Amazing stay at The Westin Grand Frankfurt! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for shopping and exploring the city. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the facilities were excellent. Had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience as a couple. The only thing for me was the bed was a little too soft, but overall we really enjoyed.

The staff were fantastic, making check-in seamless and offering great hospitality. The room was comfortable, but the highlight was the amazing shower! The breakfast was absolutely amazing! There's a tram stop right outside the hotel, and it's quite picturesque. The tram stop is level with the tram, making it super easy to get on and off with luggage. As for the bed and cleanliness inside, it's Marriott quality, so nothing less than excellent.

We stayed during the Easter Weekend at the Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and it was a truly lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to be accommodating, which made the stay feel extra special. They even arranged champagne and a birthday cake for him as I had requested, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration feel truly memorable. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was elegant yet comfortable, and everything was handled with great attention to detail. One of the highlights for me was the spa, it was quiet, clean, and very relaxing, the perfect place to unwind. Another big plus is the location, the hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and lovely bars, making it easy to enjoy the city without going far. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it for a special occasion or a relaxing getaway.❤️

The service was incredibly warm and welcoming. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained, and I especially appreciated the pleasant aroma throughout. The surrounding area was also very nice.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to various attractions, and there are Chinese restaurants nearby for convenience. However, the staff were unfriendly. All the lower-floor rooms were assigned to guests of Asian descent; every night I stayed, I only saw Asian guests. When I asked the front desk if there were any higher-floor rooms available, they only offered one mid-floor room facing the parking lot, warning that it would be noisy. Additionally, waiting for the elevator took a long time; on lower floors, I often had to wait five minutes or even longer. This is likely due to an elevator setting issue, prioritizing independent elevator use for higher floors.

The front desk staff were really welcoming. The location is super convenient, right near a commercial street with all sorts of restaurants. The room cleaning and facility maintenance were good too, definitely up to IHG standards. However... the breakfast selection was quite limited, and the hotel's air conditioning wasn't very strong. Those were the only downsides.

The location is perfect — right in the heart of Frankfurt near the Opera House, making it easy to explore the city’s cultural highlights and business district. The staff exceeded my expectations with their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth. Every request was handled seamlessly, from room service to dining recommendations.

The hotel is in the park, with convenient parking. There are not many rooms in the whole hotel, which are small but exquisite, very beautiful, and have a sense of history. The rooms are quite large. The breakfast environment is beautiful and exquisite.
