PPengguna TetamuThe Naka Island is, without question, one of the most accurate and outstanding resorts you can choose to stay at in Thailand. The experience is remarkably flawless — everything is perfectly executed, well organized, and thoughtfully designed.
Above all, what truly sets this resort apart is the people and the service. Every single staff member greets you warmly; there is not a single person who passes by without saying hello. The entire team, without exception, was exceptional. I would especially like to mention Peachy, who welcomed us, as well as Ohmmy, Bennet, and Dome — though in truth, every staff member deserves recognition, even if I unfortunately do not remember all the names.
The resort has undergone a recent renovation and upgrade a few months ago, which is clearly reflected in the overall quality and attention to detail. We stayed in a pool villa for four nights for our honeymoon, and the experience exceeded expectations. Initially, we requested to change villas, which was accommodated immediately. We later decided to return to our original villa, and this request was also handled positively and without hesitation.
The reason for the initial change request was the mangrove forest area. Guests who are less comfortable sleeping in a jungle-like environment, or who are sensitive to wildlife or mosquitoes, may wish to specifically request accommodation outside the mangrove area.
The villas are modern, spacious, and extremely well designed, with attention to even the smallest details required for an exceptional stay. Each villa includes a private pool, an outdoor shower, an outdoor bathtub, as well as an indoor bathroom with excellent hygiene products.
The resort features three restaurants. We dined at several of them, and the food quality was excellent overall, though the pizza was relatively weak compared to the rest of the culinary offerings. The Z Bar is particularly pleasant, offering a wonderful atmosphere and a beautiful sunset view. Additionally, 24-hour room service is available with a fairly extensive menu.
The main pool is stunning and seamlessly connected to the sea. Guests can enjoy complimentary use of kayaks, longboards, and paddle boats. Jet skis can also be rented from local operators for approximately 2,000 THB for 30 minutes. Bicycles are available for two-hour rentals, which we used for a short and enjoyable ride around the island.
Housekeeping is provided twice daily, including an evening turndown service around 7:00 PM, during which curtains are closed and the room is prepared for the night.
The gym is exceptionally well maintained, fully equipped with Technogym equipment, and offers everything one could need for a complete workout. We did not visit the spa for treatments, but guests have access to an ice room, steam room, and sauna.
Breakfast was rich, well organized, and among the best we have experienced. Guests fill out order slips with their table number, and dishes are delivered directly to the table exactly as requested. At the pool, food and drinks can be ordered easily by scanning a QR code from your sunbed. While the service at the pool was slightly slow at times, it did not significantly detract from the overall experience.
On the day of our arrival, the resort hosted a Christmas tree lighting event, which felt like a private invitation-only celebration. Special drinks, bruschetta, chicken satay, and tuna pani puri were all served complimentary by the hotel.
We left with the clear feeling that the team is constantly thinking about you and anticipating your needs, no matter how small. This is, without hesitation, the strongest recommendation I can give to anyone visiting the area — and we will most certainly return.

The hotel went over and beyond to accommodate us, we had a very late flight we were given a late check-out (19:00 pm) so that we could freshen up before heading to the airport. This was so appreciated and thoughtful. The spa was just as great. We had various treatments and all were beyond our expectations. I can’t wait to return on our next Phuket trip. The only location of the hotel is far away from the popular tourist spots, but this made it even better as the beach wasn’t crowded and had a more chilled vibe. It’s also much closer to the airport for easy transfers.

Satu-satunya kelemahan besar adalah sarapan; pilihan makanan agak terhad, dan perkhidmatan panduan perlu diperbaiki, tetapi bagi saya yang selalu bangun lewat, ini tidak terlalu memberi kesan. Lokasi hotel sangat baik, keluar sahaja ke pantai, ada 7-Eleven dan dobi dalam 5 minit berjalan kaki, dan hanya 10-20 minit berjalan kaki ke Jungceylon. LLynnOhWe stayed for one night to experience Bangtao Beach, which is not the main beach area in Phuket. Reception was warm and gave us a welcome drink.
Breakfast spread was huge, from Thai to Western. The staff at the restaurant didn't have a trolley to carry plates and cutlery – they had to carry everything to the kitchen by hand. Providing a trolley would be much better, as it's too heavy for them otherwise.
The only issue was with housekeeping. I met a staff member on our floor just before opening my door and asked for a few more bottles of water. She didn't seem happy about it – either she didn't understand English or was expecting a tip.
Overall it was okay for a one-night stay.

The hotel has several swimming pools, which makes it very easy to find a quiet spot to enjoy the day 🌊🏝️ There are also many dining options inside the resort, so you can try different types of food without leaving the hotel.
One of the highlights of our stay was the spa experience 🧖♀️✨ They offer special packages for couples, and the massage was absolutely spectacular. It was one of the most relaxing moments of our trip.
The breakfast was quite good with many options, although I personally expected a little more variety. Still, everything we tried was fresh and tasty 🍳🥐
Overall, it’s a great hotel if you want a peaceful and comfortable place to rest while visiting Phuket. Highly recommended for couples looking to relax 🌅

KKLorraineOverall, it was a very good stay. Orn was nice and accommodating and even helped move me to a higher floor the next day. Berna from the restaurant was also friendly and took the time to chat, which was really nice.
The room was refreshed while I was out during the day, which was great, but it would’ve been helpful to be informed beforehand since my personal belongings were left around.
Just a small note — the bathrobe wasn’t set up initially, and only two pillows were provided for a room meant for two guests, so I had to request extra pillows.

Kelemahan: Lokasinya terlalu terpencil. Terdapat tanah ladang di jalan raya. Ia mungkin lebih sesuai untuk keluar dari hotel orang yang menghabiskan masa berhampiran lapangan terbang atau hanya tinggal di hotel ;Pasir di pantai agak kasar

PPengguna TetamuWe had a wonderful stay at this resort. From arrival, Front Desk Agent Polly and Guest Assistant Minnie were incredibly helpful and friendly. Even the buggy driver kindly explained the room facilities and minibar details to us.
Our tropical garden view room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. A special thank you to our room housekeeping for the thoughtful birthday decoration, it truly made my day extra special.
Breakfast offered a wide vegetarian-friendly selection with salad bar, cheese, bakery items, and more. I would love to see a bit more variety in the Asian local dishes, as the menu was quite similar each day. Tropical fruits are my favourite in the resort.
The resort feels like a one-stop getaway with a beautiful beach and clear water. Have to rent snorkelling gear and I recommend renting wet shoes due to stones and dead coral in the beach area. I had a small injury from the coral, but the beach staff took great care of me.
We also enjoyed the small petting zoo, the staffs were very friendly. Overall, the team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It’s perfect for anyone looking for relaxation and quiet time, and we would definitely love to return.

CCT Mcr BJWe stayed for two nights and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, the rooms are huge and comfortable, and the staff are incredibly helpful. The real highlight for our family was the children’s club and the all-day activities—our kids absolutely loved it there.
However, the hotel is let down by a few things. The pool area desperately needs refurbishing, with many broken tiles. Cleanliness was also an issue; we noticed dust on the TV and plates left outside rooms for long periods. Breakfast was disappointing, particularly the awful coffee and the egg and noodle stations.
Great for kids, but the facilities need attention.
