻倍！

Chinese breakfast, nice service staff. Ongoing construction close to the hotel, very loud, building and room shake and vibrate. Works until well into the night. Direct access to old town blocked. Not hotel's fault, but should be mentioned in description. Screaming and shouting in front of the hotel during second half of night. Did not sleep well.

Not up to Hilton standards! People smoking in elevator!! Breakfast has good selection ！ they charge room charge again and refund… very complicated!!! !!

新店開業非常乾淨整潔，沒有什麼裝修的味道。房間超大落地窗很贊，採光視野一絕。床頭自帶無線充電，出門不用隨身攜帶充電器，細節太貼心。床品整潔柔軟，睡得安穩舒服，全屋衞生打掃細緻到位。服務也是熱情體貼，性價比拉滿了~

We stayed at Hilton Hampton Yining for one night. The hotel is clean and new, we really like the smart technology used in the rooms - like the automatic blinds system and the ability to open a window for fresh air if you feel like it. Otherwise the aircon is perfect and allows you to adjust the temperatures according to your liking. This is a rare find when some hotels set the temperature centrally. We had to travel to Nalati the next day, but as we visited during off peak season the tour buses didn’t operate. 小妮 Julie and the team from the front desk helped us arrange a private ride , this really helped us with our travels! Thank you. We liked the breakfast offering a variety of meal options, the drinks in the atrium are also great. We enjoyed the stay.
