Pros: The room was stunning, the lights are dim, the decor is gorgeous, the bed was comfy, it was clean and the location is fantastic. The service was great. The terrace views are gorgeous. My favorite part was the jacuzzi.
Cons: My room was next to a terrace bar and on top there is another terrace bar, so if your plan is to stay at a quiet space to relax maybe this won't be the right spot. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water the whole morning on the day I was leaving so I had to wait until after the checkout time when they had it fixed but then I felt a little rushed to leave. Even though, the staff was very helpful, they were keeping me updated and they did try their best in a complicated situation that was out of their hands.

The hotel is beautiful with great amenities. It has a very nice restaurant on premise; and beautiful outdoor space. It has a decent size pool and Jacuzzi that looked very inviting. I also had a last min spa treatment that was very relaxing. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I’d stay there again!

Mi estancia fue placentera, el cuarto bastante espacioso. El bufet de los desayunos es amplio y sabroso. Lo único que de alguna manera no está a la altura del hotel es la alberca, porque solo sirve de adorno ya que el agua está fría, por el frío que hace en Puebla sería mejor una alberca techada, sino tienen caldera para calentar el agua.

房間挺大的，床也很大，窗外風景也不錯，唯一的缺點是沒有可以開窗的地方，衞生間的排風扇也沒有開關，不知道屋內空氣是如何流通的，早餐300比索太貴了

Sensacional hotel… maravilloso personal y servicio.. llegamos a las 12.00 a realizar el check in y aún siendo tres horas antes… nos dieron la habitación, cosa que agradecemos intensamente pues llegamos derrotados de un vuelo largo y tres horas de conducción… dispone de un exquisito restaurante con platos poblanos y un servicio muy esmerado…. Buen desayuno incluido Parking en el edificio y habitaciones amplias y completas de amenidades y utilidades… muchas gracias y esperamos poder volver a este excelente hotel

This hotel is in the best location in town- it is in the Zocalo and next to the church. There are so many shops and restaurants downstairs. The room is very large and clean.
On the downside, we were very surprised to find out our room has no windows. To an average US traveler, bedrooms are assumed to have windows, unless spelled out otherwise. I don't know this is due to a cultural difference. But this hotel is owned by IHG, which is a US-based, global hotel chain. I think they are held to a higher standard. We eventually paid a higher than advertised price for a windowed room. But the whole experience put a black mark on this otherwise great hotel.

BBeachBumThe hotel is in a great location near many places. The staff are very friendly. The only exception is the service at breakfast was not very good and the other reviews that said there was unlimited free hot chocolate and beverages is not true. The hotel has no onsite laundry which is disappointing and we had to change rooms because on the weekends there is a night club that is so loud that it can disturb your sleep all night long.

Beyond the scenery, the hotel excels in comfort and service. The room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, featuring comfortable bedding and reliable amenities. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout my visit.
Located in the vibrant Las Animas area, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to both commercial centers and Puebla's historic core. I highly recommend requesting a volcano-facing room. This is a five-star experience that seamlessly blends convenience with an unforgettable natural backdrop.

MMariana A.The overall experience was really good. The only incident was the death person outside the hotel. the moment was scary, but nothing that the hotel was responsible for. Stroke I believe, one employee shared the information.
The roof top bar was very nice and relaxing. Miriam the server that night provide an excellent customer service.

VVillitaSince checking in …a complete nightmare, I did my reservation and prepaid online with Trip and I was told by the hotel staff that they had no record of the payment and they wouldn’t allow me in, until i called trip and after 1 hour they allowed me in.
I also wanted to order room service, there were no menus and their “online service” was not working… the rooms are a bit old and their ac wasn’t working either surprise surprise…
There’s plenty of options in Puebla … don’t bother staying here it’s very overrated….

👩🏻💻in my experience the reception was not good, the girl in front desk was unfriendly, you need to do your own check in (scanning a QR) and the lady only give you the key card
🛏️room is very austere, not cozy, looks old; but the bed is comfortable
🚽🚿bathroom is big, has towels, soap 🧼 and shampoo. The hand wash basin has mold and the shower floor was wet
🅿️ Parking is ok but is not only for hotel guests, which makes you feel a bit insecure.

SSAMUELEstá en el centro de Puebla, con una ubicación estupenda para salir en las tardes y noches para caminar y admirar el centro histórico., a su alrededor hay varios lugares para conocer. La atención es excelente, la habitación cómoda y los baños amplios.
Las reglas son claras., también hacen actividades turísticas guiadas con bastante información sobre los lugares más importantes y emblemáticos de Puebla.
