Hotel 3-Star di Ningxia, China

Very clean room, good location, friendly and helpfull staff. We were given free buffet breakfast voucher when checked. Both staff miss 邢 and 小宋 service are very good. There is a self service laundry room, very convenient. Water dispenser, free flow of tea, fruits, snacks at lobby area. Thank you hotel mamagement, we had wonderful 2 days stay. We were given breakfast pack the third day when we checked out early.

This is a lovely clean hotel with big bright rooms. The staff were amazing during check in and all throughout. I drink a lot of water so it was fantastic to see the fridge stocked with 8 cold bottles on arrival. I would definitely stay here again.

My recent stay at YINQUAN Hotel was a pleasant surprise that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped through the door, the hotel’s charm and attention to detail set the tone for a memorable experience.

The bathroom had state of the art facilities. The room was comfortable and well designed. Having a translucent window worked well for me as the room was quiet. The front office and housekeeping staff were competent and polite. Location is superb. It's on the corner of the Gulou Pedestrian Mall and Xinhua Road. Only the tinu lobby is on the ground floor and the exact entry is not evident. Look for the overhead crossing, the escalators and the Sony shop. There are many places to eat: on the mall, off the mall and all the small lanes.

“來銀川玩住了桔子酒店萬達廣場悦海新天地店，住了兩天感覺很不錯，分享一下真實體驗。 先説進門，酒店門口挺乾淨的，門頭顯眼好找，進門就能聞到一股淡淡的桔子味，挺清新的。大堂不算特別大，但佈置得挺温馨，休息區有沙發可以坐着等人。 前台服務很好，辦理入住的時候小姐姐很熱情，説話輕聲細語的，讓人感覺很舒服。問了一下附近有什麼好吃的，她給推薦了幾家本地特色餐廳，去吃了一家確實不錯，很地道。 房間我住的是雙床房，整體很乾凈，床單被罩看着挺新的，也沒有異味。空調製冷效果很好，在銀川這個天氣太重要了。洗澡水壓夠大，熱水穩定，洗漱用品用着也舒服。房間裏還有免費的礦泉水和小零食，雖然東西不大，但感覺挺用心的。 總的來説這次入住挺滿意的，價格也合理，性價比高。下次來銀川還會考慮這家，也會推薦給朋友。”

For the purpose of visiting Ningxia University, the location is great as it is right across the street from the school. However, if you're looking for something closer to malls or other downtown attractions it may be a bit further than you would hope. However, the room was clean, there was just a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the non-smoking room, but nothing to complain about too much. The workers were also very kind and considerate.

衞生：馬桶上有尿漬未被清理，噴頭在另外的空間，不是很能沖到馬桶。床頭櫃上還有頭髮。 環境：沙發和桌子處的空間發潮了，有潮味，但在床的位置不是很能聞到。 如果衞生做好還是性價比很高的酒店，離高速公路出入口很近，蠻適合作為中轉住宿的城市，房間也很大。

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, right in the center of town but quiet you won’t have any noise from outside.

服務：第一次來到中衞這座城市，感覺就挺舒服的。還未踏上這片土地，就感受到了這座城市撲面而來的愜意感，此行最大的温暖，來自酒店前台茉莉——我必須説，她現在是我在中衞最好的朋友！ 因為行程安排得太滿，我們預計抵達酒店時間是凌晨3點，從銀川出發時就接到了茉莉的電話：她細細告知酒店具體位置、早已預留好的房間情況，還貼心提醒當地夜間天氣偏涼，反覆叮囑我們夜間行車注意安全不用太着急，最後那句“我會一直等你們到店”，讓奔波的旅途多了許多温暖的期待。 到店後辦理入住，她工作的細緻更是藏在每個細節裏：見我留着小鬍子，主動詢問是否需要準備刮鬍刀；我們把外賣點的啤酒放在前台，她又主動遞過來一次性杯子；她工作細緻到給我們拿頭繩都會主動想到多拿兩個，早上洗臉還會用到。哪怕是凌晨3點，沒有一絲倦意，她全程都保持着對工作滿滿的熱情讓人感覺温暖又舒心。 我認為一個優秀的員工她的工作狀態從不是按標準化的流程，按部就班的辦事。而是像茉莉這樣，把對工作的用心藏在每一個客户未開口的需求裏，細心又熱情的狀態。作為前台她是酒店的第一張名片，是企業的第一形象代言。更是企業與客户面對面建立良好關係的起點。讓我們在中衞感受到了家人般的妥帖。如果酒店有優秀員工評選，我一定會給茉莉投上一票，也因為她，下次來中衞，我們一定還選這家全季酒店！
