Really nice hotel with people that are really friendly. Clean, smells really, and serviced really well. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rocío cleaned and looked after my room really well! Thanks Rocio. The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis! The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul! I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities like the pool and fitness center were excellent. Great location too, close to all the main attractions. Overall, a wonderful hotel experience that I would absolutely recommend to others.

Lovely room, delightful hotel and gracious staff. However, the booking process was difficult, and the communication with the front desk confusing. We got three versions of confirmed dates (the last one correct) did not get clarification as to whether our room included breakfast. When we arrived, we were given different responses to our question about whether breakfast was included on three occasions. We are fine with paying extra, but would have liked to have know whether to eat in or elsewhere. The restaurant was a weak spot with slow service, and no red wines available by the glass on our second visit. The waitperson said it was due to Xmas, but it seems quite surprising for this level of hotel to run out of red wine options four days after the holiday. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel, the location and the rooftop brunch on our last day were great. Please work on your service and communication to guests

At this point the Hilton was probably the last hotel I had not stayed before in Santa Fe. I had a great stay! Nice comfortable rooms, good service and very conveniently located above the main shopping mall in the area. If you have the opportunity pay a bit more for lounge access. It makes a big difference. The one thing I did not like was their hotel cars from and to the airport…expensive and old cars.

Tengo 20 años de experiencia en el turismo trabajé 10 años para la cadena Ritz-Carlton, así que tengo mucho que decirles de este hotel Grand fiesta americana que solo el nombre es lo que verdaderamente pero interiormente le falta mucho para tener un personal y un servicio de excelencia, la estadía del 16 al 18 de julio, donde el check in fue el más horrible que he vivido en toda mi existencia, veníamos de un vuelo de varias horas, llegamos 10:30am pues como el check in era a las 3 de la tarde el recepcionista vendedor oportunista que no se puede decir de otra forma me dijo que si quería la habitación antes tengo que pagar más y que bueno la habitación que había reservado pues no tenían así que tenía que pagar por el early check in pero lo peor es que yo no les pedí ese favor acá pues el recepcionista nos vio muy cansados y además extranjero ahora si les cargó la mano, le comenté yo viajo cada 3 meses a CDMX y siempre me quedó el el hotel Camino Real que está a una calle de ahí y jamás me dijeron tal cosa de cobrar por un early check in, lo dan de cortesía si tienen disponibilidad pero Grand fiesta americana dan una imagen de banco más que de un hotel o una empresa de seguros , no se supone que es un hotel y están en la Industria de la hospitalidad, al parecer la gestión del hotel no le interesa la opinión de los clientes en lo más mínimo, el Recepcionista no uso protocolo hospitalidad ni siquiera nos preguntó el Nombre a las dos personas que éramos y una no habla español es decir el recepcionista no hablo nunca en inglés, no sé supone es un hotel de 5 estrellas, así que además ni un vaso de agua ofreció viéndonos en el estado físico de que estábamos, este hotel no vale la pena, mejor quedarse en un airb&b ya que no los vale pero para nada, la habitación estaba bien pero no es lo Mejor y se pagó casi 260 dólares por noche, y como si les parecía poco querían hacernos el favor de cobrar más, la verdad es una lástima, si yo fuera gerente de ese hotel despedía al jefe de recepción y a los recepcionistas!!

The bar man Jonatan was fabulous tonight on Monday, Aug 12th! I was solo on a mega biz mission! Everyone should meet him at Egos Bar. I’ll be on a stool at Live Aqua near Jonatan every time in Mexico. I’m a Venture Capitalist from London traveling to Mex and many other places to spot gems.

This place gets a no from me. Principally, it's because we were awoken at 7A to smoke filling the room. I went out to the living area and proceeded to have a panic attack because I couldn't breathe. For the record, the hallways were much better. I rushed downstairs and stayed outside until the front desk could send someone up to do something to make it better. Definitely not a relaxing experience. Now, the hotel would say, we left a piece of paper on the check-in counter for you explaining this would happen. Yes, you did, but this is unacceptable all the same. Some folks will have asthma or other breathing issues and this could be potentially very serious for them to deal with. I happened to have a cold. Giving notice on check-in isn't enough notice. In addition, most of the lights were that bright white light I hate because it reminds me of hospitals. Plus, certain window areas were filled with dust. Ick. Just not a good hotel experience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the room service prompt, and the breakfast downstairs was fine so two stars.

Exceptional experience ! Ultimate Ritz Carlton experience, would highly recommend if you travel to Mexico City! Definitely get one of the best view in Mexico City from your room , it truly exceed my expectation of a Ritz Carlton hotel. Extremely good service and always address you by your name. We encounter some problems within the room in the beginning, however the front office manager solve it very quickly which is excellent. We have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and will definitely come back if we visit Mexico City again. Became a fan of Ritz Carlton now
