The quality of the hotel (for the price I paid) was exceptional. Breakfast was very good and I wouldn't recommend skipping or missing.
The hotel is a thirty-minute walk from the main Khiva city, which I didn't mind at all, but bear in mind that there are no restaurants in the area (they're all in the main city).
Staff were very helpful. I booked a trip to the Aral sea and the hotel staff organised it with the driver so I could be dropped off at Nukus airport.

I booked 2 nights in the hotel. The hotel is located right in front of the city wall. The staff is friendly. They helped me to book a taxi to Moynaq and Bukhara. The safety box didn't work but I felt safe anyways. The room and the toilet were ok just a bit smell if paint or something like that. They have kettle, coffee, water, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the room. The breakfast was very complete and the taste was good too. If you have a tour at 7 am they make sure you have your breakfast before you leave which was very kind of them.

フロントのお兄さんは優しくて3Fバルコニーからの景色がいいよと教えてくれました。城壁に沈む夕日と反対からの昇る日の出が凄く綺麗で直ぐ側の城壁を歩いている人達からは羨望の眼差しでした。部屋も綺麗でイチャン・カラのメイン広場も徒歩5分くらいと全く問題なかったです。
あとイチャン・カラは夕暮れの写真がおすすめです。ライトアップと深い青がとても綺麗です。夕食前にぜひ見てみて下さい。

Очень удобное расположение отеля - находится в старом городе, но не в самом центре, а на окраине, при этом до центра 3 минуты пешком. Из-за такого расположения в отеле достаточно тихо. Дали номер с балконом на втором этаже, из которого о коыааося прекрасный вид на старый город. Но номер и ванная очень маленькие, постельное бельё свежее и новое. Завтрак скудный и холодный, но достаточно вкусный. Зернового кофе нет. В отеле есть терраса, с которой открывается красивые в виды на город.

Замечательное месторасположение. Хороший сервис. Говорят и по-русски и по-английски. Плотный завтрак. Замечательный отель. Номер телефона отеля, указанный на Trip.com, не функционирует.

They had a water fountain that lets you refill your bottle.
Overall this hotel is decent. It was within the old city so all tourist sites were within walking distance.

호텔 시설 깨끗하고. 비교적 교통이 편리했음.
그런데 이곳에서 싸마르칸트로 가는 기차가내가호텔 쳌아웃하고 출발하는 날짜에 없어서
부득불 하루 앞당겨 체크아웃 했는데 호텔비용 1박을 빼주어야 하는것 아닐까요?
내 잘못이 아닌데요.
그리고 호텔은 큰데 식당도 있는데 운영 않하고, 다른 편의 시설도 없고 그 큰 호텔에 남자직원 1사람만이 써비스를 하더라구요.
영어가 않 통해서 뭔가 요청사항을 전달 못했어요.
방에 ☎️ 전화기가 있는데 사용불가 먹통이구요.
이런 것 참더라도 3박 예약해서 기차가 운행 않해서 2박만 한것에 대하여 1박 비용은 환불 강력히 요청합니다

ММиронов АндрейConveniently located near the fortress entrance. It's clean, and the furniture is new with a fresh renovation. Everything is good, around 4 out of 5, just missing a few small touches for a perfect score:
1. The breakfast was European; it would be great to add some local cuisine, like flatbread or baklava.
2. The reception doesn't offer recommendations or promote local attractions. It would be helpful to get some insider tips: where to eat, where to find the best coffee, and how to save on tickets and souvenirs.
3. The mirror in the room was placed on the side of the wardrobe, which was inconvenient. It would be better to have one near the entrance door, as my wife couldn't check her outfit properly.

GGuest UserLocated in the old city of Khiva, it's not far from the main attractions. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was quite delicious. We stayed for two consecutive nights and have already recommended it to friends.

GGuest UserIt's a new hotel, so it's really clean. Breakfast is served individually, but it feels like being treated. It's not in the ichang collar, but it's only 5 minutes from the main **t (semen). There is also a supermarket right in front of you. The host is friendly too. Best value for money!

ほほいあんThe friendly guy at the front desk told me the view from the 3rd-floor balcony was great. The sunset over the city walls and the sunrise from the opposite side were incredibly beautiful, and people walking along the nearby walls were looking at me with envious eyes. The room was clean, and it was only about a 5-minute walk to the main square of Ichan Kala, so there were no problems at all.
Also, I recommend taking photos of Ichan Kala at sunset. The illumination and deep blue are very beautiful. Be sure to check it out before dinner.

OOlga1. I didn't like: the address is wrong here!! The address of the Caravan MedCenter, the difference is 5 km. It was cool to take a taxi back-to-back. Change to the correct address.
2.Sold mattress. 3. Part of staff does not speak English or Russian.
3. A strange situation with the pool that is, but it is paid after 12-00, then already booked someone(something), but if you pay - you can swim. Total: Want to swim and stop for 1 day= pay.
4. Tight wallpaper from the USSR.
5. The prepaid monthly number questioned the payment, but (already plus), said they would deal with the accountant themselves.
I liked:
1 Oh, cheerful breakfast, it was too bad to enjoy. It's very, very cool!!
2 Big number.
