"It was a good stay at Grand Westside Hotel. It was a weekend stay so I expect it to be busy. I queued for about 30 mins and another 30 mins at the reception because the other connecting room I booked wasn’t ready yet. I arrived at around 2:30 pm and checked in past 3:30 pm. They only gave one room, but promised to give the keycards for the other room asap but they gave it so late, it was around 6pm. They offered to give us late check out until 1pm next day. But I think it’s not compensated fairly. I also emailed ahead for a complimentary cake for our Wedding Anniversary, and request it also upon check in and said they will have it deliver to our room next day, but no complimentary cake received. I’m a bit dismayed. Overall, i’ll give it a 7.5/10. An improvement for the customer service is needed."

"Suite Room with two queen beds,- Spacious , ok for a three-star hotel. However, having checked-in a Suite room I did not expect very old towels that has coloured gray not white anymore. No hair dryer. Bathroom ok but sink need more cleaning in corners. hallway carpets need updating. Great city- view ( room 1104). Close to shops, pharmacy , jollibee and chowking downstairs. Staff are approachable and very attentive except for one lady staff at the desk when I checked in (4 am, April 11), who was so engrossed with her computer and let me wait for several minutes without even looking at me to say “ please wait” or at least acknowledge my oresence.. Security guards are all very helpful they deserve recogition."

"We recently stayed at Savoy Hotel in Pasay and booked two rooms for our first visit. I made the reservation through Trip.com on the same day, and luckily there were still rooms available with early check-in. The hotel is very close to the terminal 3, which made our stay especially convenient since my uncle had a flight to the USA the next day. We only stayed for one night, but it helped us avoid the stress of rushing to the airport. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of food. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, and we all had a comfortable and restful sleep. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back."

"This was our third stay at Kingsford, and once again, we had a great experience. We booked a Superior Twin Room, which was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Although we weren’t assigned a city-view room this time, the relaxing river view was just as lovely. We’re hoping to get a higher-floor room on our next visit. We also enjoyed spending time at Zabana Bar in the lobby, which has a charming retro vibe. The poolside bar was another highlight, and the atmosphere was relaxing, the drinks were excellent, and being beside the pool made the experience even more enjoyable. We also tried the restaurant, and we were impressed by how spacious, cozy, and elegant it was. Special thanks as well to the nurse who was available 24/7 and promptly attended to our medical needs. Their care and assistance made our stay even more comfortable and reassuring."

"Ia tenang, bersih dan bersih. Apabila saya memasuki lobi, krew akan membantu membawa bagasi dan mengalu-alukan tetamu dengan sepenuh hati dan bersumpah apabila mereka bertemu dan memberi salam. Lobi mempunyai bau yang menyenangkan, anda boleh makan dan minum ke restoran mereka dan bersenang-senang. Bilik sangat luas menghadap bandar mereka mempunyai kerusi dan meja bulat dan banyak kabinet dan meja belajar ringkasnya mereka mempunyai bilik yang bagus hanya dengan harga P1,127/malam sahaja. Kami berasa sangat selesa dan gembira ke hotel ini!!!💕💕💕"

"Although the staff are nice and polite, it cannot hide and disregard the importance of cleanliness inside the room. I was from a long flight & I had my medical check up also knowing that I am pregnant I find it alarming tgat by the timw I arrive it was not properly cleaned. Even if the hotel is not new, the cleanliness should be prioritized and there are chemicals for stains etc. These pictures are taken JUST THE TIME I HAVE ARRIVED and it makws me sad. I stayed here befoee but its not this worst.. I’ve been staying to different hotels just sadly they are fully booked so I picked Go hotels but I must say I’m disappointed & I am afraid to come back again Also the sheets are already stained I am paranoid it was not washed properly I myself work in a ship for catering that’s why I am aware that these things can be avoided or corrected Bur kudos for respecful staff the way they greet and talk.. I also told frontdesk the other room beside me was noisy & politely ask for help to tell that I can’t sleep. I have to wake up 3am to prepare for my medical & I even extended my stay but things are the same the cleanliness really needs to be taken seriously"

"Convenient location from Terminal 3 you can walk to the hotel via the foot bridge connection. Staff are courteous and helpful. I booked a Premier Queen with rooftop pool access good for couple. Room service eas good. The coffee cart located infront of the entrance was a bonus open 24/7."

"We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Overall, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was decent but could definitely be improved. There were not many fruit options, and the breakfast selection mostly consisted of heavy meals like rice, noodles, sushi, and cakes. It was filling if you enjoy those kinds of breakfast foods, although it may not suit everyone. The hotel was very busy during all the days we stayed, so the breakfast area and common spaces were often crowded. Our room itself was fine — the sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was strong, and the toilet had a bidet, which was a nice touch. We also had a balcony facing Manila Bay and the swimming pool, and the view was lovely. The location was also a bit inconvenient as it is away from the city centre and main road, so we had to rely on GRAB transport services to get around. Unfortunately, the biggest downside for us was the noise. The hotel is pet-friendly, but they do not have designated floors for guests with pets. The receptionist informed us that all guests are mixed together. They also do not have a designated quiet floor. Because the walls are not very soundproof, we could clearly hear conversations from the next room, dogs barking, and children running along the corridor at night. We were unlucky to be placed near a dog that barked frequently, which made it difficult to rest and sleep properly. We reported the issue, and the staff did respond and likely spoke with the other guests, but of course it is difficult to fully control noise from children and pets. Another issue was that the lobby is located on a different floor level, so security did not seem very strict. Guests were able to bring multiple visitors into their rooms quite easily, and unfortunately some of them were noisy and loud late at night. Overall, while the staff service and the location/view were good, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and restful stay, and unfortunately we would not stay here again."

"The location was nice, it is nearby to the closest LRT station, you just have to walk for a little. If it is not such a hassle, choose this hostel. When we first came in, the room smelled nice. Even though there is only one fan in the room, the room is still comfortable to stay in, it is not hot. Also, if you’ll be staying for a night this is the perfect place to stay in because they only provide beds for you to sleep in, but if you’d like to have more stuff that you can actually use while you’re at your stay, that has more amenities, this is not for you. Lastly, I actually commend the shared bathroom. It is clean and has a bidet and also a toiletry that you can use. All in all, our stay is good. This is also our first time to check-in, so, not bad for the first time. Also, it is a budget-friendly place to stay in. Keep it up!"

"Lokasi hotel sangat baik dan nisbah harga/prestasi tinggi. Hanya beberapa ratus meter dari SM Mall. Pengembara Cina mesti berhati-hati apabila meninggalkan hotel di sebelah kanan berhampiran lampu isyarat dan lintasan zebra Terdapat ramai wanita dan 2 atau lebih kanak-kanak yang cuba merebut dompet Cina dan telefon bimbit. terutamanya kanak-kanak dan wanita."
